The entire staff made the process smooth sailing. They explain the process and the time frame involved in the repair and they do a wonderful job. Car looks good as new. I wouldn t take my car/suv anywhere else for a repair. Give 5 stars for them and the office staff. Thank you Kim for all your help! Dianna

Pick my car up today and was extremely pleased with the repair. Had it back sooner than I expected.Plus it was clean inside and outside! I'm not sure how long it had been since it's last inside cleaning, but holy WOW! I was impressed!Thank you all so much!!

We used bills for a trunk/bumper replacement after being rear ended. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done quickly and efficiently. We called several times because we were leaving for vacation and the staff was SO helpful and kind. They also arranged for an additional repair to be completed at our request and made everything quick and easy. Couldn t say enough good things about them!Service: Auto body & trim repair

We had excellent service when needing a repair to a tail light from a small fender bender. Gave us several options on the repair. A lesser expensive, middle of the road option and a third more expensive option. Spent great amount of time explaining each. There was no pressure for any option or to even accept the offer. Was willing to work with our insurance company. Very friendly. Would use again, hopefully the situation won't arise.

I have used Bill's numerous for body work. They do a great job. The employees are friendly and easy to talk too. They give honest assessments and brake down the costs by item and labor so you know what your paying for. They also have vacuumed and cleaned my exterior and interior every time they have my car.

We just had Vicki, Stan and there crew repair my wife's Honda and they did a beautiful job. When my wife picked up her car she was SO surprised. They washed it &detailed the inside!! She was on cloud nine. She said they even detailed our 2 grand kids car seats. AWESOME!!!! Great job guys you rock. This is why we always come to you. Thanks a bunch.

Someone hit our truck and Bill's collision did the repair. Just a couple weeks later we hit a couple deer and the truck was right back in the shop. Bill's does excellent work. You won't be able to tell there was ever damage. And your vehicle is returned to you clean and in better condition than it was left there. The workers are friendly and professional. This is where I will always take any vehicle I need body work done on.

Came for $60 sale price on alignment. After picking up my vehicle I noticed my cd was missing out of my radio. I called to let them know. They said "the mechanic noted your music was very loud when he got in your car." No answers as to where my cd was , no apology , no righting of their wrong. Will not be back

The shop does fantastic work. They are typically well known for their restoration services after a car crash but they also do the small things like oil changes tire rotations Etc.

My date with a deer didn't go well for the front end of my car!... after the visit with Bill's Collision the deer fur is gone, & the front end is good as new!!... friendly, skilled folks...

Rock hit my window it spread almost to the driver side got a great deal on a new windshield and they made my car smell sweet, nice friendly ppl, im deffently going recamend them to everyone
