Picked up a new trailer today. A nice selection. It was my first time buying a trailer (or towing one) and the gentleman was very helpful. The ladies working in the office were very nice. I shopped around quite a bit and this was the best deal I found. Thanks TC Trailers. They didn't even laugh at me trying to turn around for the first time!!! Ha

Incredibly good people. Did not get the salesman vibes at all. Made my company feel as if we were the only ones being served, all the while having our best interest (and budget) in mind. We need to start sharing positive reviews with companies who do quality work and service. Hats off to them.

Very poor service. Was looking for a dump trailer and nobody wanted to show us anything about them. Just gave us a price and told us to finance through our own bank. Didn t provide any information about any of the trailers we wanted to be shown and had to look on our own. Felt very unwelcome. We instead went through Detro Trailer and got exactly what we were wanting with no hassle.

Has been horrible both times I have worked with them to buy. Went to buy a trailer on the lot and apparently it had already been sold. I had already made the down payment and everything. Made no effort to make it right when they went back on the deal. Couldn't sell me the same model for same price, and made no effort to find the equivalent on the lot. Another point, when I had called and asked if they sold parts, I was informed that they do not. However, that was not correct, they do sell parts. Very disappointing.

Very easy purchase. I went there and was on the lot and the young man came and acknowledged me and told me he would be right with me. When he was done with the customer in front of me, he went out and helped me. I hooked up the one I wanted and the wire/light plug had a problem. I pulled it around to the shop and by the time my paper work was done the owner had it replaced. When you know what you want and ready to buy that's the experience you want. You don't want to be there all morning. I would like to buy a dump trailer in the next year or 2, I'll be going straight there and not even mess with the others.

Just purchased a trailer from T C Trailers and are very pleased with the experience. Very friendly staff and fast service. Trailer was ready to go within a very short period of time. They even made hubby extra happy with the 2 extra screws placed, in side, at his request. Thank you

I have purchased multiple trailers here and the prices are always better than other places in the area. The trailers seem to be better quality than what you find other places. It has been my experience that if you buy a quality trailer new and take care of it you don't really lose any\much value.

This is our 5th trailer purchased from TC Trailers. Very fair on our trade in and great price on the new trailer. Tom (owner) and his staff are awesome to work with. Will continue to do business with them in the future.

TC Tailers is a wonderful supplier of trailers and parts. I got the trailer I was looking for made-to-order and I've been been a repeat costumer since they also carry a wide selection of accessories. I would recommend them to anyone in southwestern Ontario looks for quality at a good price.

We needed a trailer ASAP to haul a piece of equipment to Oregon and after a phone call and some discussion, we were able to purchase one and pick it up within a couple days! The staff was courteous prompt and very informative! THANK YOU!!

Do not call this place for trailer parts if you did purchase a trailer from them. You will be turned away.

Purchased a trailer from these guys a few years back and it was a great experience. Whenever I needed a part, they always had it in stock. They prices were better than expected. I would recommend T.C. Trailers to anyone!

While I didnt purchase a trailer with TC I had a pleasant experience there looking at trailers and was greeted and treated nicely by staff while I looked. They ultimately didnt have what I wanted in the used side but what they do have is priced competitively.

I own three trailers from TC Trailers. All are good trailers. Service after the sale is horrible however! The man that owns it treats his employees bad and his customers worse. I will never be back!

Had a spring break on my cargo trailer. The folks here did an outstanding job of fixing it and getting me back on the road. Great service and reasonable price.
