Awesome place to take care of your car needs. I accidentally put my car key in the motorcycle shop next door and I offered to bring my spare key to them since the motorcycle shop was closed. They told me not to bring a spare key and that they would contact the motorcycle shop owner to unlock the door. Also my tire light was on and they realized it had a nail in it and patched it up for free. They were very detailed, professional and understanding. I definitely reccomend them.

Had my Dodge truck in there for a muffler and they did not disappoint me. price wasn t that bad. Good honest group of guys! Will return. That s what you want in to auto trade is honesty and integrity!

They helped save this car from being scapped at what I believe to be the most reasonable price. I was not in a rush- so timing was not an issue for me. Money was though and the communication I received and options was very appreciated. A big thank you to those who helped and I'll be back when the timing is appropriate with the truck I need a few things fixed on.

I had an engine put in a few months ago and they had it in and back to me a little over 2 weeks. Everything was fine then I had a overheating issue that the owner himself fixed, it was just a bad thermostat. I had great convo with the owner and he is very honest, nice, and professional. I definitely recommend anyone to go to Wallen Auto, great service.

I had my car at a different shop where it was untouched and sat for a full month with not so much as an update. Finally went and got it and sent it to Wallen. It was fixed in 5 days and I just took it on a 6 hour road trip. Running like a dream.

I had been to three different shops for two of my vehicles. The service at the other shops were over priced not to mention the job was poorly done. I visited Wallen auto and was very pleased with the work that was done. Chris is so great!! He's fixed both me and my husband's vehicles. He did an AWESOME job and was VERY HONEST when explaining what the problems were which is very rare these days! I am so glad we finally found a mechanic that we can trust. Thank you Chris!! #happycustomer!

Top notch work at a good price! Wallen Auto is my go to mechanic shop! Never had the old oke doke up sell pulled on me there either. Honest mechanics are hard to find and this is where you should start looking! Chris and his crew will get you fixed right!

I have brought my car here multiple times. Sometimes it is a long wait to get in but it is worth it. It's great service, I have never felt conned, and I have found they are often cheaper than the competition.

I met 3 of the Mechanics there including the owner. They were all super professional, explained everything, and I felt I could trust them. The waiting area is clean and same for bathroom. I am only sorry that I don't live around there so I could make this my regular garage.

I Drove all the way from Elgin Illinois 2 hour drive to have My front end rebuild with upper and lower A-arms complete 4wheel brakes done and axle seals.I would highly recommend this shop for all your car and truck needs.Thanx Chris and Justin

Great shop! They went above and beyond to help us when our car broke down. They showed us what was wrong and able to get us back on the road in less than a couple of hours. The price was very fair. Would absolutely recommend this shop.

Really high priced. Do good work but prices are high. 1600 dollars they quoted brother in law to do ball joints. That's just nuts come out of the clouds guys.
