I've been coming to the Michigan city location for a long time, but this last time was the last for me, couldn't figure out why my truck was overheating and dropping oil where I park, oil drain plug not tightened, and my coolant cap on radiator was not fastened properly either, causing coolant to leak, I don't know if they are trying to lose customers and get a lawsuit, beware people you are better off doing your maintenance yourself they will tear your car up due to their negligence!

From 9/6/23. Y'all put my oil plug on so tight I'm at a Valvoline in NC and they can't get it off. They are literally vaccing my oil out now. Thanks

Service was courteous and prompt, no complaints there and that s where you get a star. But $80 for an oil change that s only good for 3K miles, when I get better synthetic oil that lasts at least 5K miles for $60-70? Cmon Valvoline. You ripped me off this time, but you won t again.

The guys here are always so efficient and nice. I have never really had to wait to get in. They go over the prices before doing anything to your vehicle so you know exactly what you will be paying for the services you receive.

Don't try applying here,they don't even call you when you set up a interview. Applied a few times an not once has I gotten the interview when It was set up.

Very nice customer service and very detailed. They don't take very long with your oil changes. You can go there and have your fluids topped off.

A but expensive for a oil change on my company work van. Up charge for the 6th quart of synthetic oil and a charge to top off the radiator. They get you coming and going. But they don't charge any more than anyone else. So this shouldn't effect there rating I gave them. The rating is based on how quickly they completed the service and they make you feel at home!

I went to Valvoline for an oil change for the first time recentlyand must say that I was very happy with the service and the price.You stay in your vehicle and observe everything they do. They communicate with you about their results and make suggestions about what you need. However, it's the customer's decision regarding what you can and cannot do at the time based on your budget.It takes only about 15 minutes or so depending on what your vehicle needs are.One huge plus--do a search of the best and most economical oil change services in your area. There you will find a whopping 50% discount for Valvoline and they honored it!I highly recommend your local Valvoline for oil changes!

No complaints. Tony was knowledgeable professional and didn't push unwanted services like alot of these places do. I'll be back.Edit: I got a new BMW and are very familiar with them . I feel comfortable taking it here . Great knowledgeable car enthusiasts. Definitely don't worry about your car going here! 10 STARS

Service was fast, and they made price clear before they started service. Checked and filled tires that were low on air pressure. Checked lights and asked about windshield wipers air and cabin filters as well.

Fast quick and efficient service. Changed oil and bad break light. I also Was able to use a nice coupon and received a discount car wash after service: Very pleasant experience.

I go here regularly to get my oil changes. Its a bit expensive, but everything gets looked over and the staff is very respectful and kind. They don't push anything on you, and genuinely seem to care about the customers. I know my car will be taken care of when I come here.

You can usually expect a wait to get in, but it's not a long wait and the service is always quick and friendly so it's worth it. They do full service, check tire pressure, air filter, wiper blades, etc. You can sit in the car while they work, and drive right out when they're done. Easiest oil change ever, it's my go-to location.

These guys are great. They were busy as hell, and short handed, but I was in and out if there in less then 90 minutes. They checked everything, filled all the fluids, checked the tire pressure, and we're very friendly and up best the whole time.

First time I went here for an oil change and my turn signal was out, so I wanted it fixed while I was there. They had to order the part from the Ford dealership and it was a pain in the butt to change, but Dustin went above and beyond to help me and make sure it got done right. Fantastic service. I'll definitely be back. Thank you! :D

The service was amazing! My technician, Ian, was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. We all know that sitting in the car waiting for a oil change can be a boring so I appreciated humor and a wonderful service.

I guess because ive never paid $50 for an oil change, and being this was my first time going here, I felt they weren't as informative about my vehicle as other oil change places. The guys were decent but they definitely didn't try to build a customer relationship which I believeis supposed to result in return business especially if you build trust, I mean you gotta do something more if you want someone to come back and pay $50 for a basic oil change.. just saying

Went to get a oil change and the gentleman helping was very nice. But while waiting for them to finish up he said the guy under the car was having a hard time putting my skid plate back on. A couple mins later he said I was good to go. A few days later I was driving down the highway and the skid plate came loose and was hanging causing a very loud screeching noise. Come to find out it was dragging under my car as I am on the highway . My issue is if they could not put it on properly then they could ve said something and I could ve taken it elsewhere to have it put on properly. Now my skid plate is beyond repairable and I have to come out of pocket to get it fixed.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
