Stopped in for a set of windshield wiper blades for our BMW. The person that help me was great. He knew exactly what I needed and assisted me in choosing the most cost effective brand. He was helpful and knowledgeable. Thanks for the great customer service!

The staff here is amazing! Had a bit of an emergency when my oil pan plug fell out, but a trip to O Reilly was all I needed. They set me up with everything to get the problem solved so I could get back on the road. Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable.

Barbie is amazing! Always helps me find the right parts, and if she does t have them- she gets them for me Riki-tik! The rest of the crew there follows her lead, and is always on point! Can t say enough about how much I respect and appreciate them!

Barbie and staff are so knowledgeable and very helpful. I would pay a little extra money id if I had to just so I wouldn't have to deal with Advanced Auto parts or Autozone. Everyone is very friendly and helpful every time I go there which seems to be alot lately. I wouldn't change a thing in that store. I would give them 10 stars and a thumbs up if I could.So thank you Barbie and staff for everything that you do to accommodate and help me out. My husband is NOT a car guy at all so it's me that is tasked to come in to get whatever I need and they don't try to take advantage of the fact that I'm female, nor do they treat me like a dumb female.

Best parts store in Michigan City always has what you need and if they don't will order it for you and more than likely you get it that same day. My new go to spot, way better than those other guys, and the staff really know what they are doing instead of just looking up parts

Kerry at the Michigan City location went above and beyond for me when I needed a new battery. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected to change my batter because of a couple of issues and Kerry still was very considerate and friendly and kept a smile. I drove off with a very well put battery and a reassurance that there is still good hearted people in the world. I wish I could have given him a tip or something for the service he provided me but since I couldn't afford it, I wanted to make sure he was recognized via this review because he definitely deserves praise and reward! Thank you Kerry!

Needed power steering fluid for my car. Went in they treated me right, got what I needed and they even asked if I might need other parts for it. A hose if it might be leaking. Very nice and professional. I would recommend them. At Franklin and Barker on M.C.

I got sticker shock when a 7 for piece of coolant hose cost 20 bucks. I found out that it was fuel line. I'm glad the guy suggested it was a much better hose. He was right. The original hose from the radiator to the overflow tank was as cheap as cheap can be. Less than a garden hose!

Went in to get some washer fluid. There were 3 employees standing, doing nothing at the registers. NO other customers in the store. None of them greeted me or said a word to me. When I asked the lady where the washer fluid is, she just explained where it is and acted like I was bothering her, instead of actually showing me. Very rude staff, will not be back.

Just want to say there on the ball . i own a shop in Chicago suburbs was on my way to Toronto for the holiday . Had my alternator go out on me just outside Michigan City (panic mode ) family in truck with a trailer .Got me an alternator and threw it on in parking lot with his tools they let me use. thank you for all the help highly recommend for good service .

This is my favorite auto parts store in Michigan City. I always get great service, and they have always had whatever I need. Would recommend 10/10

I went in there to buy some stuff for my Durango and had to use the restroom and really bad and they told me no. I went to the one in LaPorte they told me yes I can use the restroom and I bought my parts there I'll never go to Michigan City O'Reilly Auto parts they are very rude.

Long story short, my husband and I had to stop and change a trailer hub while we were on a trip from Chicago to west Michigan. We couldn't find any place that would fix it. Luckily, less than 2 miles from where we stopped and noticed the problem, there was an O'Reilly Auto in Michigan City, IN. The staff was great, especially Houston. He helped my husband find everything he needed to replace the hub. He really went above and beyond! Thank you, Houston, and the rest of the staff at the Michigan City, IN location! We made it home safely!

Never can get help here .I understand about liability an All they can't touch Nothing ! Feel so dissatisfied they will be the last stop I go AutoZone we never turn you down they will always be willing to help or at least show you if they can't touch something ! Thank You AutoZone !

Chuck was an amazing help putting fix a flate in my car but his co worker jim was super rude and when he asked for help he just ignored chuck and walked right past. Horrible customer service. Thank you again chuck

Best place to get part. There always just the nicest and the have so much info and knowledge about cars that is so helpful for ladies. And they don't ripp you off cause your a lady!!!!
