100% recommend over any competitor. Walk in was quick and easy, got me in so quick, I went back to Apex to pull my car out as it had to sit for 2 hours to even get inspected before I can even know they can get it done and price! Other then Midas, he gave me an exact quote and told me he can give an 1.5 hours to get it done today while they had less then 3 hours of business left! Great guest service super friendly and also quick and easy notifications and call to let me know my car is ready to pick up. Highly recommend trying here first then anyway else.

Spent $2000 on a full brake job resulting in a terrible squealing noise every time I was slowing down or stopping. Took it back to them and was told it was none of the brake parts that were repaired but needed another $3000 of work. Some of the work was for something that I already knew was wrong. Took it to a different auto shop that is local and well respected. NONE of the things they said were wrong were bad on my vehicle. Now getting all new brake pads and rotors AGAIN to correct the work they did. Vehicle owner beware. They will SCAM YOU and take your money. They are liars.

Dean and his Crew were terrific. The assessment of what i needed done on the car was accurate. Dean searched and found some discounts and rebates to reduce the cost of repairs. The work was done on time. New Tires, brakes and a few other things and I feel safe to drive the highways this winter. I highly recommend this shop and this Team.

Midas has the best service team. I called them and Dean P got me scheduled in right away.Dean is super nice and very professional on what he does and he helped me out all my concerns. I highly recommend it . Definitely they deserve 5 stars

Deano and staff are awesome! Had car troubles while my girlfriend and I were out of town and they made sure we were taken care of. Down to earth and tells you up front what s wrong with your car without trying to talk you into anything you don t need.

When ever I need anything done on my vehicles big or small I always trust that Midas is the right place. I have never had any problems with their services and their customer service is top level. Their time management is amazing, they are thorough when trying to figure out what the problem is and they are always ready to explain in depth of what the problem is or could be and always willing to answers any questions to better help or explain the problem with your vehicle. Outstanding job Midas!

A little bit pricier than what I was expecting but Midas definitely did good work on my car in a pinch and had it back to me the same day. 10/10 would recommend.

Fast and friendly. Even better, I brought the car to them pretty certain of what the issue was. They didn t magically find extra issues, as has happened at other places. Got us in right away and turn around time was fast. Stayed in touch and answered all questions. Price very fair.

SCAM ARTISTS - I went here for help installing a seat. However, they took it upon themselves to do an "inspection" and called me with an additional $1,800 worth of work that was "urgently needed." I found this highly suspicious because this vehicle was recently worked on. I have a relationship with a dealership and took it to them for a full inspection. They found 2 issues, neither of which was urgent - nor identified in Midas' inspection. One issue should have been clearly evident because of a lit sensor on the dash. The dealer waived the inspection fee as well after I told them Midas just tried to scam me with unnecessary work. If you have a Ford, I highly recommend Castle Ford - directly across the street.

Got me in quickly even though I ended up late for my appointment for oil change and tire rotation. My complaint and the reason for only 3 stars is I had to sit in the lobby and listen to pounding bass from the mechanics blasting music. Not everyone wants to hear the latest drake song.

Claimed they could reuse old tailpipe and install new muffler. The cobbled up tailpipe immediately failed. Then I was charged full price for a correct assembly and only gave me a small break on labor. It was claimed I refused the dvi??. The money wasn't the issue, just that what they said they could do failed and it delayed my travels. Not professional.

I had repairs done on my vehicle and a few days later took a 2 hour trip. Due to a faulty equipment piece my vehicle completely broke down as soon as I arrived. I called Dino right away he immediately said I will drive to you and fix it so you can get back home safe. Dino drove 2 hours from Indiana to Illinois on his day off and fixed it. A+++

LA was super helpful saving my butt. Car came in overheating on my way to the airport and got me in immediately to find out what was going on with it. I was having such a bad day but LA was attentive , walked me through what was wrong and her team found a solution. I m so grateful for her help.

Terrible place and Customs service , I originally went in for a transmission oil change and after waiting 2 hrs just for them to tell me they can t do it because they didn t have proper tools , I went and bought the said schedule appointment for them to tell me it s going to be double the price of the original quote , they quoted me $350 for an transmission oil change when I had the oil , oil filter , bolts and the tools , I literally just needed labor . Latisha needs to be fired terrible customer service extremely Evasive and combative . Imagine trying to patronize a business and having the employees talk to you in a way that makes you feel like they don t even want to service you . I m sure I m not the only person who has encountered her unacceptable attitude and demeanor . STAY FAR AWAY !!!!!!

This was the worst experience of my life. My check engine light came on so I decided to take it in for a diagnostic test on Monday 08/28/2023, the manager Dean Pearson told me it would be a 140.00 charge that would go on my bill if I decided to get the work done. I agreed, he calls me back stating I need a tune up and gives me a quote of almost 1300.00. I explain I can't afford that, he then gives me a new quote of 1100.00. I agree, and he does the work... so I thought. I'm a truck driver so I rush back and pick up the vehicle on Tuesday 08/29/2023, I make it down the street and my vehicle starts doing the same thing it was doing before I brought it in. I take it back the next day 08/30/2023 explaining the problem, never hearing from his that day. I call the next day Thursday 08/31/2023 he's not there and I was told I needed to pay another 140.00 for a diagnostic test because there was no record of one being done. I asked how could work been done if a diagnostic test was never done, so make that make sense. I had to get my vehicle towed which was another 257.00 because they refused to do the work, I'm out of 1100.00, wait let me be exact 1106.22. When I asked what the $6.22 was about, Dean asked me if I only order one chicken wing with a dinner. I was highly offended by that comment and it was very insulting. His assistant took me to pick up my rental, he asked her to take his car but she said no. Then he tells me how she doesn't like getting in his car because of all the guns he has in it. He makes a statement that "guns aren't weapons they are tools". What does chicken and guns have to do with my vehicle getting serviced? Mass shooting are happening everywhere, racist comments are not acceptable, and this is just sad that he represents the Midas name.

Came here about 2 weeks ago and got some work done on the front end of my car. Was upset at first when I left because of the cost and the finance plan was talked through a little fast. But that being said, they got my car in and out fast and they did a GREAT job fixing my car. It's driving better and smoother than ever. I would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a quality professional job done. I would definitely come back here again in the future.

I am a Canadian from Toronto Ontario and was traveling to Michigan City Indiana to stay overnight ( on my way from Fargo ND ) when my engine light came on my vehicle and the Van was severely "shuddering" when I was driving approximately 50 mph on the highway. I managed to make it to the hotel that evening but I knew I had to get the vehicle fixed because I still had another 9 hour drive the next day to get home. I decided to go to Midas early the next morning before Midas opened so I can talk to the Manager to see if they could look at my vehicle. I met Tim ( the Manager) and explained my situation. He immediately told me he would help. I waited until the mechanics showed up for work at 8am and they took my van in to start working on it. The problem was that 1 fuel injector was not working properly so my 6 cylinder engine was only firing with 5 cylinders... the shuddering I was feeling when driving was the mis- firing of the 1 cylinder. Bottom line... the mechanic fixed the fuel injector and I authorized to do a full tune up as recommended by Tim the Manager and the mechanic.I want to emphasize the mechanic did a great job fixing the van properly and timely allowing me and my family to continue our journey back to Toronto Ontario Canada. Tim, the Manager was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and overall a great human being who understood my situation and helped me and my family out with this situation. He communicated everything step by step, kept me informed, offered me coffee and cold drinks and was just a nice guy to chat with as I waited for 3.5 hrs to get my van fixed.We need more people like Tim in this world.Thank you Tim and Thank you Midas !!!Services: Auto engine tuning, Engine repair

My car started to vibrate. I had to go 20 miles down the major freeway. I called them. They took me right in they fixed. My car wasn't cheap but at least my car got fixed. I don't have to buy a new one Merry Christmas. Happy New Year's God bless thank you. And they were nice to me. I'm very open to me and what was going on with my car.. Go there

Man did these guys bail me out. Was on the highway and car started acting very strange. Made it to Midas half an hour before they closed and they got it right on the rack and diagnosed. Didn't have the part they needed in stock but got it fixed up the next day. More than that they got me and my family home safe that night through an extreme act of generosity.
