I liked how Kaden Parmley listened to everything I was saying when it came to a vehicle I wanted. He stayed in contact with me throughout the entire process making it quick and easy. The option that I was given wasn t 100% what I liked, but Kaden and the team went above and beyond to offer me options to make the vehicle what I wanted to leave in. I ve never had a dealership actually care about what I wanted before and go that extra mile like they did. I will definitely come back to Michigan City Kia in the future and would highly recommend this dealership. The workers were all friendly and professional that I came into contact with the night I bought my new SUV.

Once again I'm so happy with the quality of service and customer service at Kia in Michigan City. Many wonderful, kind people working there, but Liz was my super friendly contact today. She made sure all of my concerns were answered and made the transaction go smoothly.As far as the service itself, the wait time was minimal and attention to detail regarding my concerns was top notch. I highly recommend this business and will use them again in the future.

Over the course of four months I have dealt with four dealerships trying to purchase a specific vehicle. The three previous dealerships were extremely rude and had me so discouraged that I almost gave up on purchasing a new vehicle.Nathan and McKenna at Michigan City KIA provided such AMAZING customer service and helped to make the process almost seamless! They were both so attentive, Nathan even remained in contact with me on his day off, and made me feel comfortable and cared for.This amount of work these two put in to help me get exactly what I want has definitely earned my continued business!

I bought a new vehicle from Michigan City Kia on Monday. Tina, my sales person, was absolutely amazing. She listened to what my needs were and helped me get the best value and was extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend MC Kia. Very personable and professional. Financing was very smooth and not your typical oversell . Super impressed!!!

The one thing that was good was the salesman J Bruner who did everything he could make a sale. He's going to be one of those successful people who stand out. The managers were going to lose my business over $200 to replace rear brakes that are at the minimum thickness for safety. No warranty as is. One of the managers was upset that I didn't finance through them to make even more money off the car. Know what your credit score is worth and don't settle for higher interest rates and long contracts through the dealership. I will not recommend them. I got a bumper to bumper, no deductible warranty for the duration of my loan without the dealership even offering any warranty. They ( managers) are sticker happy, greedy son's of Satan with their best interest at heart. Not the customers. Steer clear. Buy a Ford or Chevy instead of stopping by KIA.

Tina took the time to help me and she did amazing helping me :) got me into a good car and it was something I was looking for and I appreciate everything they did for me and helped me out. Tina is a great sales rep to go to highly recommended to come to Kia and check them out ask for Tina if you will. And they took my car in gave me the best trade in value and didn t screw me with a heck of a down deposit and insane monthly payments :)

Highly recommend this Kia dealership over anyone!!! It's super clean, really nice place!!! The employees are sooo welcoming and friendly!!! They are willing to go above & beyond to make you feel comfortable!!!! I loved that I am remembered when I come in by the super nice lady up front!! I will continue to come here & will purchase my next vehicle here when the time comes!

I officially have purchased my third Kia Telluride. I love this vehicle so much I always want the newest version of it! I have never had any issues with my Kia Tellurides. Definitely a family vehicle! I also had an amazing experience at Kia In Michigan City. I worked directly with Nate Mougros and he was very informative and professional. Not to mention checking in after we purchased the vehicle to make sure everything was still going good! I would def recommend this dealership & Nate to assist anyone looking for a new vehicle! This dealership did everything they could to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted!

This place is totally awesome. They helped us get a car when everyone else said no. Not a junky car but an GMC Denali. They did a complete inspection and found it needed a brake job. They did it at NO charge. Totally the best car buying experience I have ever had. Jacob our salesman was right on it. If you need a car I highly recommend this place.

I sold my car to this dealership eleven days ago. I was told that I would receive a check within a few business days. I have yet to receive my check, and my attempts to call and leave messages regarding the progress of my payment have so far gone unanswered. As I have not received my check in a timely fashion, causing inconvenience in my life, I do not recommend this dealership.

We decided to head out today on the great old vehicle buying adventure to look at a new car for my mom and we landed at Michigan City Kia with salesman Kaden, I could write a short story on how well our experience went, but I will try to be as short as I can - from the first interaction with Kaden, to the manager who took a look at the trade-in, and the finance department - they all were super kind, patient, knowledgeable, and just over the top service - I would recommend this salesman and this dealership to anyone looking for a professional and a great experience going through the process of buying a new car- btw we landed on a beautiful 2024 Kia Seltos - my mom loves the little stuffed Kia hamster they gave her too! Way to go Michigan City Kia!

These folks are amazing. I ve been coming here for maintenance on my vehicles since before they split up with Hyundai at the old location. They re always professional and informative. This was my first time buying a vehicle from them though. And Tina the sales associate was wonderful. She listened to our needs, didn t try to push us into anything we didn t want and went above and beyond to help us buy a vehicle on short notice. If I m ever in the market for another car I ll be calling Tina!

Tina is a great salesperson, very attentive to all my families needs and got us a deal on a brand new vehicle that I didn t know was going to be possible. Wasn t pushy or overbearing. I had an excellent experience with Michigan City Kia. Nick helped me the day I arrived at the dealership, we test-drove some vehicles. I came back a week later and told him what car I wanted and the color, and Nick was able to get it for me. I returned a week later to seal the deal. Nick was awesome to work with. Thanks guys!

The service manager was friendly and knowledgeable. My vehicle was taken in on time and was serviced properly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Free coffee was available...and it was good! An offer was made to drive me somewhere else if I didn't want to wait for my vehicle at the service center. My car was washed before it was returned to me. The service manager went over everything that was done and explained all charges and recommendations. It was overall a pleasant experience.
