In 2013 my mother bought a 2006 Chrysler 300 Touring from the Laporte Indiana location that has unfortunately closed down. I wish I could leave this review on their behalf but I can only hope these are the same people. This car has gotten my family through some of the toughest times in our lives. Financially, emotionally, and in desperate times; this car would keep going. My mother drove this car to work for the better part of 3 years and it survived every winter, dent, and pothole. Once my mother got a new car, this Chrysler was passed down to my grandmother who happily drove it for years on end. Continuously doing the maintenance to keep it going. She is sadly no longer with us and we are now left with the car that got all of us through so much throughout the years. I ve since repainted this car and is now in my possession(her grandson) The badge proudly sits on my bedroom wall after many years of being displayed on the vehicle. Thank you Great Deals On Wheels for the incredible vehicle and memories that we made with it.

Paying $6000 for a vehicle that is not worth that amount in kelly blue boo. I had it 2.5 months before calling in problems with the transmission.I put less than 1500 miles on it and had to replace the transmission out of my own pocket. I reported to them that I would be driving at the vehicle would just fall out of gear like it fell into neutral I took it in x2 and they claimed to not have found or experienced this. I would be on the interstate going 70 mph and it would do this ....It Wasn't Safe!They told me to bring it in after it shows a code well it did and it said emergency transmission failure!They said Rich would not do anything other than send me to one of his mechanics and work out a percentage. I ended up having to pay over $2600 for a rebuilt transmission.I regret going here everyday I won't recommend these guys at all save your money and go somewhere else. Save your money and go to another place.

I bought a '99 jeep wrangler from them back in 2019. At first I was really happy with my purchase. However the check engine light came on on the drive home. My buddy is a mechanic so he was able to fix the issue at no cost to me, so that wasn't the problem. The problem is that I wasn't sold a safe vehicle. When the jeep was lifted on the lift a couple months later to find what was leaking (gasket), it went straight through the frame. I paid 7k for the jeep and am now having to sell it privately and settle for maybe 1k, because of how terrible the frame is. I had to eat 6k. Thank God my family and I weren't hurt because it's not safe to drive. For it to be a safe vehicle someone would have to have a frame swap at the very least..The mechanic was shocked it didn't break, and I shudder to think of what would've happened if it did, while we were driving it.I am almost positive they knew about the extent of the frame damage when they sold it. I can't believe they were allowed to do that..

Awesome place to buy a car! Terry was absolutely awesome to work with, professional, friendly, not a pushy sales guy! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a vehicle, they truly made sure I was satisfied before I left with my new ride! It s quick and painless.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Thought this was going to be a great place to do business with, given their rating. Boy was I wrong. To start, I was lied to about how many miles were on the vehicle I was purchasing. Didn't learn about that or even see the title to the vehicle until after purchase (despite asking several times). The vehicle in question, while being very old, was in extremely questionable condition. Should not have been allowed to be driven off the lot for extreme safety concerns that they had to have known about. The "mechanic" rewired the ignition incorrectly. And I've been calling the title clerk that works for this company almost every other day for weeks now to find out why I still haven't received any paperwork for the vehicle to take to the BMV and she is never there and never returns my calls. Will never be recommending this location to anyone and will not return. Very disappointed.

I was preapproved for a truck So I told them I would be there the next day to look at it between noon and one. I called When I was on my way And I was informed that the truck was in the shop because of a faulty AC compressor they asked me to sit and wait after 2 hours of waiting I asked if the truck was close to being Done. I was informed that 1 of the brothers was on the way to take me to see the truck I waited another 20 minutes no show so I backed out of the parking lot. Then I received a call stating that the guy was going to be there in just a minute I told him that's OK that they had lied to me and had me sitting long enough And I was going to write a Google review and tell of my experience then he explained he wished I would not do that. I explained they should have thought about that before they treated a customer that way and they should have looked over the truck before they put it on the market. After a few minutes another gentleman called me with another BS Story. I had to ask them to stop calling me. This business does not care about anyone but themselves. While I was sitting outside all they did was come in-and-out of the building smoking cigarets. I would never go back to this establishment or refer anyone to this establishment it is a complete joke and waste of time. The 2 brothers running it have no clue about customer service whatsoever.

There she was in all white w/black leather interior in all her glory of classic automatic past. An epic of nastacia was again embraced this time with glee. Her secrets delightfully hidden from its previous caretaker embraced with all joy. The transaction went very smooth, and the finality of the ritual @ the DMV entered a new dawn of a drive.Scott, not just a salesperson, but a person with heart, soul, and a mind was exceptional in his customer service, his will intentions, and wit which showed to me his concern about me, as his potential buyer. Purchased a vehicle from them today. Scott was patient with me and was not pushy, pleasure to work with. Met the owner, Rich, very real guy and worked with me a bit on price. The westville location is the only one I can speak door, but it seems like they run a pretty fair business.

I had been looking for a vehicle for days and not having a good experience. No one seemed very interested in helping me at other dealers. I went to great deals on wheels and had a great experience. Scott Dombkoski was very helpful and showed me exactly what I was looking for in my price range. Lots of nice vehicles here at good prices.

Could not be more thrilled with this place! Not only did they fix a wintrr breakdown issue quickly and fairly, they calmed and supported our daughter on her 3 day trek. These guys are the best! We will stop any time we get a chance. Thanks for simply being awesome!

Me and my wife stopped in to look at trucks. We were meet right there in lot. The staff went beyond what i expected from a dealership.never had any staff do what they did.nothing but a great experience.got my truck and can't be any happier. Ty so much go there is the best in laporte county hands down.

I have bought 2 vehicles from this place. An H2 Hummer and 3 years later a Chevy Tahoe. Best vehicle purchases yet. They fixed my concern on the Tahoe and havent had an issue since. 2 very good purchases. Thank You Great Deals on Wheels!!!

Always bought every vehicle from them and I have never had any issues but if I was to ever have one I know they are honest enough to take care of me as the customer. Great People and always willing to help those in need

Absolutely horrible experience. I already have people/trust issues, and businesses like this cement those issues further. Bought a "dependable, reliable, family friendly" (the salesman's words) that drove beautifully in the test drive. Shortly thereafter, had transmission slippage, and here it is, a week later, I'm still waiting on that phone call from the salesman to bring it in and have their guy look at it. Oh yeah, two days ago, the alternator went out, and the mechanic at the shop I took it to said the wiring was all melted to the block, and the rear trailer hitch bumper assembly is rotted away from the frame and only held onto the vehicle by two thin bolts. Avoid this business like the plague!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Sales team was super honest even printed the carfax for free. Found out past history on Truck. And BTW. The truck they sold me is AMAZING. Absolute Amazing.

Purchased a white Z28 1981 Chevy Camero from Scott and Terry, the car was in mint condition for the year and I look forward to restoring the vehicle. Both, Scott and Terry were a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was told they would work a deal before driving 3 hours to try to purchase a vehicle. After getting approved I wanted a lower monthly payment. They wouldn't budge on the price AT ALL! Way to work with your customer and make a sale GDOW. I would not buy a vehicle from these guys.

For all you folks out there thinking about buying a car if you don t want to go with a new one at the factory or a dealer the best place in town is great deals on wheels you need to see Scot first do yourself a favor find this guy talk to him he will get to the car at the right price extremely fair honest and just the whole system everything you do is so professional he makes you feel like family what a great experience I had in a great Experience and I m sure you will too thank you Scot good job
