Just stopped in to see some inventory and walked out with my first ever Jeep. It s always been my dream vehicle and Jordan made that happen. He even stayed well over the closing time to help us out. This will be my go to dealership. Stop in and ask for Jordan he is the nicest gentleman and he will go out of his way for you. Thank you David Taylor Chrysler Jeep. You ve got a lifetime customer.

Visited this Friday after finding a car I liked on their Website and was recommended to ask for Aaron . The staff was very welcoming , saw me coming and opened the door for me also offered snacks and drinks while I waited . Aaron was very Knowledgeable and had detailed answers to all of my questions. Johnny handled the loan process and was also very Knowledgeable and helpful which made the process that much easier .overall great experience, I left with the car I wanted and felt like I was well taken care of . I would highly recommend this dealership and i also recommend asking for Aaron .

There are so many amazing things I can say about our sales person Marla. She is 100% amazing, she answered all our questions, she was super helpful with all the process for our car. We got what we wanted and we will be happy to come back to her when the time for a new purchase. Seriously! Ask for Marla Bourgeois, you won t regret it!

Jordan from David Taylor was FANTASTIC! We have gone a few times but were unable to purchase anything at the time. Each time we started the process to look, Jordan was there ALL the way. Even when I had a simple question. The prompt response time and patience was always a thing. This time we finally were able to purchase a new vehicle and you bet that Jordan was there to help us. The patience he had with us and my children was spectacular. Thanks to Jordan, we are now ready to start a new adventure. I recently bought a new to me truck from this David Taylor dealership. I popped in because I seen a damn good deal on a truck they had after searching the cars app a few days prior. I took my time checking out the truck in the lot and surprisingly no one bum rushed me during that time I made my decision and spoke with Jordan Gutowski. He was super nice and laid back. I felt like he wasn t urging me to buy it and let me make my own decision. I was in and out in a little over an hour. I would recommend this dealer and definitely get with Jordan there. Thanks!

Purchased a used Ford F150 with Jordan as my sales associate. He and all the people at the dealer were awesome to work with. There were no back and forth with him disappearing to meet with a manager. I gave them a price I was willing to pay and a trade in value that I wanted. He went for a quick discussion and came back with a proposal. While they did not lower the price of the vehicle, they gave me a trade in value that made the bottom line the same. Jordan did a great job! He was personable, transparent and non pushy.As a team, Sergio the sales manager, Jason in Finance and Jordan made the process smooth and fast. I was very pleased.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the staff. They made me feel welcome. I felt at home here. Specifically I talked to salesmen Aaron and he was super knowledgeable about everything. Very disappointed in the service received from the manager Segio. The dealership would not honor their posted price on the website (see photo). Tried to claim that the additional $9,185.00 off was included in their David Taylor Savings. Claimed that we were misinterpreting what was posted even after their phone sales representative confirmed that they were both applicable the evening before. Only positive thing of the visit was the salesman Tyler. He did a great job.

They re very helpful and go above and beyond. Aaron in particular sat with me, and helped me work through all of my options until we found on suitable. I may have spent, 3 hours here but he made it worth it. His service and delivery are above expectations. I highly recommend you request him if possible.

In November of 2023 I purchased my 2020 Ram 1500 Laramie. Love my truck took my truck in last week to get serviced and tires rotated the service department very friendly and the techs got my truck in and out and were very detailed and professional including Brice thank you again David Taylor!!

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I had been looking for a new vehicle for over a month. Went to a few different dealerships not really knowing what I wanted and always left other dealerships even more confused than when I had walked in. I decided to go to David Taylor one night after work. I was immediately greeted by a friendly staff member when I walked in the door, and was told it would be just a few minutes before a sales person would be able to help me. I was totally fine with waiting as I could tell they were super busy, it was the holidays after all. After a very short wait, I was greeted by Tim and let me tell you, I can't say enough great things about Tim! He asked me all the right questions like what I was looking for, my price range, colors, specific features I had to have, etc. I had no idea what I wanted and yet Tim was more than happy to help. I answered all his questions and then he had me test drive a Wrangler and I fell in love. I left that night not sure if I wanted to commit to the purchase only because it is a big decision after all and I had even told Tim that. He was totally okay with it. I have always felt pressured at other dealerships to purchase a vehicle right away but what I loved most at David Taylor was talking with Tim about what vehicle I wanted didn't feel like I was talking to a salesperson. It felt like I was talking with a friend about my dream vehicle. I never felt pressured to buy anything or felt like I had to make a decision right away. And that was a major reason why I made the decision the next day that I wanted to purchase a Wrangler. I emailed Tim that I was interested in moving forward with a purchase, and even on his day off he contacted me right away and got the ball rolling. He remembered all the specifics for what I was looking for and ended up finding me the exact Wrangler I wanted, with all the features, slightly below my budget. Even though I was ready to give up on vehicle shopping before I had even walked through the doors at David Taylor, Tim made the whole process super easy and even fun. He kept in contact with me while he sent someone to pick up my vehicle in a different state. And was even able to get it delivered to me sooner than I had originally thought. Johnny in the financial department was also great while going over all the paper work and answered all the questions I had, and there were a lot. I met Josh as well, and he was great to work with also. The entire team at David Taylor was amazing and I will definitely be a life long customer. My parents came with me to pick up my Wrangler and really enjoyed themselves and will be purchasing their next vehicles there as well. Thanks again Tim and everyone at David Taylor!

This dealership was so great to work with, especially my salesman Jordan. He knew what I was looking for and found exactly what I wanted! Salesmen can sometimes be pushy, but he gave me space to make my decision. He and the dealership staff were awesome to work with and can t wait to do more business and servicing with them

Sold me a wholesale unit vehicle (2015 Mitsubishi Mirage ) for a leased agreement :( !! without the salesman letting me know! I m very disappointed in this dealership. I had submitted a fraud transaction complaint on this dealership that I thought I could trust. Within 3 months my engine had failed and the value of my vehicle is the down payment that is worth the value of my car. Be careful while choosing a car from this dealership. I thought I could trust them and they let me down! Now I m going through mediation with the state attorney general to get this sorted out due to giving me this horrible vehicle! They took advantage of me being young and l lost trust in this company.

Troy came up and walked around with me, and even though I did not purchase a car then, I will definitely make sure I purchase my car from Troy. In desperate need of a car, and David Taylor of mc and JJ not only helped me out, but found me the PERFECT car! From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, there was not one time I wasn t satisfied. Everyone was super helpful, and I was in and out in an appropriate manner. If you are looking for a new vehicle, make this dealership your one and only stop. This will be the only place I recommend from here on out! Keep up the good work team! I headed over to Taylor Jeep after a bad experience with Castle in Chesterton. Taylor was way to easy, I wanted a jeep they sold me a jeep. I paid what was advertised no gimmicks no b.s. Dylan was knowledgeable and super cool to work with and Sergio is the man! It was an easy car buying experience and now I m a proud Jeep owner and they gained a customer for life .

Purchased two vehicles from these people two months ago. After 2 months brought in for engine light and was charged $257 out of pocket to replace thermostat which took 3 days. Will never do business with these people again after I have been a loyal return customer for more than a decade. Buyer beware!!! They are great at making a sale, but their disregard and treatment for their loyal customers is unacceptable and truly abhorrent.
