They came to my house did the work right from my driveway. They were very pleasant. Actually explained a lot of stuff to me gave me paperwork showing what else they could do as a business. I would recommend anything that any person that has a Ford that needs work done on it for this business to do for them

I came to this dealership kind of by mistake, I thought I was going to see a vehicle at one dealership and I ended up going to see a different vehicle at Castle Ford. But it turned out great! I worked with Terry and he was extremely helpful in making sure I got into a nice SUV within my budget. I had been looking at Lincoln s for several months and the Corsair was perfect! Good on gas, but still has all the bells and whistles I wanted. I ll definitely come back when I m ready to upgrade! Thanks Terry.

We bought our 2015 f-150 Lariat a few months ago from Sammy! She was fantastic. No pressure, no unnecessary upsells. Truck was in fantastic condition. I highly recommend this place! Will be back in the future for more vehicles. First dealership I went to where I felt low pressure and respected, like a human being not a dollar sign.

Easiest car purchase I ve ever experienced. No pressure from Rachel Kinney, let me take a test drive by myself. Simple financing and QUICK. Didn t sit around for hours waiting. Castle Ford in Michigan City is worth the drive.

Great car buying experience. I purchased a 2018 Ford Transit 350 XLT and it was pristine. Service has been professional and timely. The shop is always full of cars and a very healthy business. Highly recommend. Go Ford!

This is my fourth purchase at Castle. I always ask for the same sales lady . I know she will treat me like family. My wife and I provided Sam with a list of our required specifications and a need for a reasonable price. As usual Sam exceeded expectations.

They were flexible with my appointment time with having to drive a ways to get there. Also helpful in explaining the process and financing info. I forgot my garage door openers in my trade in and they were kind enough to mail them to me.

We were in search of a new Colorado, I was searching within 250 miles of my hometown. I saw the Colorado I was looking for at Castle Ford in Michigan City. I made a called and was able to speak with Jake Woods. Jake not once acted like a Salesman . Instead he listen to me, he never hounded me, he was there for me.When we finally made the decision to purchase the 2023 Colorado, we did everything over the phone and we closed the deal. Within 2 days the truck was delivered to us and we could not be anymore happier. So if you are looking for a vehicle and are tired of all the hassle just reach out to Castle Ford, ask for Jake get the vehicle you are wanting. Outstanding and we will definitely go to Castle Ford.

Buyer Beware. This dealership is unethical & dishonest in their business practices. They advertise a great price but reality is they hide how qualifying is a condition. It's a true dog & pony show between the salesmen & the general manager. Always read the fine print.

I bought a 2020 Lincoln MKZ reserve from this dealership. I had nothing but problems from the start. I had to get the transmission fluid changed (it only had 70k miles) and a full alignment for the front and back. This put me about 5-600 dollars out of pocket within the first two weeks of having the car. I mentioned this to them, and they didn t offer any discounted rate for the work, or anything like that. I then continued to have issues and asked to trade the car in. They offered me over 5 grand LESS than what I paid for it less than TWO MONTHS after I got the car having put LESS THAN 1k miles on the vehicle. I then went to test drive 4 other vehicles. It was two Lincoln s, a mustang and a Chevy. All of them had transmissions issues, I actually got stuck on the test drive in the Lincoln as the vehicle was STUCK in 4th gear. I was also supposed to test drive a gmc truck, but they didn t have it there like they were supposed to, even though it was scheduled for over a week from there, I knew I had to run away from this dealership. I ended up trading the MKZ in at another dealership and lost about 5-6 grand after taxes and everything. This is NOT fair at all, and you should STAY AWAY from this dealership. Rachel, the sales rep, was helpful, but this dealership is not a good place to shop. They didn t do anything to try and make it right and they didn t care about how I felt or how the car was performing. It s also good to note I put about 10k down on the vehicle. They do not have your best interest, please go to a different dealership. It was my first experience with a dealership and they made me fear dealerships, and not trust them whatsoever.

Buyer beware! This dealership is the worst of the worst. They are guilty of false advertising, double standards, not keeping their word, deceptive practices and more. I m limited by the length of this review. Be wise and learn from my mistakes. Don't go to Castle Ford in Michigan City IN.False advertising: on the internet, they advertise dealer discounts which brings the price $3000 below MSRP. It's just simply not true, they did not offer any dealer discount. The only discounts they offered were from the Ford Motor Company not the dealership. Furthermore, the only way you could get discounts was if you qualified. That was not stipulated. I saw no asterisks on the price for the vehicle on their website. When I pointed this out to the salesman that there were no qualifiers for the discounts on the website. He pulled it up and on the very last page it has a tiny little asterisk. I'm sure by design. And guess what? I missed it of course. So, we're now back to MSRP with no discounts.When I saw that they were not going to honor the Internet price I was preparing to leave. And the salesman said. I don't want a bad review so work with me on this. I said OK, I'll split the difference with you. So, he was going to take $1500 off the MSRP. He even wrote the price out on a piece of paper and had me sign it. He wanted me to commit to this price and I did. We had an agreement. Go to the next guy and he says, Oh no we can't do that. I've got to keep the lights turned on. (This guy was a fast talker.) He continued, You're not going to lose the deal over $500, are you? Stands up with a big smile on his face and shakes my hand to close the deal. I'm sure this is tactic they use repeatedly on people. They work in concert with each other and I'm sure they think they're so clever. The salesman broke his word. We had a deal and then they want to keep dealing. I asked the salesman about this. He said, I just wanted to make sure that you were serious about the deal. He wanted me to commit to the deal, but he wouldn't. That's a double standard. We had a deal, but he did not keep his word. He knew what the next step of the process was. If he didn't have authority to make the deal, he should not have had me commit to it. That's a deceptive practice.In big bold letters, they advertise that if you don't like the deal, you can return the vehicle within 72 hours. Read the fine print on that, they're going to charge you a 5% restocking fee. On a $60,000 deal, that's $3000 they are going to charge you to return a vehicle. One star review is too much for this dealership. They tarnish Ford's good name. Buyer beware! The salesman called after I posted a bad review. He said that they would send me $500. (That they cheated me out of) whether I took down the bad review or not. I said I would amend my review after I received my $500. It never came. Once again they broke their word!

My husband wanted a newer F-150. Desirea met him outside in the cold, sat in the truck and explained all the upgrades and bonuses this new truck had. We just made it in during the 2.9 financing also! We are so happy with our purchase. It was quick and the service guy did such a great, fast job of cleaning it up so it looked perfect. We have always been happy with Castle dealers but we loved our experience with Desirea.

I had a great experience at Castle Ford in Michigan City! I highly recommend Terry Morse as a salesperson. He'll take great care of you. He is very friendly, great communication, knowledgeable and trustworthy. The F&I process was also super easy and streamlined. Thanks Castle Ford! I love my new Bronco!

I have been a customer of Castle since buying my first Lincoln in 2020. I have been extremally pleased with the two vehicles I have bought ( I believe they have the best lane centering and adaptive cruise technology in the business today) and the service department has always been able to accommodate my schedule. This experience has led me forgo the imports that I had previously purchased, a good part of that decision is the performance of Castle's service department.

I absolutely love the castle crew in Michigan City Indiana they have been so helpful to me, with my own health problems and family health problems I am doing things for the first time I've never done in my life and thanks to the wonderful staff at Castle are truly taking the time to help me when they are there to sell cars this just shows how wonderful and loyal they are to their customers. Great truck! Sales and finance dept. were courteous and very professional. The process was streamlined and quick! I didn't sit for hours waiting.Updat:Had my first oil change and tire rotation. Service department was excellent, did Service while I waited. Fresh coffee and comphy chairs. Oh, they also did required preventive maintenance on the ASC lift! Only took about 45 minutes. So far this has been my best experience with a dealership and I'm 50+ and have bought several new vehicles. My 1st Ford and love the F-150!

A huge thank you to Castle Lincoln-Ford and my service advisor Cole! I brought my vehicle (Lincoln Nautilus) in due to a accelerator issue. The part that was needed was not available; however, Cole ensured that I had a loaner vehicle while I waited on the repair. It took nearly three weeks before the repair was completed but Cole kept me informed. Castle Lincoln-Ford technicians did an amazing job!!!
