Beautiful job! Jeff was giving me updates all through the process and they got it done really fast! Super friendly and sweet. They made my car beautiful inside and out! Couldn't be happier with the detail they do. Posting before and after pictures to show. I love this place. Top notch work everytime!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and communication re: the progress on my car from Jeff at Caliber. They are a business that actually answers their phone; not my usual experience. I got a deer weeks ago on the highway. They got me in right away! Kept me up to date on my car daily with texts and calls. Super friendly and understanding. Don t Go anywhere else for your car! They are amazing!!!!

The staff at Caliber Collision were really impressive. They had my car for 8 days. In that time they kept in touch on progress of the repairs. They could have not been better. And my car looks great. I highly recommend Tim and his staff at Caliber.

BEST BODY SHOP in the area! I had a scratch on my car, that I ve only had for less than 6 months, and TWO other body shops here in Michigan City said they couldn t buff it out. They said it would require completely repainting my bumper, AND that they re so backed up that they couldn t get it in until October or November.. I made a claim with my insurance company, and went to Caliber. Tony is who I talked to, and he said he was going to try to wet sand it, and that they can get me in the next day. I had to wait to get my deductible but when I did drop it off, Tony called me later that day and said they got the scratch out, and asked me to come and look, to see if I m happy with it. I got there, and I couldn t even tell where the scratch was! I was able to keep my deductible, and cancel my insurance claim! Tony is the absolute BEST!! He won t lie to you or take your money, if he can possibly help it. He genuinely cares about people and their vehicles. I won t ever go to another body shop, as long as I live close to Caliber.I m sharing a picture of what the scratch looked like, before Tony made it completely go away.Service: Body & Trim

They were a preferred body shop for my insurance. I hadn t heard much about them, so I was hesitant at first. I called a couple of other places and no one could touch our vehicle for a month. So after calling around we decided to go with them. We were not disappointed! They got the vehicle done in half of the estimated time, and did an excellent job. They had our vehicle for a week total and it looks wonderful. If you want the job done right and to use someone who seems to take pride in their work choose Caliber Collision.

Went to caliber collision through my insurance provider and was very glad I did! Shoutout to Jeff and everyone at CC they fixed my car and made it look amazing! Not only that but also replaced my broken window (which they didn t have to do) free of charge! And also cleaned my car and mats! Beyond happy with the service provided and will 100% be going here anytime I need anything done. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

WOW! What a great experience from start to finish! I had a minor fender bender that left some damage to one part of my bumper with that repair being covered by my insurance company. When I went in for the estimate, I wanted to see if I might get the other bits of damage on that bumper (not related to this accident) repaired too. Tony, the shop manager and a VERY personable guy, said that they could fix all of the issues including a dent in my hatch all for the deductible charged for the initial accident! I mean, who does that in this day and age?! The repaired bumper looks amazing! The color match is spot on. And, the cherry on top? They thoroughly clean the outside and INSIDE of your car before pick up. So, you feel like you're getting a brand new car! Really, just a top-notch experience. I have taken my car here twice now due to accidents. They are efficient. They are friendly. They keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle. They matched the color of my orange jeep perfectly. They also detailed the inside and made her nice and clean. Definitely recommend!

Incredible service! When my car got hit at work I took it into Gerber Collision for the initial estimate. I would have had to wait 2 1/2 months just to get an appointment to drop off for repair and was told it would take one month or more to complete repairs. Jeff at Caliber Collision had me in within a week and my car was repaired beautifully in 3 days AND they detailed it!!Service: Body & Trim

Jeff Kohan and all the people here did a fantastic job repairing the damage. The color and finish is perfect. I was involved in a car accident August 18th my car was taken to Caliber Collision on August 22nd it is now October 27th and they are telling me my car will not be done until November 30th!! I am very upset I have spent over 1,000 on rentals already, my car should not take 3 months and the accident was not that bad! I am getting mixed signals on updates, they claim to be working on repairs then another week they re waiting on parts. It s frustrating I need my car!!

They did an OUTSTANDING job on my 08 Chevrolet Avalanche!! 5 's., They seriously helped me to transform/makeover my truck..I couldn't be more completely satisfied with their services. I've dealt with them before when they were known as Abba. They did collision work on my Ford Fiesta. The work they did was superb. I recently hit a deer and needed front end work. If they are anything like Abba, then I am completely confident that they will do a exceptional job.

I have had good experiences with my service, although the repair was on the right side bumper light. Some one entered my vehicle three out my Restaurants coupons. Entered my console took my lose coins and put them in a styrofoam cup. Why??
