They say open but don't Answer the phone also they have a lot of 1 star reviews I wonder why I will be sending people to another dealership that answers the phone when it says open,now these people don't tell the truth in there review I help seniors find cars also they lie just like the rest of there reviews say they say it's funny I think it's funny that they have more 1 star reviews than 5 star reviews

Replying to reviews putting the blame on your 2nd lot of cars down the street like you aren't the same company has got to be the scummiest thing I've seen. If it was an entirely separate business with different owners like you claim, they'd have their own google maps listing, wouldn't use the same front plates, and one would be sued into having a different name if it caused the other to get bad reviews.

They are ok. We saw a vehicle on there website that was supposed to be on the sales room floor, got there to look at it and there wasn't even a show room floor. I think majority of the vehicles are good. They r detailed really well.

Worst they get you sign papers saying you buy as is but lie about the car to make the sale. Bought a car a week later brake line blew. Took it to the shop and found out need new pads and rotors all the way around as well as bad tie rods. Will never go back here. Also make you wait for title cause there is only 1 person who can sign them and he is only in 1 time a month.

Don't be mislead by a poor rating for this business. I have bought two cars here and I have never had a problem with the service I received or the vehicles I purchased. I have, however, been in the office when someone has either been unable to purchase a vehicle they wanted or given incorrect information to the finance office and then are turned down by the banks because of their credit history. Revenge ratings, unfortunately, are abundant on Google because of a lack of verification of the information on the postings.

I've purchased 2 vehicles from Kevin for my twins when they were 16 years old. They both got great cars that even looked super sporty, both had low miles and the price was great! I tell anyone I know that's looking for a good used car to go there and see his son Dustin now and if you need financing you can talk to Devin about that and he will get your deal done. Kar Mart is also part of the Johnson family business and they have a ton of really nice vehicles at very affordable prices. The Johnson family won't let you down, they will work tirelessly to get you in a car you can afford and in the one that you want.

Absolutely terrible business people paid over 10 thousand for a vehicle to find out the frame was so bad the Chevy dealership wouldn t even work on it not even 2 weeks after buying it. Then had severe electrical problems was told the vehicle looked to have been a flood vehicle cost me over 4 thousand more to get it finally fixed right and almost 4 months later before I actually got to drive it and they offered absolutely no help. Shame on them for ripping honest hard working people off. Get your vehicles anywhere else but here worst place I ve ever dealt with!

I would definitely describe myself as a struggling college student who does not have a huge chunk of cash to put towards a vehicle. Budjet Cars has been the first place to not only have reasonably priced vehicles but also an experienced staff that will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They were very inviting and understanding of my situation and did everything they could to point me in a direction best suited for me. The car I purchased runs very well, and is literally immaculate. The trunk, the seats, the floor, all of it spotless. The most important part was under the hood, and it was also held to the same standard of excellence. They were also privy to everything with the vehicle. Nothing was a secret, no transmission problem I would find a few days later, no random sputtering, nothing. The only thing was the radio and the windshield wipers, both of which I was informed of. It is very comforting to know that they cared about the well being of a stranger who was struggling. I would recommend this place to anyone who maybe doesn't have that much money, someone who just wants a car that is going to last, or is tired of all the searching for the perfect car that ended up having problems later. Budjet Cars has provided me with a car buying experience I actually enjoyed, and I know they can do the same for you.UPDATE 10/13/2020So I feel it is important with the conflicting reviews to update everyone on how my vehicle is doing a year later. I purchased a 2008 Chevy and it still works like a charm. I have added probably added almost 15,000 miles on to it and everything is in working order. I ve only had to do regular maintenance such as oil change, tire replacement, and swapping windshield wipers. I ve had no under the hood problems thus far, and hope for it to stay that why for a while. I can t guarantee a perfect experience for every person, but as someone who isn t really privy on all things car, this experience was life changing. I hope to continue updating everyone annually to let any potential buyers know longevity of Budjet vehicles post purchase. So far my investment has been well worth it.

Don t waste your time. I filled out an application Wednesday, they pulled my credit Thursday morning, it is now Saturday and I have called multiple times a day for the last 3 days and never get a call back and still do not have an answer. They are clearly not in a hurry to sell the vehicle. It doesn t make sense, and I would not recommend anyone to come buy a car from here. Waste of time, an hour drive and inquiries on my credit!

Car needed a battery jump the first time I visited. They replaced it with a barely functioning battery. I had to replace that, then the oil pan 3 TIMES in 2 damn months. OH & the brakes were out within 2 weeks, plus it had a faulty transmission & clutch... just waiting for the next issue!! >.<

Salesman was friendly and treated us well the vehicle is subpar. Was told it had bad 02 sensor has missfire on cyl 2 intake leak mileage diesnt show up on dash and tailgate falls off. I should have checked it out better.
