Best experience buying a car we ve ever had! Kind, approachable, non-pressuring sales excellence - Trevor met us at the door on our first visit. We proceeded to talk, then text, then discuss further our options, pricing, incentives, trade-in and timing. Other players included Brian and Rachel, all making buying a car fun and pleasurable - which it should be! Highly recommend to buyers near and far. Keep up the good work. We are Bosak Honda fans.

While Bosak Honda physically had the car I ended up buying (was on a timeline) everything about this process was a mess and slimy from start to finish. I had been email them for weeks about seeing different cars and found one I was very interested in. I was promised that the car was being moved from Highland to Michigan City and was emailed excessively to confirm that I would actually be there on the date and time that we settled on given that they were moving the car. Even was emailed at 6am the day of. I get there and of course the car is not there, they state it never got moved but they have ~the perfect~ replacement I just HAD to look at. Of course this car was multiple years old, many more miles, yet a very similar price. And they already had the car pulled forward for me to look at. I expressed how I was upset as I planned my weekend coming in from out of town to look at this car they promised as of 6am was being moved for me. Many other things continued to happen during this process that I won't bore you with, but repeatedly I was told by the person I was working in financial that basically I shouldn't be upset and they have TONS of 5 stars reviews, like that was supposed to make it all better. Ultimately I did end up finding a car (note to buyers, if they say the are going to smoke bomb your car what that really means is they will spray a bottle of freeze in it so it smells like your parents basement after you let your friends in high school smoke a cigarette) so I was happy with a different car I found off lot that they were able to obtain, but I felt like it was very sketchy and dishonest with the whole process. Also they gave me a rental while they "smoke bombed" the car, which they asked for back after two days. When they sent someone with a new car, that man got into a minor car accident, but they still had me switch cars and drive the car that was just hit. I personally will not go back when looking for a car in the future and have told my friends, family, coworkers the same thing. There is an expected level of slim with car sales, but this went above and beyond

Title: Great Experience at Bosak Honda (I brought 2024 Civic Sport)I had a very positive experience at Bosak Honda in Michigan City, Indiana. My salesman, Alex, was fantastic. From the moment he greeted me, he made me feel comfortable and like a trusted advisor. The entire car buying process felt easy and stress-free, which is a rarity these days! Alex was helpful throughout the test drive and buying process, and I would highly recommend Bosak Honda to anyone looking for a new car.

We had a wonderful experience shopping & then buying a new Honda. My husband & I were looking around at different dealers & didn t really know what we wanted to I buy. We went to Bosak Honda & Alex Ferguson talked to us & showed us a couple of cars we thought we might like. He was so knowledgeable about the cars & took the time to demonstrate what the options were. We were really impressed with the Honda Pilot but after listening to us about what was important in a car Alex suggested we look at an Odyssey. We did & fell in love with it. It s a much better choice for us! Alex was amazing & Rachel made the contract & paperwork very easy. She was great too! Would definitely recommend going there!

We've been shopping for our cars at what is now Bosak Honda since 1983 when we purchased our first new Accord--and we've never been disappointed by the vehicles or the service. The used cars we've bought more recently have also been good ones. Bought our most recent Honda today after working with several great employees, Mirtha, Trevor, and Rachel among them. Great attitude, great people, great service! My family highly recommends them!

Outstanding customer service!! Cassidy is professional and friendly. No pressure sale but gave options. Also liked the fiance gentleman. Anytime someone tells me they are looking for a vehicle I will refer this dealer ship. Also they basically cleaned my car to to look almost resale ready.

Bosak Motors in Michigan City were wonderful to work with. Trevor Duke was our sales person and did a great job. We were able to test drive several vehicles. He answered all our questions. This is the second time purchasing from Bosak. They are friendly, very cooperative and informative, making sure we are happy.

I just had an oil change and tire rotation done today. Dylan took a moment to explained the multi inspection results. After the service was done and I was about to leave, I noticed there was an oil on the driver s door armrest. I notified Dylan about it, he came out to see it and apologized. He came back in to get an oil cleaner and towel and took care of a small messed. I appreciate his professionalism and his effort to make sure that their client is completely satisfied before leaving after the service was performed.

The service advisor was very accommodating. He explained everything to us and did some trouble shooting to figure out what the problem was. We really appreciated his professionalism and am extremely happy with the work that was completed. Thank you-keep up the good work!

Purchased a 2024 Accord Sport Hybrid. Alex was very helpful in assisting with the sale. Finance Department was also friendly - offered extras & options without being pushy. Overall, a very pleasant car buying experience.

I have bought 2 cars from Bosak Honda in Michigan City. I have had positive experiences with both their salespeople and their service department. Staff is helpful and friendly.and the building is very clean with a comfortable waiting area.

He ll work with you to find the car that works within your budget. He doesn t call or hound and he s an all around great guy.The Honda store is impeccably clean and the team is very helpful.

My husband and I previously bought our Honda CR-V from Bosak a year ago and had a wonderful experience! I really like that they have their own financing, so your credit score isn t ran through a bunch of different banks. I was in need of another new car and decided to go back to Bosak and had an even better experience than the time before! We worked with Dave Kelley and he was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles, considerate of our budget and wasn t pushy! I will always buy my vehicles from Bosak!!I recently worked with Jordan and she was amazing!! She listened to my budget and only showed me what I could afford, which I really appreciated. We had our 2 year old son with us, and she was patient with him and let him play with her ducks. I love my new vehicle and am happy with the entire experience!

We are a Honda Family to the core (RDX, MDX, CRV x2, PILOT x3, ACCORD x2, CIVIC). It is very pleasing to say that in my experience with dealerships and service centers while with my family we will always return home to BOSAK for it all. BOSAK is incomparable with ease of use, pricing clarity (which is a huge ), turn around time, and overall joyous customer experiences no matter how small or large the issue.No pressure, no bait and switch, pure service advisors who tell you how it is and let YOU the consumer make the choice! No push back unless safety is a concern. (we all know the cabin air filter.. engine air filter.. wipers.. all of the misc) the suggestion is there, but never a hassle :)I personally have been to numerous Honda dealers while being an undergraduate at IU, across the state due to maintenance, a flat tire here and there, a wellness check for the vehicle I drive and it s not the same as the NWI experience. As the slogan says it s better at BOSAK it s really true.

Came in for a Honda Civic Sport left with the best deal I could ever imagine. Cassidy was so helpful and so respectful to me, none of the other dealers exceeded his professionalism. These guys SAVED MY WEEKEND away with my daughter! I was on the freeway driving from Chicago to Sandusky Ohio when the check engine light pops on. I know I have to get off the freeway and I m in an absolute panic. It is 4:15 PM on a Friday. I find the closest Honda and luckily they are not terribly far away and they are open. The full solution is something we will fix at home, but they had a temporary solution for me that they were able to complete that night. I was still nervous about getting in the car and completing the road trip. I had three more hours to go, and then five back to Chicago the following day. The man at the desk (whose name I wish I had gotten) looked me in the eye and assured me, You re going to be fine. I FINALLY calmed down. And he was right. We made it to and from our destination and will forever be grateful to the kindness and concern of Bosak Honda for completing the work for us even as the time ticked past closing. Thank you again!!

I had to take my Pilot in for recalls. They are knowledgeable about what needed to be done, efficient and helpful. I come all the way from the Mishawaka area, and I could go to local dealership, but I chose to come here because of the outstanding way Bosak treats their customer.

The salesman was good and straight forward. I would give give him a 5. Having to wait so long to take care of the financing and then have Rachel give us a marketing plug about extra extended warranty while we were tired, hungry, and vunerable (we were there for hours), was not appreciated. It seemed she was more interested in that and forgot to have us sign the loan papers. She gets a 1. Thus Bozak Honda went from a good place to mediocre. I pray your future customer service doesn't. Needless to say I am extremely disappointed.

So so. They got me in for a recall, and performed the recall however, upon leaving more problems started occurring. Brought the vehicle back and they did not correct the issue. So I have service lights now coming on that were never coming on before I took it in for recall service. Not good almost wish I wouldn t have brought it in at all at this point. could just be coincidence. I may give em another try

We are loyal Honda owners and have been for 20 years. We discovered Bosak Honda after moving to a town close-by this past summer. Their service is fast, professional and they do not try to upsell which is so refreshing. We have switched permanently to Bosak for service on all 3 of our Honda vehicles. In my experience, this is one of the best Honda service departments I have ever dealt with and we have been to several in different states. Highly recommend!

I had Shelby help me out on 16th of January, 2024. She was very professional, well spoken, and helped me out with everything. She talked me through everything so I knew which car would be the best fit for me. I would honestly recommend her to anybody. I definitely liked her character and and how she takes care of her customers.!

Absolutely amazing! I have to say Trevor is one of the best if not THE BEST salesmen I have ever worked with. I have bought cars from him before and found myself away from Honda for close to 2 years. I stopped by just to get some numbers on a new Civic and found myself leaving with an amazing 2024 Civic for a price that made since along with an extended service package.That night I went home and talked to my fianc� and the next evening we would ourselves back at Trevor's desk to purchase a new 2024 Honda CRV for my fianc�.By far some of the greatest salesmen ship in the business!

The salesman Trevor Duke is exceptional to work with. We worked with him for three days to get this deal done and he was very very patient with us. We are very appreciative of his services. He was nice to work with and he got us a really good deal. We have purchased or leased four cars through the dealership and have always been very happy with it. We also worked with Rachel Toms, the business manager and she was very nice to work with. She was very informative, very straight to the point, it really helped to get straight facts and get a nice attitude from everybody. We would give them a five star rating. I would definitely recommend your dealership to any friends or acquaintances.

One of the best dealership experiences I ever had. Nicole was great with keeping in contact with me on emails and guiding me along the way. David Kelly was my salesman. Brought my son here after he visited team Honda just to check out a new car. Cassidy helped him out and even though we weren t planning on buying a car that day after we left he was 100% certain he was gonna buy it from Cassidy. Super nice guy very easy going and got him set up with a great price and great financing. Super nice people over there thanks guys!
