I got a flat on the highway. Filled it but it went flat again. Dry flats are not great as I would have shredded my tire by the time I got home. Bill called every tire shop in town trying to help me to get to Chicago today. Finally I look left car there and will wait for tire they ordered. They were kind and helpful before I ordered from them. I trust people like that.

Highly recommend service, I was 5 hours from home with a flat and no spare. We called multiple places and honestly I knew nothing about my vehicle and despite my stress and lack of knowing they walked me through everything to find the information and get it towed and when I checked in were so kind and uplifting when we had dealt with a lot of condescending conversations with other places.I have left 5 reviews in my life and really felt this place deserved one!!!

Very clean waiting area. Dealt witho a very professional manner. They kept me informed and I was in and out in about an hour and no appointment was needed.

These folks are amazing! I had a tire that was losing air, they fixed it for free!It was 4:30pm, on a nasty weather January Friday.They fixed it super quickly, free of charge, and I was able to make my drive back to Urbana, IL.

I went to the store on the day of their tire sale. It was just to buy tires, not for installation. The Belle Tire employees were both very friendly upon arrival, the person who helped me with my order was very efficient, asked for my input, went out and examined my tire, answered phone calls in a very polite manner and asked them to hold, and explained everything I needed to know about the warranty. The whole process didn't take long at all. We scheduled the appointment for my tires to be put on. The whole experience was a very positive one.

Had a flat tire while traveling. Showed up Saturday morning at 8 and by 805 my truck was inside. Found out I had picked up a lag screw on the highway and the whole was to large to patch. I was on the road before 9 with a new tire. Thanks for the great service!!

I am not very pleased with what happened. I purchased 2 new front tires for my F350. I also asked if they could fill up the back tires as they were low. I asked again of that was done before Ileft. Not done. Now that I'm trying to get the tires aired up here a month later, the valve stems leak when you attempt to air them up. Sorry guys. I don't have time for this and I'm judt going to take it to Schafner.

Showed up early for an appointment for 2 tires changes and they shuffled me right in. Fast quality service and knowledgeable. Scheduled the tire purchase and appointment online with no issues.

I went in to get one tire which I found out I need all four because of the vehicle I have with it being four-wheel drive and they also told me about a part behind the wheel in the front that need a replaced which they did. They're super nice at this place

My bf bought me 4 brand new tires from Belle. He paid for the rotation warranty. They would not honor that. Told me no record of it on file.

I went to the Belle Tire here in Michigan City to get my tire patched; I had a good size nail in it. I expected it to cost $20-$40 like most places, but they got it done quick and when I went to pay they said no charge. I figured there was some mistake, but they said if it s something simple like that they just take care of it no charge. That s the kind of customer service that you just don t see anymore. They also did an alignment on my Honda Civic a couple years ago and did a great job. It was on coil overs so a lot of places wouldn t do it, but they got it done and did a great job then as well. They definitely have a customer for life in me, and I ll be telling my friends and family to go there as well

I need to report my experience at belle tire and how I felt discriminated against and feared for my safety with driving my car after leaving your company 9/7 I arrived to belle tire in Michigan city Indiana I told Henry that I need my front checked out because of the grinding noises and my back end checked because my rims and rotors was really hot and grinding. After continuing speaking with Henry about paper work etc he was very rude, short, and seemed like he didn t want my business. After leaving the store my dad said if I was you I would tell them to give your keys back so you can go somewhere else because how rude they were I also remembered at the time while speaking to my dad I needed to let them know I have underglow on my car and so I ran back inside to tell Henry to be careful of my lights that they don t damage them and he made a remark saying they are illegal underglow and I said it is not illegal in indiana in which he argued with me in the store a couple minutes about how they are illegal and I also said to Henry that I was pulled over at night with lights on thinking I was getting pulled over for the underglow but the officer said I was going 7 over the speeding limit and my lights are legal in which he continues to try to argue with me about the underglow so I left it at that but after this altercation it made me really nervous to leave my car at belle tire. Later that day he informed me that I needed brakes, calipers, and rotors and the e brake was stuck and would have to be fixed or cut off I then stated is that why my front end is also grinding and he said yes because the emergency brake line is under my feet on driver side. On 7/8 he called me earlier that morning that my car is ready to be picked up and said the grinding was fixed due to the emergency brake being detached and brand new rotors brakes and calipers. I arrived at belle tire and payed for my car went outside and started to drive and realized when I braked my car was still having that issue even though on the phone he said that the parking brake was the reason there was issues to the grinding so I went back to the parking lot and went inside to tell him that the grinding noise was still there in which he said he will have someone look at it again and call me later. Lunch time he called and said that they don t know what is the cause of the grinding and said they don t really want to look further into it because it would be a hassle for belle tire and cost me a lot more money. After leaving belle tire I called Hyundai dealerships right after I left because I didn t feel safe and they said they can get me In at 1:30 that day so I dropped off my car off and later that day they said that my new rear rotors had foreign substance on them and brake slides and backing of brake pads were not properly lubricated from belle tire and the emergency brake was not the problem of the grinding. The reason I also took the car to Hyundai was because the smirk on their face and how they wanted to brush me off with how much it would inconveem them and myself to look further into the problem.

my family and I were road tripping from Chicago to Buffalo and blew a tire on I-90. Belle got us in immediately and had us on our way within an hour. The staff were friendly and walked me through everything. Highly recommended!

Good.Edit, not good,, Jerry was rude and has forfeited the ability to retain my business. 4stars is now 1starEdit. Two years laterI decided to give Belle Tire another chance. Because of sponsorship of Blackhawks! Unfortunately, I'm only raising my review to 3 stars. Increase of 2 stars. The reason being is that You cannot schedule a rotate and balance. They literally make you sit and wait to do a maintenance on their tires. When I call in, they always seem to be busy and refer me back to another date or time. I'm considering paying Discount tire $60 to do a lifetime Rotate and balance on my vehicle. That way, I can schedule my service and be in and out. As a matter of fact, I think I'm only going to rate them 2 stars.If they don't do better, this could be the end of my business relationship with Belle tire.

In a few days I leaving for Ubon RTAFB, Thailand, 408th MMSmilitary reunion and noticed a low tire on my truck. I took it to Belle Tire and they took it in right away and had it fixed within an hour. I now feel safe in pulling my trailer to the campground in Ohio. Thank you Belle Tire and employees.

Belle tire was awesome. We literally visited 5 car repair places in Michigan City and Belle was the best! They had us back on the road for a great price very quickly. Highly recommend!

Gentleman that helped me today was very beneficial. Informed me of everything that is included with my purchase, how often I should come for tire rotations etc. Would definitely recommend to others.

This place is a joke first it's 400 for wheel bearing they they brake the CV axle and expect me to pay for it 1100 later this is badd business and you will never see my money again crooks

Professional service, good price, timely, clean comfortable facility, don't waste your time at Walmart unless you have no choice. My only complaint would be that I had to order the tires I needed and it took almost a week to arrive. Tire Rack in South Bend won't have that problem but they are much more expensive tires. It is a real toss up between Flanigan (always shop local) and Belle Tire, it probably will come down to who has the tires you need.

Tough to beat the value you get from Belle. I'm not one to shop for the lowest price, I have plenty of things to do with my time. I asked around and was told they were top notch when I moved here 3 years ago and have not been disappointed.Their sales team is very knowledgeable and happy to explain any curiosities I might have.Their rapid service time is important to me.I ask that they care for my car as if it were their own and they have done a wonderful job.I recently went in with a 1/4" bolt sticking out of my tire which I though would require replacing the tire. I told the salesman that I do mostly highway driving. He said that if they patched it it would be safe and last for the life of the tire. They fixed my tire instead of selling me another tire or two, and then they said "no charge". So I gave them $40 and asked that they buy the team a few beers and thank you.It's all about value, and peace of mind ,not who will save you $5.

Great experience. Scheduled an alignment online which was followed up by a phone call from Jerry to confirm. The business has a nice snack area and clean bathrooms. There are comfy chairs and a tv in the waiting area. I was in and out in under an hour and the work was done well. Jerry also directed me to a coupon that saved me $40. I ll be back

I have to say I have recently started using Belle tire in Michigan city inadana the staff here is amazing althea way around from the techs in the bays doing the work on my vehicles to the sells staff. Huge thanks to Patrick . They are all so knowledgeable and great at there craft if you really need help and don't want to feel like you're being taken advantage of go see the staff at BELLE TIRE. Send your moms wife's kids they will do right by them!!!!!!!!!
