I selected to pick my order up at the Michigan City store. They called promptly and left a voicemail to let me know they didn't have it in stock and would need to order it. When I called back, they were having issues with their phones due to an ice storm, but they followed up with me right away to let me know they could order the bulb and would notify me when it was in. I'm very pleased with their customer service!

I went and had the battery replaced in my fob a couple weekends ago. Staff was courteous and professional, prices were what I thought it was going to be, and it only took about as long as I anticipated. I was very happy and will return for any of my battery needs. Probably bulbs needs too

I had purchased a battery about 7 months ago...I didn't have a receipt and only used it a few times on a piece of machinery. The gentleman took care of it no questions asked. It was a legitimate claim but few people stick to the honor code these days, I would have had to buy a new one either way. I always say this is the best place to get taken care of and yet again the my surprise me! Thanks!

Purchased a boat battery two weeks ago. Installed the battery and it was dead. Put the battery on a charger and it started the boat. Boat is kept on charger while in our garage. Now first day of vacation with the boat. Not on a charger for 24 hours and battery is dead! Took the battery to store in Traverse City & the guy says he needs to test the battery once it s charged, which will take all day. He will call us when it s done and tested! He refused to replace it. He stated he needed to call the store where we bought it for information . We had the receipt with the battery!We left the store with the dead battery and bought a new battery at Autozone, who after hearing what happened to us at Batteries Plus gave us a discount on our new battery.Batteries Plus customer service = FAIL

Was notified my order was ready for pickup. Drive there 30mins there find out order not ready. showed them email to prove it was ready, they said nope. Moral of story dont send email saying order is ready, when it is not. What a waste of an hour. At least they were nice at the store. Said maybe ready Thursday.

good service and selection, sometimes prices are a bit high. they even make custom battery configurations. I ordered online, pickup took about 30 seconds.

The online transaction was so easy. Drove to the store 15 minutes later. I was met by an employee that helped me carry the old battery into the store. He also carried out the new battery to the car for me! I was elated with exceptional seevice!!

Store personnel very unfriendly and not helpful at all. Sold me 2 rechargeable batteries and charger for flashlights we received for Christmas presents. Batteries did not work at all. Employees wouldn't take them back even though I had receipt and purchased less than 2 weeks ago. I would recommend this be the very last place you go for help or batteries.

I took my wife's iPhone 7 in for a screen repair due to a cosmetic crack in the glass. The screen was 100% functional we just wanted the crack fixed. The employees are the store we're all relatively helpful, nothing too bad here. However, the lack of craftsmanship in this repair and essentially being told I'm SOL are the issues I have with this repair service. While there isn't a crack in the phone anymore, the screen is much less responsive than when it was cracked. Worst of all the replacement screen juts out from the phone with a noticably gap between the new screen and the rest of the phone. I appreciate that another "repairman" acknowledged the issues I brought up about the replacement, however the best resolution I received was that there wasn't a crack anymore. While I didn't expect an Applecare repair, I the hackjob I received is most certainly not worth the $119 I paid.

Got batteries that can't be bought in any other store, and a charger, then the item I bought them for wouldn't work, so I had to return all of it. The return was painless and wonderful. I am very pleased with Batteries Plus.

Absolutely perfect transaction ordered, paid for the order on line drove to the store walked in said I had placed an order on line he ask for necessary proof did the paper work. Very friendly talked for a few minutes and then I left.

Reliable products, always have a great inventory to cover the large variety of batteries that I have. The staff is fantastic and are good to us elderly and disabled folks...none better.

Thanks to Todd I was able to find and pick up some batteries for a flashlight in the store and didn't have to order them! Very good service and fast.

Smooth transaction battery seems to be very good for Mower at this point. Hopefully it will last more than two years, that's all I got from the last one and another department store.

Just glad there is a Batteries Plus near us. they do come in handy. Sad to say we didn't finish out the purchase had our battery tested and it was good. It was the ground cable that wasn't making contact.

The store is in the next town, so I used the online order/store pickup option, which worked very well. The item was ready and I got the online order discount.

this chain is notorious for improperly trained staff , but this particular location takes the cake, my experience here was not at all what other reviewers experienced, do yourself a favor- go elsewhere
