Had my water pump & alternator replaced & motor mount repaired. All 4 brakes & pads & rotors on my 2016 Honda Accord. Tom & Teddy are phenomenal along with Blair! Excellent price & work quality is impeccable! Pleasure to do business with these gentlemen! Would highly recommend them!! God Bless!!

Still on the look for an honest mechanic. If i went somwhere that was honest i would be $300 richer. Common sence say if your fluid goes low the engine light will go on. I needed the censor fixed not waterpump for the engine light to go off. I filled the resorvor and the engine light stayed on. The water pump was not the cause of the engine light it was the censor going bad.

No words to describe how amazing these people and this shop are. We were on a road trip and my muffler was dragging on the highway and they helped us the minute they opened. Everyone here was so sweet, kind and genuine. Teddy was a pleasure to talk to and get to know, him and Blaire made a stressful situation seem not so bad after all. They even went and bought my mom and I breakfast for us being stranded and broken down. Can t thank them enough for all their hospitality and kindness! Honest and genuine people!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

So thankful for these guys! We were traveling through on the interstate when our check engine light started flashing. They fit us in right away and took very good care of us!! Highly recommend them. Honest and professional.

I have been to many different mechanic shops, and this is by far the best one! Tom that works there is the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I have delt with in a long time. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to repair their car. They do all types of work there. Just had my transmission replaced about 3 months ago. I m happy to say that there are still nice honest people out there!! Thank you USA!!

My exhaust system fell apart and was dragging along behind my car on 65. I was directed to USA muffler, and they were great. They worked hard to find the cheapest fix for my problem, were able to fix it that same day, and even gave me a ride to lunch while I was waiting. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The man I spot with while I was there was nice and they worked quickly on my car. They did a great job and my car was finished the same day. This was my first time going there.

As a female I hate going to the car shop alone, because I don't know anything about cars. But when I go here I feel comfortable. I thought I needed front brakes for my car so I went in. They came back ten min later and said I didn't need brakes but I do need two front tires. They put everything back together and even offer to call around for tires for me. I left not paying a dime and they told me the truth. Females come here.

Service writer is top notch and seems to really care about your problem went there first for major eng. work the mechanic who worked on my veh. did an outstanding job and for far less than the dealer wanted.I must say they did a clean professional job. I have been back there since for oil changes . This has became my place for maintenance .

This is the only place I take my car to. They give an honest diagnosis of the problem and will show you the problem and explain it in detail. All work is done professionally and I have never had a problem. I recommend them to all my female friends because they are mechanics you can trust.

Go in and see Teddy and get that old school customer service the guy is super respectful up front and HONEST also willing to work with your budget !!! My new "go to" place for my car.

Can I give them no stars? They did fix the problem the car was brougt in for, but failed to mention they NOTICED BROKEN MOTOR MOUNTS and let me drive home with the engine doing a shimmy at each stop. Asked them how/why they could do this -- response was, you asked us to fix one problem and we did. ????? Seriously? You don't bother to mention something else that could kill me and my children driving home? STAY AWAY from this place. The $$$$ is their only consideration -- not your safety.

Good service, but after laying out over $800 for brakes, having to pay a 3% fee for using a credit card was very annoying. And not very good customer service.

Wanted to correct my last review. I had said my car was not running the same after I got it, turns out I needed a new transmission and it was not related. I'd recommend them to anybody that needs car work. Thank you guys!

I'd give no starts but that's not an option, while I will say they are knowledgeable I'm their work the customer service is horrible. I called to pick up my truck and the man said hello 10 times and hung up the phone on me, and then they closed early so my truck got locked in the shop. I only have one truck and I have work but they're inconsiderate of others.

They did a great job on my oil change other shops refused to work on my oil due to a stripped oil Bolt they did it quick with no problem!!!!

They do more than brakes and mufflers they do timing belt's engines trans tires limets now I should know I'm a mechanic there

I had to get my tire plugged because it was flat to get cost me about $15 maybe to get it plugged not sure cuz I didn't pay for it but it's okay place
