They do excellent work and make sure you understand every step and cost associated with your repair before you leave them they keys. I know peoples experiences may differ but Selena did an excellent job! As a bonus my vehicle was cleaner inside and out than when I dropped it off. 6 out of 5 stars. If management sees this review, you need to give that girl a raise! Good employees are hard to find and you hit the jackpot.

Absolutely brilliant work, and so professional! They were with me and my mom for the work through each step of the repair. Made sure my car was cleaned inside and out, and took care to make a flash drive showing the repair process. Unfortunately I couldn't see the files right away, but they provided a number to contact a line for assistance in viewing them. My car looked (and felt!) brand new, I hope to never have to return for their services but if needed I know this will be the FIRST place I recommend!

My partner had gotten into a collision due to another driver not paying mind to the road. Not only had his day been pushed multiple times back but it s now going on 4 months of this and we had just found out THEY HAVE YET TO TOUCH THE VEHICLE but have all parts in as of earlier this month , he has had to call himself for any updates when being told he would be updated which is very unprofessional. And it s causing a great amount of stress on our family.

I was forced to go to an auto body store because of a accident that I was involved in. The car was towed to Tom and Ed's Auto body shop and I was able to find out all I needed to and get all I needed to done without too much of a delay or complications. I greatly appreciate them for their assistance

Our insurance recommended Tom and Eds for body work after an accident. They were great with keeping me updated via text, did great work, and vacuumed it out before returning.

Had work done before at Merrillville location. This time, got estimate taken but they never sent it to me, or called to follow up. Not happy with that.

I was disgusted and dissatisfied with the level of service I received for my 2023 FPace. I bought it in for a repair they said was only going to be 3-4 day max and they kept if for 8 days, billed my insurance company for extra money after I paid in full and harassed me on the phone about paying them. The USB drive I received with the "report" on what was repaired on my vehicle was missing and when I went back to pay for the mythical repairs I received a significantly longer receipt with repairs I had never been consulted on but because I signed a " release" they didn't NEED to contact me. My car was returned with shop dust everywhere and the repair was half-a$$ed.I'm MAD at Jaguar for referring me to them and the only thing I can say is...don't go. I'm not sure if they are all as bad as this one, but if they are...you have been warned.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I have taken my car here twice and both times Jose and Linda were both very helpful and nice. Jose was very communicative about the process and answered all my questions without a problem. I recommended everyone to go here.

Took more time then they said,having rental longer$$" INSURANCE ON RENTAL they left of trunk cover off looking like this when I picked it up, didn't notice intill I got to work. Body work does not line up

Tom and Ed's has great customer service. No appointments needed for estimates. One of their employees will walk you through the estimate. Scheduling to get your vehicle in had a time frame less than a week. Constant updates were sent by text as work was being completed. They work with the insurance company to get the money. The repair job was perfect. They even provide you with a flash drive with pictures of the repair and the lifetime non transferable warranty. These are pros that know how to repair body damage and provide great customer service!

They did insurance repairs after an accident, now my car drives worse than ever. It shakes above 50mph violently, it pulls to the left. I called to complain and only then did they tell me about additional problems from the alignment center that weren t there before the accident and on the complete opposite side of the car that the accident was on. I m also convinced they drained my battery while working on the car, the morning after I got the car back it wouldn t start and needed a battery replacement. Never had battery issues before they got the car either. Do you think they fixed any of these issues? Not a single one. Had to spend an additional $200 on the battery and the car still shakes like crazy. I don t recommend them to anyone honestly.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim, Battery

My wife and I just had our 2021 Toyota Highlander repaired at Tom & Eds in Merrillville and the car looks brand new. Awesome service throughout and a great result. These guys are the best!

Meant to write this review a few weeks ago, but time got away from me. Tom and Ed's were great. Great customer service that went above and beyond to help me get an issue situated that involved getting the dealership/insurance involved. That act alone will have me returning if I ever need to and recommending others that do.

Awesome & Wonderful Customer Service. Very Professional and with Great repair work in detail. I am very well pleased with the Repair work done to my vehicle. I can and will recommend and refer Tom & Eds Autobody to all of my Friends, Family and anyone that I may know.. Especially, anyone that needs any type of autobody repair work & service. They even gave my vehicle a courtesy wash, with a smile and a Thank You when I did my Pick-up!.

A couple days ago my mom's jeep was rear ended and put a hug dent in the bumper and made the left tail light cracked as well. It took them a couple of days to fix the issues which was fine since we had another vehicle to use for the time being. My mom and I are very pleased with the results of the repair on her jeep. The bumper looks like it had never been hit, which is how it's supposed to look. The staff was really nice and was able to answer any questions we had about the repair. We will definitely come back to Tom and Ed's if we need any body work done. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs body work.

They do great work! Updates via text almost daily on progress and turn time was much faster than imagined. Had a minor issue after the repairs with a headlight and they took care of it within minutes when I stopped by.

Had a flat tire, stopped at a gas station to put air in and air compressor was broke......nice young man (with wife) works with Tom and Ed's were nice enough to take time out of their busy day and put the spare tire on . Very nice professional and kind couple. We need more caring people like these two in this world. Special thanks to the couple and if I am ever again in need, I will call Tom and Ed's !!! Ever so grateful.

I absolutely loved this place! Tremendous customer service and spectacular job on making my car look better than new. They were very good with keeping me updated through the whole process unlike a recent experience I had with Gerber. 100% recommend them to anybody looking to repair their car.

Tom & Ed's Merrillville missed my estimated completion twice, costing me extra money for rental. They lack experience in BMWs which led to these oopsies.
