If you take your car here, you will get up charge for Any reason they take a fine tub. Charge you on your repair. They were bump up the price and make it seem like they're giving you a deal. My personal opinion, I don't really trust them because I work on cars myself. I was charged $35 for something. They already had to do to get the job done

Great shop and excellent customer service. Tim one of the manager does a great job with explaining what he can or can't do and gives you options that help you stay informed on what you need to repair your vehicle. I appreciate the work they did and definitely am glad to bring my other vehicles to them for service.

You guys are great. You had the tire size that I needed. And it's hard to get that tire size anymore. Yet there you were with 2 of them good job. I'll recommend you to everyone. That needs some tire repairs or some services on their car.

The staff here was amazing. They are knowledgeable and even had a prize wheel gift for me at the end of our transaction! I highly recommend this shop.

Great service! Discussed options and the best route to take. Not out to tear a hole in your pockets. Three vehicles serviced there with major issues, replaced entire brake line, elec shocks all around on SUV, tires, alignments, tpms replacements, ignition coils that required removal of the intake, ..Very satisfied at the results.

The repairs that was done were great but were not the reason I originally bought my car in for service. The should have just repaired my issue with my check engine light. I got my car back but I still have a check engine light. (Amendment) I feel that my last statement has done harm to the repair shop that fixed my car. And my anger was misdirected. It was not the repair shop fault. I should have directed my anger toward my insurance company. But Thats another story for another time. My apologies to Tire &Auto.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They always treat me well, do the best they can to be upfront and honest about what I'm dealing with and take care of my issue. My preferred place for auto repair and advice I might add.

Great Auto shop! I would definitely recommend this people to anybody. I came in with suspension kit, from H&R, to lower my vehicle and they did a fantastic job. About an inch and half lower and love the look!

I have been going there with my cars and truck for a few years now. These guy have always been straight forward, helpful and respectful. Tim, better know as the man with many name is the best. I recommend that when your car need repairs they are the people you need to call on. All I can say...excellent customer and repair service. I really appreciate the knowledge of the staff regarding auto repair. My car had been serviced by another auto shop and the repairs were completed incorrectly.The staff at Tire & Auto Superstore diagnosed the problem right await and was honest with me on what repairs needed to be done and the cost. Repairs were completed in a timely fashion and at an affordable price. This is not an exaggeration, my car drives like a new car. This place is great came in my first time for new tires. Crews knowledgeable and polite. They took me back and showed me what kind of problems I was having due to such off balances and bent rim. Their service is exceptional. Parking lot is decently sized and place is easy to spot.

First time customer and won t be my last time. Mrs. Cheryl was very informative with helping me with the answers I needed and making sure I would get taken care of right away.Mr. Tim explained every details to me after the vehicle inspection and serviced on my car. My vehicle was serviced the same day for brakes and rotors all around without breaking the bank, very reasonable price $$$. I am a happy customer! It was hard for me to find a tire with the aftermarket rims I have and they helped me with a tire and mount for under $100 that's a great deal especially when my tires are so expensive. And the staff were generous and polite I definitely recommend others to them great people

Used to love this place. The staff was always friendly. It is inconvient being closed on Saturdays now. Called to get a break quote for my vehicle. The lady was rude and said she couldn't do it without me bringing in the car. I've had quotes done before, then she said we'll how am I supposed to quote something I can't see. I told her I didn't need rotors and she insisted I did. She was very rude and lazy. Couldn't give me a quote without opening a ticket and needed more information. What more info do you need then front brake pads only for my type of car? She was extremely rude. I'm sorry to see this place hire someone like this, but If this is the direction this co lmpany is going so will its business. Sad that I have to find somewhere else.

In addition to the tires, brakes, and wheel alignment, I also had a new gas tank installed. All the work was in two days. Edward, the mechanic, took me in back and showed me what had happened to my gas tank. I must say this was a lot of work done for an excellent price. All the employees were very friendly and seemed to get along well. Tire & Auto Superstore was an easy place to get to. I was very happy with everything, I think I have found a new auto repair shop.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Every time I bring my car here I get exceptional service. The people that work there are kind and take the time to explain to me what the problem is and what the solution is and they always ask how I want to handle it after giving me the information needed to make the decision. They are very honest straightforward and upfront. I highly recommend them

I ve been a proud customer for years even when they were in the older shop. Always excellent service, great people, and awesome products. Very friendly people and respectfully affordable. I visited this facility to see if I could get my wife's tire repaired and I was happy to find out on top of doing fantastic work at a very reasonable price that they also offer little perks from time to time. Low and behold after all the times that I went their, I had never been fortunate enough to catch one of their perks until 1 /6/23 when I came in for the tire repair. I happen to be the 100th customer and my service was free. I jokingly said it's a good thing I hadn't known because I would have bought a set of 4 and would have gotten them free, so kudos to this Auto and tire repair shop at 5200 Cleveland in Gary Indiana. They truly are a superstore as advertised. Thanks for being there !!!
