Excellent service. My service advisor Peter was the best I have ever had. He checked TSB bulletins and has the solution part on hand, because I live 40 miles away! Solved all problems, issues and maintenance, keeping me informed every 30 minutes or so.

Customer service was fantastic. Pete did a wonderful job explaining to me what was going to take place, how long it was going to be and followed up with me the entire time. A part had to be ordered, and he immediately called me to let me know that it was in so I can make arrangements to bring my car back in. Very professional and kind.

Pete, our service guy was fantastic! After he thought the issue couldn't be fixed, he consulted with the engineer the next day, called me back to bring the car back, and got the issue resolved. I appreciate him going the extra mile and not just moving on, I wouldn't of known. It is employees like him that make a great reputation for the dealership.

Everything was amazing! Pete was the one assisting me, and he was so helpful and nice. Great customer service, very helpful, quick and prompt. I appreciated all of the communication/documentation while my car was being worked on (calls, explanation of recommendations, inspection video/report, etc.) Overall was so happy.

Jeri had a welcoming personality that had us coming back to your dealership. let us look around freely to determine which car was right for me. Answered all my questions plus showing more features that I was not even familiar with. He also paid attention to my likes and dislikes. The whole Team VWAudi was helpful and pleasant. Will definitely recommend this Dealership to friends & family. :)

The VW maintenance department is terrible (except for Shawn). They have no problem & no conscience charging $4,200 to not fix anything. Not only that, they had no problem returning my vehicle to me in much worse condition than they received it. I brought it in for dummy lights (none fixed) and received it back with all lights on still & now it wouldn't accelerate properly. Now the check engine light was flashing which it never dis before. It was completely unsafe to drive & felt like it would catastrophically fail at any time. I emailed them several times giving them a chance to rectify the situation honorably. They declined. I never write reviews positive or negative. But this is so bad I didn't feel it was fair to others if I didn't. In fact, they returned my car in such bad condition that I looked to pay off the last 4 months of payments & trade in the vehicle asap. Obviously I looked at anything that wasn't a VW. I actually liked most things about my Atlas, but the maintenance & borderline theft made looking at another VW not an option.

Both Ryan and Van were exceptional to work with. They went out of their way to find the exact vehicle I wanted, and they were great to do business with. All transactions were efficient and well done. Would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Josh up front of service is great. So is the lovely woman next to him don't know her name. Bubbly, bright personality. They both made me feel like I'm taken care of and made sure I was accommodated for my wait.

I can't say enough good things about this dealership.. honest, upfront, helpful, standup people. The service dept is top notch and they stand behind there work. I came in with a coolant leak and they had options and solutions for me. Very positive atmosphere. Thank you for all the help.

Oil change was higher priced than other VW dealers. Work was recommended on bushings. When taken in for a second opinion, bushings were in tact, but there was tire wear that was missed by Team VW. Estimate included charges for services that should be included with that type of work. Brake job quote was double the price of any other local shop. Overall, disappointed by the service department at this location.

I came in for a basic oil change + tire rotation & waited over 2 hours to get my car back! I informed them that I was quite upset & asked if this is a normal time (they said yes) & suggested next time I drop it off & pick it up later. I reserved an appointment for my oil change as well, I was not a walk in. When scheduling my appointment I wish they would have explained that it s normal for it to take 2 hours as I did have other places I needed to be. Personally I felt like the least they could have done was give a discount on the tire rotations with how long I waited.Giving 3 stars because I wasn t expecting to get a car wash but they did wash my car

Everybody was very helpful and very nice, and I overall had a good experience. There are two things that caused me to not give 5 stars. The first is that the price charged for the two very routine things done was really, really high. We brought our still-under warranty Atlas in for a new battery and an oil change. While there, we were told that we also needed a new air filter, which we signed off on. When I picked up the car, the total charge was slightly over $700. For a car battery and an oil change. The only thing that charging that much for two extremely common (and two extremely EASY things to do) does is ensures that I won't be returning for anything not absolutely necessary in the future. Enjoy that $700. It will be the last that you see from me for a while.The second reason is related to the first. I would feel slightly better about getting jobbed on the first thing if they would have at least gone the extra mile on the easy stuff, namely done some cursory detailing of the inside. They did wash the outside, which is nice and doesn't always happen, so I do appreciate that, but for $700 for those two services, I would have thought they could have wiped the dash or cleaned up some of the crumbs left by my wife and the kids.

I'm not surprised about all the bad reviews. They're not friendly at all and they're not willing to work with you or negotiate. BE AWARE OF THE $299 CHARGE FOR SHADOW MARK.I was told it's a way to protect cars before they're sold. What is this have to do with me the buyer??Don't waste your time going there.

I've purchased two vehicles from Team Audi. Tim Kulig, Finance Mgr. is GREAT! He will walk you thru the best deal he can get. I've had some challenges with Service in the past but Joe and Adam have taken care of me as best they can most recently. My on going issues are with Audi of America not standing by their products, not the dealership.

at least very honest and upfront, dealerships have rules to follow which I get, but absolutely no willingness to help, not even upper management willing to help. Extremely rude and unprofessional(manager couldn t give me the time of day to even try and resolve something, couldn t look me in the eyes as a paying customer, and didn t even bother paying me the respects of getting up out of his chair so I could hear what he had to say as he spoke to me through a window as 1/2 impacts go off in the background). As a loyal customer to you guys, I ve spent thousands in parts alone for a variety of different Audi/vw vehicles from this dealership, the willingness to just ship me out the door without even looking for a way to resolve things is just unacceptable.

My first oil change on my first VW was not as I was promised when I purchased the car. I was told I could drop my car the night before, use a loaner, and pickup my car after completion. No loaner so I had to use time off from work and wait 2 hours for my car. Not only did it cost me pay from work but I got charged $420 for a new tire, balancing, and alignment. I gave the dealership a chance and they failed. I know now that I cannot trust anything I m told nor can I expect a fair price from this dealer.

As a seven year customer they just lost my business.A simple brake fluid change they half did caused me almost to almost get into an accident. They went to correct the problem only to damage my caliber 's then stuck me with a $2400 bill from there incompetent mechanic.

Wayne Kroner was so easy to work with he had all the answers to my questions about purchasing from 5 hours away!! He communicated with me via emails and text messages to help work around my busy work days and he even answered my calls and texts on and off the clock!!! I called Wayne on a Thursday and was driving my car home on Tuesday.

VW vehicle service here is a joke. Brought my car in for a warrantied covered fix. They assured me on 3 separate occasions that everything was covered under their 6y/72k warranty. 10 days after drop off I called in for an update. I was then notified that nothing would be covered under warranty anymore and the $300 part would cost me near $5000 to fix. They claimed that more engine codes were present but were unable to identify the code numbers to me. Management was exceedingly unhelpful. Filed a complaint to VW customer service directly on their actions throughout. Completely unacceptable. But hey, they went ahead and fixed that 1 pesky recall that I didn't know about... so I got that going for me.Update::Took this vehicle to Castle VW in Downer s Grove IL. They were able to tell me everything that was wrong with the vehicle AND COVER IT ALL UNDER WARRANTY. At this point, the Better Business Bureau will be given all of the information regarding this situation with Team VW. After my situation, and reading other similar reviews, I can say with certainty that this place absolutely will attempt to scam you. Do not let them. Question everything and get a second opinion.

5 stars!!!! I have never been to this location before but this is the only location I will go to from now on!!! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And I didn t even ask for a car wash and they did such a wonderful job on my car. They even shined the tires and they Washed my floor mats! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend

My wife was treated poorly by this service department over a safety recall situation they refused to pay for after saying it was covered initially. She reviewed honestly and was slandered in response. VW has stood by the decision to not cover the recall. Buyer beware if you choose to purchase from this dealership or VW that their customer service and policy is poor.

The absolute best experience in our purchase but service department was terrible. We went in for service because our cruise was out and we were moving across country. We were told it was a recall and would be covered. Awesome! Best case in a very inconvenient timing for a situation to arise. Returned the following day for the repair once the part was in and at that point was told I had to pay for the recall because the code was cleared (it had been cleared prior to their diagnosis the day prior when they said it would be covered by a shop I took it to before coming to the dealer. I had a print out with all the codes so they could see from the sheet what was going on. I was told they had to hook it up to their system on the original call in which I understood so I drove 3 hours to have them hook it up and tell me it was a covered recall to fix my cruise issue. They apparently didn t hook it up as they said they needed to but just looked at my paperwork and ordered the part and told me to return. This is what cause all of the problems. They lied right from the start.When they hooked it up to actually do the work they realized oops, VW won t pay even though they know it is broken and open recall and dangerous to not fix. I would have known NONE of this had they not told me! So when they came to me and said VW wont cover it I was left with no choice but to pay for it to make sure my vehicle was safe. To top it off the recall that I PAID for didn t even fix the cruise control issue I took it in for originally! So they got me for $800! Terrible terrible customer service. Melanie Foster was as sweet as they come and tried to help in a situation her hands were completely tied and she was in the middle. You don t deserve an employee like her in that place. I will share far and wide to avoid VW and this dealership. I am sure VW doesn t care but you lost a sale and I will promise to share enough to guarantee others will stop and think before buying.Edit to rebut the response.There is so much to this story but1. They absolutely knew I had it looked at before I brought it in. They knew that from the first phone call. I even gave them the paperwork trying to be helpful as soon as I arrived.2. We were already out of town on a cross country move so we took it to a local shop in desperation to attempt to avoid a 3 hour trip. A recall situation is outside of a warranty issue anyway.3. I was exhausted and frustrated after two days, a lot of run around and more than 5 hours in your waiting room the second day but I was not belligerent or abusive. If I was, why wasn t it addressed that day? And why on earth would I bring up how well Melanie handled it and how sweet she was? Pretty sure I told her her boss was a jerk as she talked with me (which he was-) So if that was my belligerent behavior, ya got me. Beyond that I wish I would have asked them to take the recalled part out when it didn t fix the problem I brought it in for.4. No reason the threaten me. I have never and would never act in a way to need authorities and I would never return to your business.Again, anyone reading this beware. I have heard many bad situations with VW after sharing my experience.

My experience was nothing short of amazing. But it wouldn t be amazing without Jeri and Ryan. Jeri was my salesman. He was very hospitable, patient, and informative. He ensured the car I would purchase was clean, smelt fresh, and had a full tank of gas. I cannot thank him enough as he was calm and collected during the stressful time of buying a car. Ryan, the used car manager, was professional and personally congratulated and thanked me at the conclusion of the transaction. Thank you both, and if you need a trustworthy, efficient salesperson, go to Jeri. Thanks again and it was a pleasure to work with you both.

Team Volkswagen is absolutely fantastic! I took in my R32 to have it serviced and get it back on the road and they have gone above and beyond so far! Melanie, the outstanding service rep, even came back in after hours to help finalize the costs of everything when picking the car back up from them! They have gotten me one step closer to getting that car back to top performing condition and I can gladly say that I feel 100% comfortable coming back here for future needs/repairs knowing full well I will be taken care of!
