Didn't have an appointment, was in the area and they were ready to close.My low tire light was on and I was concerned, they took care of me and told me my tires were fine.Thank you so much for making me feel safe. I drive from Portage to Hammond dailyWILL BE BACKdaily.

The process was not clearly explained to my teenage son when he wrecked his car. We would call and front desk couldn t give answers, only technician.Technician was very kind.Wait was longer than we could wait.Could improve customer service to make a better experience.

Cheap price $80 for alignment, but got my charger back with obvious bad clunk in steering I didn t have before. Checked myself and passenger tie rod is clunking and has play. The jamb but wasn t even tightened after adjustment, ya can t trust a shop that lets a car leave like that. That s day 1 auto shop stuff. Whole vibe was wierd when dropped car off, couple guys looked miserable and wouldn t even make eye contact at front desk. Got no updates I had to call em to see if ever got to it each day, took em 3 days.

Great service very knowledgeable. I've brought foreign and domestic cars to the shop and the manager and assistant manager knew everything about both. They're very fast and are willing to work with you. Best auto shop in Northwest Indiana! I wouldn't trust another shop with my cars!!!!

I've got 4 cars and Frank Trevino from South Lake has worked on all of them. From a new engine in my Suburban, to converting my air suspension to standard gas shocks, brake and steering problems on my Gmc Jimmy, e brake problems on my Ram, they got it covered. I took my vehicle here last February and I still do not have it back. They are on their second manager there and he has been promising to get my vehicle in for the past two months now. I called today and to no surprise my vehicle is still not repaired. The manager Frank got loud and disrespectful about it as if I was in the wrong.Hands-down the worst experience I ve ever had with an automotive repair shop in the past 25 years. A few months back I was searching for new tires. Made an appointment here and was in and out pretty quick. Few days ago I ran over a bolt which resulted in a flat tire. Frank was understanding and very accommodating, especially in regards to the storm that s about to wreak havoc on the Midwest. He did not want me driving on the doughnut. (Much appreciated!) Aside from my car breaking down, i had a top notch experience. On new years, driver was on scene within an hour, brought me and my car back to chicago, and charged a fair price. Super professional, modern equipment, these guys are the real deal. Thank you!

My husband had his truck in there they had it over a month. Got it back and the 6th day it had to be towed to them. They had it 2 days and when he got it back, he has had problem after problem. My husband thinks they are sabotaging his truck. Because it has only been 6 days again. Now he is going to have to make another repair. We don't recommend this company and feel like they have been completely unprofessional. Will never use them again

A wonderful place to get your car repaired or oiled, e.t.c. very friendly mechanics and guy at front desk. My mechanic was Mike and he was super knowledgeable and kind. Ask for him! He rocks!

My wife's car was damaged real bad from a accident. After we got it back, it was like it had never been in a accident. They can do everything from a simple oil change to a new engine or transmission to full body repair. And they do car alarms and accessories. The owner is fully aware of every aspect of what's going on at his shop. and hires only qualified people to work for him.

They schedule & repairs are done in no time. Mr.Kurt & other employees are very personable and helpful. I want to be able to use them for an body repairs, detailing of interior or exterior. They do awesome flawless work.

If I could give negative stars I would. Forgetting to bolt up a rear track bar is a big deal!!!! Took my Jeep there for lift kit and tires. When I picked it up it wasn t driving right. I called that day and left a message for Brian. No one called me back. I work 12 hours a day so I was unable to bring it back that day. I called again the next day got nothing so I took it back there. When I described what was going on speaking to Brian and that I almost wrecked in my Jeep I got well I can t get you in until Monday. You can leave it here if you want. Couldn t careless. Come to find out this man is the owner of the business! At this time I was not aware of the seriousness of the problem. I then took it to a friend who discovered by bending over and looking at the rear end of my Jeep they didn t bolt up the rear track bar!!!! Took it to Jeep which took ten mins to fix which btw were way busier than this shop was but were able to get me right in because of the seriousness of this mistake! When I went back to discuss the problem with the shop I spoke to Richie who was the mechanic to put the lift on. I showed him the picture of the missing bolt and basically all I got back was attitude no apology. I explained to him I understand things happen we re human we all make mistakes that I was more upset about the way it was handled when I brought my jeep back. Brian then steps in on the conversation and instead of apologizing for the way he handled this I got more attitude. At this point I m livid they then try to blame me for not leaving my jeep there when I stopped in the first time. Telling me he instructed me to leave it there over the weekend which he did not. They both then tried to say well if your car broke down you would of had to leave it. Really!? His excuse for not looking at it when I brought it back was it was quitting time .... he works six days a week ..... Refused to give me any money back or an apology. When I explain to them that if I would ve wrecked it would ve had a lawsuit on their hands Brian tells me no I wouldn t. They offered to pay what Jeep charged me to put the bolt in after I told them I wanted money back. Richie reaches into his wallet and hands me ten dollars. The only thing I got from these guys is attitude and blamed for the mistakes they made. DO NOT take your vehicles To this place if you want your car in one piece or good customer service. This place is a joke !

I had a few accessories added to my new Silverado Trail Boss today. My contact Chuck helped me pick out the perfect accessories! I got Westin running boards that match my truck perfectly, a spray in bed liner that he arranged with a 3rd party vendor that looks fantastic! I also got an Extang Xceed tonneau cover that has a super clean look on my truck! Thank you Southlake body and Chuck for making this all happen in a week and a half!

Beware!!! 100% disappointing service. The "men" there are nothing but rude and condescending.. specially towards women. But I guess you wouldn't expect anything less than that because the owner is the worst one of all. I would never again recommend this place to anyone.

Have had multiple vehicles worked on here and they do excellent work. Body work, regular maintenance, car alarms, window tint, they do it all. Including semi trucks.
