I was referred to Joe/South End Body Shop by the Infiniti dealer and he is great. Needed something small and he ordered part and fixed it right up. Wonderful family owned business that I am now glad I know about!

Man. What can I say? These guys are phenomenal. They made my car look new again. Great customer service, great work, great everything. Been smiling since I saw the work they did on my car and still am. Beyond happy right now. Your car ever gets messed up scratched, or anything take it here. You have proof of what a phenomenal job these gentleman can do. Thank you all again and keep up the good work

The gentlemen who are the owners are very helpful and professional. I currently have an issue with a major insurance company wanting to deny responsibility for my car damage and South End owners are going over and beyond to submit responsibility to that company. I really appreciate that they are doing more for me than my own insurance company.

I just got my car back and I can tell you that Joe Biernat strikes me as an honest, straight shooter who treats customers fairly, schedules things so they can be done quickly with minimal impact, and with industry-standard finished results. It's refreshing to meet a business owner with integrity and I will be sharing this assessment with my friends. I previously had body work done at another area business and it was pretty obvious to me they are price gouging and had to be motivated to get me my car back before surpassing a month's time without my vehicle. Again, good to know there's a reasonable company out there with trustworthy people running it.With South End, I am guessing this work will be durable and won't have problems (like I said, I just got my car back), and am very pleased.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were able to work with me because I had a tight schedule. The results were amazing. First time customer and they were wonderful. My vehicle was involved in a tornado and there were multiple body issues. South End worked with my insurance company and it came out beautifully. Even when there were some delays because of supply issues, they kept me informed and worked with me. Excellent service and staff. Highly recommended!Service: Body & Trim

Needed front panel replaced & painted, two doors driver's side repaired & repainted. I had only a narrow span of time, and they were very accommodating. Excellent work, job well done and on time. Service was outstanding. Price was similar to quotes I had obtained before. Very glad I had the work done there. They are very concerned that the customer is satisfied and go out of their way to make that happen. I highly recommend South End Body Shop and am convinced you will too.Service: Painting

They came highly recommended. My son car was hit while away at school and I communicated with both Chris and Joe about repairing his damaged door but he would only be in town for a week. They were able to fit me in during that time and did an excellent job. Also there were some other minor damage from the accident that I originally didn t know about, but they took care of it for me. I will definitely recommend their shop to anyone I know. I have a truck that need some minor repairs and will be bringing it here soon. Thanks guys!!Update: 4/2/22I brought my 2005 Chevy Tahoe Z71 in to get repaired since they did an excellent job on my son s Nissan Altima. I needed a rusty front bumper removed, replaced/painted. They kept the truck for a couple of days and the truck is looking brand new again. I really appreciate their excellent service and will recommend them to anyone!! Thanks again!!

My experience with South End Body Shop was SUPERB, my car was damaged in an accident, they did all the repairs and my car looked new upon completion of job. Good morning,I have used SouthEnd Body shop multiple times and each time the entire organization has treated me with respect and done a fantastic job. The vehicle has been returned in a timely matter and when promised. Your attention to bodywork detail is excellent and unmatched . Everyone has always been very helpful in working with the insurance company to get me the highest quality work at an agreed on price. I had an incident where my car got scratched to the metal. Obviously, I wasn t happy for several reasons. Getting estimates, renting a car and just time to get everything organized to get the work done!But Southend Body Shop did a Fabulous job! I walked in to get my bumper fixed after an accident after i shopped around. Chris, provided me with a very competitive total and explained everything in details. They treated me like family and the work was outstanding. Car looks like new. I really can't say enough about this place. They even cleaned my car from the inside and detailed it. Great job and i recommend to anyone looking for an awesome experience.

My experience with south end was very good, if I had any questions about the work they told me the truth about the work they were doing to help save me money if they could. My brothercame in town and ask me if I knew someone who could do some body work for him,I told him South End and he went and was happy with the work they did.
