We came from Pennsylvania to buy our new pre owned vehicle. Our salesman, Mike, could not have been more helpful working out the details over the phone and through text. The sales manager, Matt, greeted us immediately and made us feel extremely welcomed. And our finance guy, John, had all of the paperwork prepared and ready for a seamless sign and go. Overall we were completely happy and satisfied with our car buying experience.

Customer services is amazing . The team was extremely helpful and nice. I like to thank my sales consultant (josh) , Gabe( Office Manager) and the owner (Tom) thank you for making my first time Cadillac experience a success . This feels like a Disney moment . Highly recommend to visit this location

Fantastic experience, from the moment you walk in the door. Greeted by warm/friendly faces that seem ready and able to help with your transportation and servicing needs. Beyond the point of sale, that service department is stress free and professional. Few and far between to find a place as put together as these guys. No wonder the Schepel name is so renowned in NW Indiana.

I made my first purchase of a Cadillac in 50-plus years of driving and the sales representative Paul Certa was of great help. He was always accessible, very knowledgeable, professional, and offered excellent suggestions. He is an honest man, and personable, and his knowledge of the EV Cadillac convinced me to make the purchase. Equally, the sales manager, Gabe was always there to lend a helping hand and made the entire transaction seamless and enjoyable. The entire staff members are very professional, and teamwork, and I felt I was in good hands.I would highly recommend them as your next dealership.By the way, the EV Cadillac is awesome!!

Dropped off my car there in October, and due to the auto union strike I had to wait for a Clip for my brakes & it took Longer than expected to get back but after a little patience I had the car back. TONY the service technician is GREAT and should be trusted to complete all required work to the best of his abilities. I will always try to ask for TONY.

This place is THE BEST. Shopped online with five different dealers. Paul S from Schepel call me back right away, and spent over an hour just on the phone to make certain I knew exactly what the vehicle had and how it matched my needs. When I came in Paul and Ryan (the sales manager) could not have been more attentive, or informative. They were patient, never pushy, and when I was there and done, I bought a vehicle fire under market value and yet they still manage to give me over market for my trade. If you want to buy a Cadillac, GMC, or a Buick, don t waste your time anywhere else this is the place.

Had a problem with a prior visit, showed them the problem. They took my car in immediately and fixed the problem. Great service team. Offered to wash my CTS4, THANKED THEM and drove home. I highly recommended Schepel Cadillac.

Tonight my husband and I went in the dealership to begin to discuss our options for the upcoming end to our lease for our 2020 XT4. Our salesman Josh Lichtenfeld is one of a kind. We ended up yet again with EXACTLY what we wanted. This is our fourth purchase with Josh and his team. We highly recommend Schepel Cadillac!!!

Cadillac salesmen did not have a clue about 2024 Escalade. Gave out incorrect information without bothering to check. This is all while they are training a new salesman. Thank God it was only a phone call and I didn t waste my time going in person! Oh, and they charge MSRP plus $10,000. The up-charge must be for all their expertise. What a joke.

I got my car detailed here with the reconditioning shop and they did an amazing job. They got in all the hard to reach spots and scrubbed out all my stains, now cars looking brand new again.

I can say this is one of the best dealers I have been too. We ended here because the dealer down the street sold the vehicle we went to go buy. However I am so glad they did because Mr. Young did an awesome job. We found the jeep we wanted and for the price we were looking for, he did everything he could so we could be satisfied with our purchase. A few weeks later I had a few issues with the vehicle, and is understandable its a car things can happen however the dealer took care of all repairs that needed to be done. During the time the car was getting fix they gave us another vehicle. They are so professional and friendly, in the future if I need another vehicle I will be going back to them.

If you are in the market for A Cadillac, new or used, I highly recommend Schepel Cadillac . My salesman Mike Dalton sets the bar to what every salesman should strive to give each and every customer. And that is an exceptionally professional no pressure experience. He made me feel at home right away, always making sure all my questions were answered and kept in touch after the sale. Peace of mind comes with the experience. And it isn't just Mike at Schepel that goes above and beyond. Everyone I had contact with from Ryan the sales manager on down made me feel like part of the family. I could not be happier with my purchase.

We had a wonderful experience at Schepel Cadillac. We bought our first car there a little over a month ago and love it. Our sales person, Jonathan Chalk was very nice. He explained everything to us. The financing approval was very quick. Everything went smoothly from the moment we walked in the door.

Trying to make them my regular go to for service to my whip, but I always go away feeling less than fully serviced. I was told by my service writer that they had a sale on an oil change, but it was for synthetic oil only. He then convinced me to change to synthetic oil to which I agreed with this oil change. I pickup my vehicle and review the bill only to find that synthetic oil was not used. Important to know for the next oil change, where ever it may occur. As the service writer, who goes over your service to make sure your satisfied, you would think they'd know!

Went in for a basic service (first time, I was recommended to go to schepel) was met by josh Chavez at the door, not only was the service performed in a timely manner, josh was extremely professional and knowledgeable, as I had recently had 9,000 in work done to my truck by another shop, he had the mechanics check it over while explaining the importance of other services my truck was coming due on. Highly would recommend to anyone to go to Schepel. Was treated extremely well. Was informed on other issues with my truck I wasn t aware that I ll be bringing back to have fixed at a later date, thank you again. I know where I ll be taking both vehicles from now on.

My husband and I went in tonight looking to lease a vehicle for the first time. Josh Lichtenfeld was absolutely the best salesman! If you are looking for a new or used vehicle we highly recommend him. Everything from start to finish was the best experience. We visited many dealerships waiting to find the right salesman and he was by far the best! Also the sales manager Ryan Van Prooyen made you feel right at home and so kind. The finance department was fast and efficient also. All around this was the best experience and we will never shop anywhere else!! Thank you for putting us in our perfect Cadillac!

Mgr. Lee professional, the repair labor cost seems HIGH......If you have a vehicle warranty it seems as though Cadillac repair price & labor cost are ALWAYS higher than warranty company. They will try to work comparable price of complete repair.

Unfortunately, Schepel Cadillac's Service department is lacking in professionalism and customer service. This is a shame because their Buick-GMC franchise is 4 Aces!!!I expect a Cadillac dealership to treat it's customers with 5 star service. That is supposed to be part of the Cadillac experience. However, my most recent encounter was awful. Bringing in my CT6 because of essentially a waterfall of water coming from the headliner instrument panel. We brought vehicle in and it sat for 4 days. On the 4th day when I called for an update they said it was a low priority and they'd get to it when then can.When my wife got the Service Manager Lee involved he was extremely condescending to her when she described the issue and probable cause that we discovered via Technical Service Bulletin. He literally laughed at her and told her that this particular vehicle did not have that issue. He said she may be better off taking our vehicle to another dealership.Well Lee, you condescending jack-wagon! We did take our vehicle to another Cadillac service department. Not only was the issue rectified in a single day....It was the precise issue that you so smugly laughed off in front of your entire staff at your facility humiliating my wife.So, going forward; Napleton Cadillac will have all my business when it comes to Cadillac. For the record, Lee cost the Schepel franchise whatever my family may spend in the future on Cadillac products and service. I intend on letting any of my family, friends, and acquaintances know of our experience and hope they heed my recommendation as well.Perhaps the Schepel Cadillac Service staff should walk over to the Buick-GMC side and do some cross-training on customer service and what the Schepel experience is supposed to be like?RESPONSE: Lee, you are a condesending A-Hole! Your attitude and lack of professionalism and customer service skills cost your employer thousands of dollars. Enough said. Best of luck in your next endevor!
