Eric and Skip were great! No hidden fees and even fill up my tank without me asking! Who does that?? Very friendly personable staff. Detailed the the used vehicle I purchased. It was spotless! Buffed out the areas of concern. This was a very different experience for the previous dealerships, which were all about hidden fees and deception. Highly recommend Eric and Skip! Thank you gentlemen for the wonderful experience of purchasing a used vehicle. We made it safe back to Wisconsin. - Joe & Lori

I ve always loved my Acura! Decided this time to change dealerships since I moved to Indiana. It was a smooth transaction and great experience from my sale rep Celia Mijangos to the General Manager and Finance guy (I m bad with names). Celia worked hard to meet my expectations and probably spent more time than she planned to with me. It was appreciated. I had great conversations with everyone and all were personable. Overall, I would refer Muller and definitely ask for Celia.

The entire staff is very welcoming with great customer service! Robert Kelly is a great salesman that worked with me every step of the way during the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I could not have chosen a better dealership and salesman to do business with!

Secured a fair price on a business lease for a 2024 MDX. Kept my appointment at 9am Monday morning with the sales team to fill out the business lease application. Was told the application would take 24 hours and the vehicle would be ready for pick up Tuesday. Tuesday at 3pm the dealership reached out and required more documentation which I sent along promptly. They requested the document be faxed after it was emailed, so a fax was sent and the dealership claimed it was not legible. After sending two more copies via both fax and email, they ultimately accepted the first email sent after hours of back and forth. Wednesday I reached out to the dealership in the morning and the lease was still not ready. I cancelled the lease as I had already arranged my work schedule around picking up the vehicle at the promised times. I placed a $1000 deposit down for the vehicle transfer and I am still awaiting my refund (Friday). Don't make promises on vehicle delivery that can not be kept.I would have given 1 star, but salesman Carl K was very informative/knowledgeable about the vehicle and did a great job.Update. Refund was processed Wednesday evening per the dealer, but has not been reflected in my account yet (Friday).

Robert K is amazing! He helped me get to where I wanted to be payment wise and very friendly. He took the time to set up the car for me and showed me how everything works. Skip and Aaron in finance were very easy to work with and super friendly & patient. I really liked the no pressure from sales. They let me take my time to decide which vehicle I wanted to buy. The dealership is clean and inviting. If you re looking for a car, I would highly recommend Robert!!

I had a great experience with buying my new SUV. Robert was patient as I test drove quite a few vehicles until I found the one I wanted. He helped me understand the buying/leasing process. Skip in Finance took the time to explain my lease and my options. Everyone I interacted with Muller made my experience great. I highly recommend this dealership.

They got me in the Chevy trax I wanted. Took the time to answer all my questions, even hooked up everything in my vehicle and made it pretty for me before I took it home everyone there was very courteous, I definitely would recommend this company to anyone.

Robert is the the most professional and nicest car salesman out there. He was amazing from start to finish. I called and found my car. He gave me a great deal. He did not try and screw me as most salesman do today. He loaded up my car. He had it in prestige showroom condition when I came to get it. I drove 3 hours on his word that what he said would stick. I have had 2 deals gone bad at other Acura dealers. I am so thankful for Robert! I was blessed to find a true person. There aren't many out there anymore. Everything was fast and wonderful. I have never had such a wonderful car buying experience. Even the coffee was grand! A Mars coffee machine . If you are looking for a new ride, please come to Acura of Merrillville. You will not be disappointed. I promise. Thanks Robert and Acura of Merrillville. I will never buy a car from anyone else!

I lost my truck to an accident. My salesguy Sebastian Eierman made buying a replacement auto a pleasure to do business with. Would ve given 5 stars but the finance guy was the killjoy factor.

I went in to Acura of Muller due to the lease expiring on my MDX. Eric was my sales person and Skip was the person that took care of the finances. I have purchased many cars in my lifetime, and I have to say that this was one of the most pleasant experiences that I have ever had at a car dealership. As a matter of fact it was so pleasant that I sent my mother in law up there the following week to purchase a vehicle. There was no pressure to buy. There was only hey, this is the deal and these are your options. We negotiated a bit, back and fourth and then we agreed on terms. Everyone from the cashier to the clerk which offered my wife and I refreshments was amazing! I will continue to purchase my vehicles from Muller Acura. Skip and Eric was amazing! Very nice people to do business with.

I helped my nephew buy a car from here. Bobby is sales person was great and very helpful. There was a little hiccup along the way but the dealership took care of it with no hassle. I would buy a car from here if I was looking.. Make sure you talk to Bobby!

They have gone through quite a few employees as of late and seem to have a hard time keeping things consistent. I have worked with Carl previously on numerous occasions and he has always been fantastic. Miss the old finance manager as well, he always knew how to get you what you needed. The service is a bit lacking. Sat for 2 hours for a recall for them to just come back and say their computers were down so we had to come back another day.

Stephan Piggee is by far the BEST salesman. I was referred to him by my sister. I am now on my 2nd lease (can t believe 4 years have passed by so fast)! He is very knowledgeable and patient. He was very kind to me and my family. He is the only person I will go to and recommend others to go to.

Adam was an incredible salesman & most importantly NOT pushy. If you re in the market and Muller has something of interest, go in and ask for Adam. Down to earth, understanding and does NOT push anything on you. I worked with him from start to finish, even through finance, he did everything. When it came time to do ppw and he offered warranties etc, when some items were declined he didn t question or push. Just terrific, customer of his for life.

What a fantastic car buying experience! I have never had the level of attentiveness given to me throughout the process as I did at Muller Acura. Carl Kmiec was so patient with me as I returned a few times as I made my decision between the Acura and another auto brand. There was no hard sell or pressure placed on me as I deliberated. I absolutely LOVE my RDX and give my highest recommendation to Muller Acura for your next vehicle.

I recently leased a new Acura RDX with Muller in Merrillville, IN. The experience was efficient but thorough. Robert made the process a breeze and answered all my questions. He followed up a few days after to see how the car was running and to let him know if there were any issues. All the staff were very engaging and helpful from the leasing agent to the auto shop. Great experience all the way around. Highly recommended.

Pure professionalism, courtesy, and transparency. This is my 2nd purchase from Muller and Salesman Stephan is absolutely amazing. Skip the Manager was understanding and not pushing which I greatly appreciate during this time. I highly recommend Muller for a higher level of car sales and service.

I brought my MDX in for routine maintenance. Matthew Dotson went over everything my vehicle will need so I could prepare for my next visit since it is going to need additional work done to keep it running great. Thanks, Matthew, I'll be sure to ask for you next time because you were much more pleasant to work with than the last person I worked with over there.
