I purchased my 2020 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss LT threw Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Merrillvile IN and they are the best. They were able to get the truck with the options that I wanted and transferred a truck from Bosak Chevrolet just for me. I want to mention Ledale Scott and Rob Dow for dedication there time and hard searching for my beautiful truck. I will keep them in mind in the future and have already mention the quality of this dealership to my friend, family and coworkers.Thank you Rob and Ledale for all the hard work in finding the perfect truck.

AVOID Leighton as your salesman. He did not show us anything inside the vehicle, when we went to test drive he just handed us the keys and showed us where it was parked. He also did not go over our trade in, pricing, warranty details or when our appointment was for instillations of additional packages we purchased. By the time we got to financial and asked all of these questions, we had been in the dealership for 6 hours and we were his only customer. Financial called him in to ask why he didn t go over anything, as that was his job. He also entered in the vehicle for $8,000 more than the sticker price. Would NOT recommend.

So disappointed! Bought a brand new, fully loaded Malibu premier in 2016. After the awful negotiation process, we were assured we were getting the best deal around. This week we find out the car isn't even worth what we owe after 2 short years. This even after the $9000 that was put down from our trade in. Congrats Mike Anderson, you really pulled one over on us. This is why people dread buying a new car. Such dishonesty. We will never buy there again. They have lost about 20 car buyers in a large Chevy family.

This was the best dealership that I have ever did business with, they were not pushes . I have perched a number of new vehicle from other dealership, but this one is the best they gave me time to make up mind on what I wanted and we're friendly courteous, they made me feel as if I was the only one in the show room. When I in the market for a another new vehicle this will the first place I will come.

I took my car here to get worked on and they made it worse and charged me $99 for a diagnosis fee and offered no help. I'd stay away from this place.
