In and out within an hour to get a vibration fixed with a bill of $0.00! Jerry hooked me up!Yesterday I made an 8am appointment for today to get a vibration checked out, and I was out the door by 9am with a bill of $0.00! (Apparently when you buy tires from them, they do some maintenance work for free). They had to rebalance my wheels is what they reported the issue to be.Thanks Mavis!

My family and I were driving through town and got a low oil indicator and needed a qt of oil. We stopped in to see if they sold motor oil so that we could get back on the road. Even though they didn t sell it in the store they had some in the back and took care of us. It was an incredibly kind gesture and if I lived closer they would have a loyal customer. They also keep a really clean shop and you can tell they care. Finding a place that has great people is worth more than anything else.

I recently got my tires replaced and the whole process was quick and easy. I was in and out in no time and it was so reasonable. Wyatt was the service technician and he was really knowledgeable, helping me find the right fit for my car and was so nice, even talking to my kids and letting them watch from the window. I will be going back!

I rate this business 5 stars. I got a flat tire while in merrilllville. I called this shop before getting my car towed to make sure they had my tire in stock. Jerry was so helpful and professional. Once, I got my vehicle to the shop, service was very quick, thorough and price was very reasonable.

Got an alignment here today! They did an outstanding job both in customer service and actual work performed. The work was done by Mr. Jim he's the best. And customer service was handed by Chris. I love this place. If you want a good alignment done right this is where you want to go.

I have to say this is the best Mavis I have ever been to. The employees are extremely nice. Chris explained everything that was going to be done to my car in detail. He did an awesome job and so did the team. The store was very clean and the waiting room was very clean as well. I will continue to keep coming to this Mavis because of the wonderful great service I have received.

These guys are AWESOME! I was across the street at the Public Storage when car wouldn't start. With only 20 minutes before they closed, these guys drove over, gave me a jump, and got me all set up with a new battery and on my way!!! I'm so impressed!!!

A couple months ago I purchased two tires from Mavis in they put the tires on a bent rim of mine in it caused a leak overtime . They never told me my tire would leak or cause problems later . I recently just came up there to tell them can they fix the issue they said no when they clearly said yes over the phone . There service is very bad I wouldn't recommend anyone to come here especially after the man just laughed in my face in they told me over the phone they can do something about it all I have to do is bring the tires in . This is a very sad situation I'm so upset I wish I could have been recommended to a better place they just all about taking your money and going on about there day. I wish I can give this place a 0. I wish they would have told me as a young black woman who doesn't know anything about cars ...how unsafe my car was to drive. As a tire shop you should inform your consumers about there purchase. Any other tire shop would have rejected me and I would have been okay with that. But this tire shop decided to do otherwise. He also asked me why I never brought the tires back but I didn't think anything was wrong with them until I purchased all new rims for my car and they said they can't because due to them putting good tires on bad rims. Which made everything worse.

Wonderful staff and quite happy with my purchase of Cooper Discoverer AT3 4s for my F150. They priced me $200 lower than everybody else. This includes Discount Tire and Tire Barn! Even though I was 15 minutes late, because of traffic from work, they were able to finish ahead of schedule.... I highly recommend this place!

Not only did their tires cost less than their competitors, the wheel alignment services were fantastic. The three month warranty was a nice touch too. Also, this is a great stop for cyclists. They offer a complimentary air pump outside their location.

My wife picked up a screw in her tire and it was leaking. Took it to Mavis to have it repaired. They charged me $25 to "repair the tire, re balance, etc." In the end, they just pulled the screw out and installed a tire plug. Something I could have done and would have done for a few bucks on my own. I have never known a tire plug to be a permanent fix for a leaky tire. Especially not on a car with less than 1,000 miles on it. If the receipt didn't state that they were charging to repair the flat, which includes balancing and testing/ checking the batteries of the TPMS system. Plugging a tire is not fixing a tire. Don't charge a customer for completing a job when you didn't do what you said you were going to do.

Pleasant staff(Derrick). Open until 6pm Monday - Wednesday (bonus)Came here for my Uber Inspection. It's better than driving all the way to Chicago. They took my car right in at 5:10pm. They have new barstool chairs with a step on them, allowing you to sit at a counter with a charging station while.you wait. GREAT TURNAROUND TIME! $30 for the inspection. This puts me back in business! Cha-ching!!

Went in on 10/31 for a quote on struts and a alignmrnt for my 2011 ctsv was told they were gonna call around for parts and I d get a call back later that day or the next we re now on day 6 and still haven t heard from them very poor communication this place was highly recommended to me and they didn t perform

I've always received great service. When they were rotating my tires, there was a screw sticking out from under my car. They took care of it. These guys are great.

I came here simply to get my two front tires replaced. I didn't ask for anything else just My two front tires. They were able to get me in and get the tires replaced - they never replaced my valve covers though. I had blue lit valve covers they were lights they lit up blue when you would drive. Those are missing/never were replaced. Besides that during the process of them replacing my two front tires, I noticed that they had my hood popped. There were two gentlemen doing something under the hood of my car - curious as to what this has to do with a tire change. I went to the front counter and approached Chris, he simply said this was standard procedure and apologized for not informing me. I told him I do not want anybody messing around / finagling anything under my hood. That I did not give permission for this nor did I request this type of service. He sent one of his service guys into the garage to let the two gentlemen who were doing something under my hood know that they must stop. They quickly closed the hood of my car and brought my vehicle back out. I went ahead and paid for the service that I asked for voiced my concern and opinion in regards to them opening up the hood of my vehicle without my permission. Chris was very understanding and apologetic. I would never return here again especially due to the fact that they took my valve cover lights and never replaced them along with doing work to my vehicle that I did not ask them to do.

Well they would get zero stars for damaging my vehicle. They decided to lift on my rocker panel instead of the pinch welds. I know they did this cause they did the tires then pulled it out to bring it back into to doin a oil change which indicated they didn't have a rack available to do the oil so they jacked it up in the middle on flat ground to do 2 tires at a time.... Well I could try and bring this up to them but I didn't notice it until 6 days later and they will just claim it wasn't them. Wish I could find a reputable tire shop I can't even trust them to do tires so I won't even try to get a alignment there.So yeah go somewhere else.Update went to check my tire pressure and found my passenger front was at 85psi. Should be at 40 according to the manufacturer. Idiots.

This auto shop was truly fantastic. The mechanic that worked on my car was Shawn, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable in the diagnostic process. I d recommend Mavis and Shawn especially to anyone who wants work done on their car!

Within 10 dollars of the other guys in town that sell "discounted tires". Service was far superior and techs were far more knowledgeable... seemingly. These guys aren't sales guys they just do wheels. They were several hours faster than "the other guys".Highly recommend.Honestly means something in the car business... I asked for an alignment after I bought new tires. The tech explained that I had a broken control arm, that I only needed 1 and not to waste my money until it was fixed... these guys have secured my business.

Check Low Tire pressure. Free air . Very helpful for Senior Citizen for putting Air in Tire. Purchase My tires there.

Extremely disappointed. Made an appointment for tires. Seems that it doesn t matter if you make an appointment. You will be waiting just as long as if you walked in without an appointment. An appointment doesn t mean anything.
