I was rear ended pretty good, my whole back bumper, muffler and many other parts needed replaced. Working with this company & Kim was so fast & easy. They did everything with the I insurance and parts. All I had to do was drop it off, get the updates along the way, and pick it back up. Looks good as new! So friendly! I have before pictures but have not taken any after pictures.Services: Exhaust, Welding

Took my car there after I was rear-ended. They told me they could not guarantee that they would be able to start on my car until November 13th, but if I got my car towed there before that they would work on it sooner if possible. They ended up getting to my car much sooner and had it ready to be picked up on November 14th. Repairs were estimated to take 8 days and they did outstanding work on my car. It looks even better than before, I couldn't have had a better experience with this shop. If anyone is in need of body work I highly recommend going to Lakeside Collision II

I had a great experience with this company.. The one lady that I work with was very nice and pleasant and told me what to expect from the other person's insurance and she kept me well informed with emails and phone calls..

I brought my 2001 Toyota Sequoia in to get some badly needed repairs taken care of. They did an amazing job. They scheduled me in and finished the job quickly when everyone else was weeks out. A special thank you to Josh for his attention to detail. And to the owner Kim for an outstanding experience start to finish.My car looks and runs great...just like it was new! I definitely plan to use them again and refer them to friends and family. It's awesome to know that there are still small businesses like this one that knows that customer service is priority one! No wonder they were voted "Best Of The Region 2022"!

Amazing team. They got me in as soon as they could. They texted and called me frequently to keep me updated on my repair, when parts were arriving, if something was on back order, etc. They also took care of my vehicle and got all original parts from the original manufacturer. Unfortunately my family has had a few accidents during the last year...not a pleasant thing. However, I love dealing with Lakeside. Kim is absolutely amazing...and is carrying on her late husband's legacy with flying colors!!! The staff is great. The body shop guys are amazing. The quality of the work is top notch. I had work done on my 2019 Nissan Rogue this summer. Both Kim and Charlyn went above and beyond to make sure the correct part was sent as there was some confusion on Nissans part. They kept me updated on everything that was happening. Once it arrived the repair was done quickly and expertly. I ve recommended them to others and they ve been very satisfied. They were very polite and professional. This was my first experience getting car repair services for a accident and even though the process was long and grueling they kept us updated every step of the way through text call or email which was extremely helpful and convenient. You cannot go wrong with this team of professionals! After a bit of a fender bender, five parts back ordered so really didn't have an expectation of when my car would be complete. The Team kept me informed when each part was complete; even going out of their way to pick-up themselves. Cannot praise enough!! Plus inside of my car was cleaned too ... This body shop was AMAZING! Repairs to car turned out beautiful, staff was extremally professional and courteous. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked up my car to see that they had vacuumed and wiped down the interior. The car looked brand new. These guys were great! We were referred to them by our mechanic who said that their quotes usually come in under price of other local shops. We took the car there first. I didn't even bother going anywhere else. They were flexible in working with us. Job was done quick and looks fantastic!

Unfortunately I had an accident and required towing from the scene and repair of the damages. My insurance contacted all the body shops in the area that were preferred shops but nobody could get to my vehicle until well after Labor Day. From the first day Charlynn was very personable and immediately went into action working with my insurance provider to get my vehicle in to begin repairs. The Owner Kim kept in contact keeping me aware of a few hiccups with a part that could possible not be shipped for months. Fortunately Lakeside Collision was able to get the part and have my vehicle ready sooner than originally expected.
