I take really good care of my car, and you can imagine how upset I was to go out to my car and see that she was involved in a hit and run. I heard from family and friends that Govert is one of the best repair shops in Northwest Indiana. My insurance company and Govert communicated back and forth and I hardly had to make phone calls and stress. They did an amazing job and my babes looks brand new! Also, it only took 2 days! Parts were ordered and delivered promptly and they called and communicated any issues etc. I really appreciate their care for my vehicle.

Trash.. Matt is not a Man of his word let alone a Man, they screwed up my jeep. Tried clearing my fcw code inside of fixing it and got Outted by USA mufflers on 30, jeep came from paint with defects, my Adaptive Cruise Control ball was broke , it was a lot, Matt said ",take me to court," super unprofessional, they leave Dave to work alone , I don't want to stop there business but they are Shady, ill just go to Gerber or caliber collision if something happens again.. somewhere that has official workers and up to date technology. It was a lot more I wanna say "can't call my bluff," just don't have time..weigh your options first..I'll challenge any rebuttal from this establishment

I recently had to get my car repaired after a grocery store shopping cart corral smashed into it during a big windstorm! Govert Auto Body is right by where I work, so I decided to give them a try. They were able to get me in for an estimate rather quickly and then they fixed my car ahead of schedule. It works really well with the grocery store s Insurance company And my car looks great. I highly recommend taking your car here for an estimate before you go anywhere else!

I recently brought my car into Govert s to be fixed after hitting a deer. They got my car done quickly, even after finding additional damage. Dave and Matt were both very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions and helped with all the insurance stuff. They did a fantastic job on the body. The car looks like it just came off the showroom floor. Not only did they repair the body, it also looks like the interior was detailed. I LOVE this shop!! I recently had damage to my front bumper repaired and Matt charged me a GREAT price. Matt is nice, friendly, laid back, but very fair with his prices and the work is PHENOMENAL. The work that was completed looks great, as if I had no damge at all!!! I have had my vehicle repaired at this shop a couple of times, and they never disappoint. I plan to utilize this shop for all of my collision needs in the future. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Let me start by saying when you get into a car accident it s literally the worst time of your life. Govert Auto Body made this process less painful. Holly showed exemplary Grade A customer service. Constantly updating via email. Whenever parts came in she made sure to email me. Matt has great customer service as well and did a fantastic job on my 21 Hyundai Santa Fe. The only thing that was mildly annoying was the waiting on parts to come in from Hyundai corporate (totally NOT on Govert) I enjoyed my experience with Govert Auto Body. They are truly the best in Northwest Indiana. If you re looking for a great body shop in NWI give them a try!

Had some paint work done to repair some road rash on my front bumper and mirror which got hit by some kind person who forgot to leave a note to take responsibility. What a surprise... Great people and they did an outstanding job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend them for quality workmanship and truly a clean professional operation compared to other auto body repair shops.

This is one amazing shop. Matt and his staff along with his "Magicians" in the back really do an amazing job. Top notch quality to go along with experience and "know how" are a tough combination to beat. I knew right away that this want just a job. Matt showed great pride and passion in his shop. That means allot to me. I love my car and I need someone that will get her back to her old self. Govert is my only choice.

It was so easy and uncomplicated to have my car fixed, after an "encounter" with a deer. They took care of all the insurance paperwork, gave me a loaner car for the duration of the repair. The work itself was flawless, car looked like new. I hope I don't have to visit them again, for obvious reasons, but would not doubt one second to choose them again for car body repair.

To keep it short and simple they did an okay/fair job. The three stars for being prompt, color matching the paint and leaving the interior clean(or a least not covered in dust or smelling like paint). The lack of two stars for leaving compound/polish residue in the door jamb and swirl marks from the polishing machine on the outter door and some low grit scratches in the paint. And the car had a little more mileage than I would've liked(which I was aware that it needed an alignment and it needed to be test driven). The residue was wiped down by Matt, and he asked me to bring it back for the swirl marks when I called about them. The only thing from that is, I, as a particular person(which I let it be known) look for any imperfections. So anything left behind and not addressed before the customer picks up the vehicle just tells me that the vehicle was not looked over in detail. Am I speaking negatively about them, no. They did fair overall, but I don't think I would take them my vehicle again.

Outstanding service and very kind people. I was nervous about having to get the estimate on my car after I was rear-ended and they put my mind at ease. I whole heartedly recommend Govert. I wish they were located in Texas.

Driving down the highway after picking up my vehicle from being repaired at this shop, I thank my lucky stars my husband was behind me and signaled for me to pull over immediately. Matt accepted the responsibility that they didn't tighten the lug nuts and paid to have my vehicle repaired at another shop. This could have seriously injured me or someone else.

Used them several times from minor repairs to after major accident. They are very honest friendly people . Really like working with Matt General Msnager . Gives very good advice . Repairs were done promptly and excellent body work .They are my go to people if any of my cars needs body work in future

Accidents DO happen which I recently learned. Although it was a nightmare, Matt Govert and his team, especially Holly his Assistant, turned it into a dream. Matt s kindness and efficiency in dealing with the insurance matter was seamless. I picked up my vehicle yesterday and it was returned to the beauty i drove off the showroom floor merely a few short months ago. As Mat said, An accident is stressful but choosing where to have it repaired shouldn t be! Those are the words he lives by and has built this incredible body shop around. I just want my Neighbors to know where to go if and when you need expertise and professionalism in auto body repair!!

Very professional service, and they did an excellent job on the body work! It was a free and very accurate estimate as well. Customer service is really good. Very knowledgeable. They answered all my questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

Not very timely. I was told 4 different dates my car would be finished, wasn't done on any of them. Also, the days the car was supposed to be complete, they did not call to tell me it wouldn't be done. Very unprofessional customer service. Extremely disappointed.
