First time with this company however, I missed my home appointment but they were still able to reschedule me the same day. Although I had to go in to them it was cool because they polite and got me in and out. Work was great as well!

This is the second time We have used Glass America to fix My Wife's windshield on Her car. The first time was a replacement and this time it was a pretty big chip. For it being almost the size of a quarter, they did an excellent job! Very pleased with the work and the price. Contacted them late Thursday afternoon and brought it to them Friday at 8 in the morning and by 8:45 am it was done. Good job!

5 Star Service!! Pricing was perfect and the lobby is nice, spacious, and clean! They repaired my back window on my truck and we were only there 2 hours!! They have definitely gained a loyal new customer!!

Rarely do I ever give 5 star reviews . No one or anyplace is ever perfect. Had my windshield replaced at the business site. Was easy to find. Everyone was polite and professional! Work was completed in a timely manner exactly as explained to me when I made the appointment for service. Glass looks very good. Thank you

They had my car for 6 hours without an update. Turns out they could not calibrate it and sent it to the dealership. They would have left us hanging had we not chased the car down ourselves. Total clown show.Service: Auto windshield replacementService: Auto windshield replacement

I scheduled a morning appointment for my windshield to be replaced. I was told the technician would call me between 8 and 8:30 a.m. to let me know the estimated time of his arrival. I never received a phone call. I called the office around 9:30 and was told they would call him to see what was going on. Still, no one came and no one called. I called back at 12 and spoke to a different lady. She put me on hold to see what was going on. When she got back on the phone she said that the glass for the windshield was just delivered to their office and the technician would be at my house in 30 minutes. 30 minutes. 60 minutes. 90 minutes. 2 hours goes by and no technician. I was recommended to this place by my insurance. When I read the reviews on google, I was hesitant but was going to give them a chance. Then realizing that my own experience with them was turning into a bad review, I canceled. Literally, just as I was typing up this review, their technician knocks on my door. I let him know I canceled the appointment. Apparently no one let him know. He told me that the glass that was delivered this morning was damaged and that someone from the office should have contacted me. He also said that he just got the new glass and no one from the office had contacted him at all about any of my phone calls. Who knows what is going on with their communication and their offsite repairs, but they need to get it together. Obviously I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very easy process to get a car window nick fixed. Called. Gave us a price. Had a choice to take car in to be fixed or they would come to our home. We had them come to our house next day. Reasonable priced. So far so good

Not happy with my service. After scheduling an appointment, they came out the next day with the wrong window. I rescheduled because everyone makes mistakes and I'm not going to lose my marbles over one accident. They come back this time with a right side window after the previous tech took pictures of my car indicating I needed a left side window. I called the establishment and spoke to the manager after that. Being inconvenienced 3 times when I'm paying almost $200 is unacceptable. I told the manager I needed some sort of compensation and he informed me I'd be receiving a refund on a visa card that would be sent through mail and that they would come back out to put the correct window in. I agreed and rescheduled once again and waited for the gift card to come in the mail. The next tech that came out put the right window in and then handed me an envelope. Inside was a $25 visa card. I called the manager explaining to him that he told me I would be getting a refund. He then changed his words, saying he said discount. These people will take time out of multiple of your days and then lie to you about how they will make it up to you. I will never use this servicer ever again. This is extremely uncomfortable for me due to the fact that I've been in the profession of customer service my entire working life and hate customers who complain about things. I never wanted to turn into this person but I feel I need to let people know what I experienced.

So I Contacted this company at 9am and gave them my VIN # so I can get my windshield installed I asked if it was in stock. I was advised "YES" so they claimed they needed me to come in because it was so cold. I received a call from a John My windshield was in stock and I was ready to go see you at 1pm He said. I Drove all the way there only to be advised that they did not have "proper sealant" to finish the job. No Apologies, No Discounts, No Resolution whatsoever. I advised the rep 3 times that I had a disability and did not want to leave my house. They did not care but they had no problems taking my money. USE CAUTION HERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. FIND ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL COMPANY THAT CAN ASSIST YOU!!!!! These people are unprofessional and dishonest.

Used them a few years ago with great results. Tried again recently with not the same result. Cancelled on me the first time and rescheduled for the next. Get a call in the morning that they'll be out half an hour to an hour after the time time I told them I had to leave that location. Now I'm headed out of town with a busted windshield. Thanks- I'll be going somewhere else when I get back.

This company sent me to cross roads of America had appoment they didn't let me know untill I got there that the glass they order got broke had to drive 1hr there 1hr back mind you with a broken back window then go the next day the owner of the company has a attude didn't know how to drive stick it's to early in the morning then shaid get the f out here we're not doing it due to him not knowing how to drive stick vary unprofessional they are bad businessService: Auto rear window replacement

I had a crack in my front windshield on my Highlander and had the mobile service come out to repair. Great review so far!! Quick and easy I thought. However when we started car up the next morning, we see a flashing Pre-Collision Malfunction Warning. The system needed to be reset and when Glass America was notified, we were told we dont do that, you have to take it to the dealer. And pay an additional $275 . Why were we not informed of this at time of installation. Cant you use your insurance? We were told. If I wanted to pay my deductible and file a claim I would have never used Glass America. I feel this should have been communicated before installation. I'm sure we were not the 1st with a front window sensor. So on top of paying the initial $570 for the window, we need to shell out another $275 for sensor and all you can say is I'm sorry...we dont do that. Will not refer or use this company again.

Thursday 9/12/19 Joe Z came out to fix the chip in our windshield.My husband went outside to meet him but I could hear them talking from inside the house.Joe Z was very professional, friendly and did a great job repairing our windshield.We were very relieved that the windshield could be repaired and not have to be replaced.We have already recommended Glass America to a friend that needed glass repair on their car.Thank you

Great service,great people that know how to speak to a customer(every other place I called for a quote was unpleasant. Short and RUDE!)and quality work at the best prices around. And they came to me. Thanks Glass America!!

They recently replaced my windshield on a Honda Oddessy and did a terrible job. The cowl seal was not flat against the window. They used a very low grade glass that had a wave in it. The tech also left the car a mess, with debris left on the dash and tracked mud in from both the driver and passenger sides. Scheduled another replacement and was stood up. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for another place.

Inflated prices and was told it would take 3 to 4hrs to replace the windshield on my 05 Pathfinder, when it was a job that was done, elsewhere, in under a hour and fir $100 cheaper.
