This is the best place to come to buy a car. MICHAEL WAS INCREDIBLE. I bought a great car from them. After being told No at another dealer Michael and the partner there David did me a solid. I cannot wait to share my good fortune with everyone ....grsnd kids first!If u are looking for good QUALITY CAR u come here and see these guys u will be as excited and done right as they have done for me!!!

I just purchased a vehicle from Michael and David at Edge One Auto Sales in Merrillville. They showed me respect and treated me great. Other dealers were not as kind and sent me out of there. If u are wanting or needing a new vehicle go see these guys they are the best.

I would give them zero if I could they tried to literally take all my money and make me put a down payment above and also a co-signer called me multiple times as if the deal was complete and I ended up leaving not being able to get something with 2000 and a co-sign I came to car max and got the same exact car for 1500 with no co-sign there a scam and admitted that the 500 dollar down payment wasn t real

MIKE!! Ask for MIKE! I m telling y all he is the real deal! I went to about 8 different lots & they all denied me out of nowhere I got a call from Mike the day before thanksgiving and he asked for 15th s of my time to see if I can get approved for a car I couldn t THAT DAY!! A few days later he gave me another call yall this man don t know me from a can of paint & was working over time to make sure I did get approved for anothe auto loan he worked from the day before thanksgiving 11/22 all the way up until 12/7 the day he got me approved & in a new 2020 with only 40k miles on it. That s a big deal considering the conditions I came to him under! He worked hard & diligently to get me into another car he actually cared! I m grateful & would give him 20/10 !!!

Worst place to ever do business stealing money n made me send them put down 1700 n still sent them 500 the following weekend was asking 32 thousand for a sxt dodge charger that had damage done to it. had it for one day n the engine light came on back tires were bald n cracked headlights was out n never told us scam scam scam save your time n your money an go to a real dealer who isn t gonna scam you for your hard earn money

The staff is super amazing and very helpful but I feel like they just gave me anything. I was literally only approved for one car with them so they claimed and three days after I got the car it wouldn t start. Then a month later my AC compressor fell out while I was on the highway like how does that happened. Had to literally pay almost 900$ to get it fixed. Had to replace three out of four tires because they were horrible and kept losing air. Three months in and now the breaks and rotors need to be changed. Make sure you really inspect the car and possibly take it to a mechanic before u buy.

Im totally satisfied with rhe service and the price of my new vehicle for my niece Emily. MICHAEL did a great job and Nick and owner Mike were famtastic. I highly recommend this dealership.

T helped us out. Me and my husband had a wonderful experience here. We were able to work out the best deal for both of us. Though we didn t drive off with what we expected we were able to get approved for another vehicle which actually might be a better fit for us in this time. The verity isn t too overwhelming but there s a very good selection. Once payed off we ll definitely be coming back.Edit: the only issue is, we came from Chicago and we re given the car on E. We were only given 20.00 flat for the tank and told they couldn t give us more. We added another 20 of our own seeing we had no choice which only brought us under half a tank. That s my only criticism

Let me tell you this place is 100% legit. I ve been searching for a vehicle for over a year now. Not having high hopes I tried one more time. After talking with Jay over the phone he kept everything real with me. Didn t sell me no story. After setting up my appointment with him my ride cancelled on me last minute and had no way up there. Instead of rescheduling, Jay went out his way and came and picked me up and I m 40 minutes away from the dealership. Customer service was beyond fantastic. Never pressured me into anything I didn t want. I don t know what dealerships go out there way and put the customer first like Edge one did but it was great. Highly recommend giving them a shot. I will definitely be referring people. Good luck Jay and Alex and I hope business takes off.

Where do I start! I had such an amazing experience at Edge one auto sales. Chris was amazing He got me approved over the phone When I arrived I was able to choose the car I wanted without a huge down payment. I was there for about an hr which was great. I will recommend everyone to shop here for your next vehicle . You will not be disappointed Chris kept his word and got me in a new vehicle!

I am so happy that I found this place. Jay really worked his magic and made everything possible. I had a bankruptcy 13 and he worked with me and was patient and worked with me through getting the paperwork I needed for approval. I don t believe I would ve gotten the same service or a better car. It s practically brand new. Jay really is the best. He made my numbers work and gave me the car early believing 100% that he was going to make this happen. If you have a bankruptcy and you need special help please go to Edge Auto Sales and ask for Jay! Thanks guys for working with me. I m grateful.

At Edge One my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Jay and Alex. I can see why they have 5 star reviews. They were very helpful during the process of buying a car. No matter what, their main focus was making sure we were 100% satisfied with what we were looking for and the first car we looked at we were not. The next car we looked at was more of a fit for us. Their was a small repair the vehicle needed and they took care of it, no questions asked. I only wish we met them when we bought our last vehicle. I know where I am going for our next vehicle!! Thank you so much for your graciousness and hospitality and looking out for our needs!!!

My experience at the dealership was amazing. I was already pre-approved prior to coming in so the whole process was a breeze. I originally spoke to Alex via telephone and text. He informed me of my odds straight out the gate. He told me to come in with all required documents. I came into this nervous this was my first time buying a car. I have been on the road to rebuild my credit. I met with Jay he was so patient with me. Explained it's more than just getting the car but i have to consider the payments as well. They listened and helped me choose the car for me. I drove away with the car just right for me at an affordable price. Talking to them made this whole transition a walk in the park. They weren't pushy and they talked to me in lament terms about everything. Thanks Alex and Jay for making this experience one of a kind.

Let me start by saying, THIS IS THE BESTTTTT CAR DEALERSHIP EVER that you can go to. My first time here, I got approved and was in & out within a couple hours. Jay was so honest and had my best interest, knowing it was my first time financing. All of them are outstanding honestly, but Jay assisted me so well I wish I could give him ten stars. Now I m walking out with a 2018 DODGE TRUCK. I m so ecstatic! Thanks Edge One Auto Sales.

OMG after riding to several car lots, I came across Edge One Auto Sales and the sales reps....Jay & Alex made me feel so welcomed! Alex walked me through the lot checking out several vehicles and finally I found the perfect one for me! If i could add more stars I would. Great team of salesmen. Very comfortable setting, pleasant and safe. The sales team cover all bases as far as keeping customers happy and safe in these times. I highly recommend this dealership to all car buyers first time and old. I'm driving off today and happy as hell

Very friendly staff. T was my sales person and he made sure I was approved, helped me with any questions I had. It s a great place to go when you need a second car or first time buyers. Honestly, better than some of the big car dealerships.

Jj that works there is one of the coolest car salesman I know.Hes a down to earth, flat out cool guy. He takes pride in his work and he talk to people with respect. I encourage you guys to go here if you're looking for a nice car or truck . Good people, great vehicles..come 1 come All!!!!!
