I had the most wonderful experience here. I just had bought a car and unfortunately before making my first payment hit a deer. Caliber collision not only updated me and kept me in the loop the WHOLE repair process, the front end of my car was severely destroyed and it only took them a couple weeks. Unfortunately due to manufacturing difficulties there was a part that had been apart of a bad batch ( which was not their fault). I ve never had such dedication and great customer service experience when there was an error in the repair process. No matter what Caliber was going to get it taken care of. That s hard to find. I ve been to plenty of repair shops to fix an ongoing issue and they basically say not my problem anymore when they can t fix it or don t know how to. NICOLE ( bless her heart) worked very very hard to make sure my work schedule (and having to come up there on a couple different occasions, didn t inconvenience me.)She made calls to GM and different car experts trying to figure out why we had this issue and she did! Once my car was finally complete she ran a lot of scans making sure that I wouldn't have an issue. Caliber will make SURE your needs are met and have your back through the whole process. I will take my car here again and again for future repair needs. Good customer service goes above all else! Thanks Caliber!

I am very satisfied with the repairs and the customer service from beginning to end, including enterprise rental. I knew what was happening every step of the way!They also returned my car back cleaned out on the inside. It looked like I had a new car. My coworkers could tell right away.

I recently had to take my Jeep into Caliber Collision after an accident. They were very knowledgeable about the repairs that were needed. They took the time to explain the entire repair process. They sent messages and called and text. They were awesome!!

Caliber Collison provided very friendly service and they completed the work on my Highlander quickly. It looked like new when done. The work done was not very extensive. I was stopped at a stop light and was hit at slow speed when the car behind me hit the gas as the light turned green as opposed to when the cars in front of me moved. This caused minor damage to my back bumper. Caliber made the repairs quickly and accurately.

Wish I could give 12 stars. They're so far above and beyond reasonable expectations it's unbelievable. Caliber was on it the day they received it. Twice weekly updates, more when something changed. Personable, thorough, skilled, detail oriented, communicative and true to their word. Couldn't ask for anything more or better.

This shop does great work and the customer service is impeccable. They kept constant communication with me throughout the process and gave realistic timelines for the repair. They have a rental car agency on site which eliminated the hassle of being picked up or dropped off etc.I had to bring in the truck as someone hit my vehicle while parked.I had 2 other dings from a prior instance.Since they had the truck I asked them to repair those at my expense. The person they used to do the paint less dent removal is a pro. I can t see any sign of it and they were significant.I hope I never have to, but would use them again in a heartbeat.The final repair is perfect and my truck was delivered nice and clean.

Excellent repair BUT all work was not completed I asked for other repairs to be done and I would pay out of pocket. the front license plate bracket was installed but not the scrape on my rear tire cover fender I saw the employee write up the order the tech at the other shop said nothing was on the order outside of the original insurance work so how was the license plate bracket done is my questionServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The best! I had damage to the Jeep cab. They continued to go out of their way to make everything easier on me.My cab was on back order for months, but Caliber kept calling Jeep to see if it was in. The cab arrived early, and they got me in immediately. They are friendly, knowledgeable and everyone there is top notch. Definitely recommend!!!

They made a crumby situation of having to have your car worked on because you were rear ended into a positive one. It was so convenient to get a rental car, my car was returned cleaner than when I dropped it off, it looked brand new again and customer service was amazing. They took care of me like I was their friend. Highly recommend!

Brought my car here last year to be serviced after an accident left my transmission needing to be completely replaced. It took almost 3 months for the work to be completed but I wasn t upset about it. I was very happy thinking my car was completely fixed, but about a week later my check engine light came on. I called and told them that the code read a cylinder 2 misfire. I was told that they didn t touch my engine at all, and therefore they are not responsible. A couple days later the check engine light comes back on and I call them again to see if they can take a look at it and they absolutely refused. Long story short, I have had all of my coils and spark plugs replaced at least 4 times and the code will come on every couple weeks for the past year and each time it reads the same code. Even though they said they didn t touch my engine. They would have had to move it or at least hold it in place to replace my transmission. The fact that they wouldn t even look into it to see if it was an issue they caused is disgusting. The issue wouldn t even been on them because my insurance company would pay for the repair cost.

My vehicle was in an accident and I took it Caliber Collision and they explained to me everything that they would be doing and they kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle, they called and texted and I would definitely go back to them if ever need be and will tell others about them.

When the garage door fell on my Jeep cab, I started looking at different options. Geico works with Caliber Collision, so I took a chance on them instead of the other places I reached out to. I am so glad I did. First off, their customer service is top notch. My cab was on back order through Jeep until almost October, but they keep checking to see if it would come sooner. It did, and instead of just painting the old one, they got me the new one a few days ago (August) instead of having to wait until October. Then they found some other scratches, contacted Geico, worked with me and I did not have to pay extra for the front cabs to be replaced.They are incredibly friendly, helpful, communicate every step of the way, and go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. I was incredibly stressed, but they made sure my work vehicle was taken care of. I highly recommend CC!!!!Service: Body & Trim

I was having a lot of trouble with the insurance company handling my claim. The manager over at caliber collision knows how to handle insurance companies and made a couple of phone calls and within a couple of days my car was being repaired. The repairs were done faster than expected and looked great! They are a great company and will use them in the future and highly recommend.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Had my vehicle in this shop after hitting a deer. I was beyond impressed at the quality of workmanship performed as well as the turn around time. Customer service was also excellent as I was being sent updates regularly regarding the status of my vehicle repair. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I walked in at5:09 and asked about the enterprise car rental with whom I had a reservation. The woman who behind the counter at caliber collision with the bad eyebrows and really over processed blonde dye job said "they're closed and even if they would stay open you're out of luck because I'm not staying one minute past 5:30." I explained that I had just driven two hours to which she replied "I dont care that's not my problem ". I rent cars on a regular basis and am new to the area. I will never do business with either company again. I am a partner in an autorepair business opening soon I that community. In the past we have used caliber collision to do our paint jobs. Congratulations Blondie. You just cost your company a lot of money.

I have a usual place I take my car for body repair, my insurance wanted me to go to Caliber to get the estimate and then I could go elsewhere. The staff were so friendly and immediately made me feel comfortable. I chose to have my car repaired with them and I m very pleased with the process, communication and quality. Will consider using them again. However, I hope I don t require body work again. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience working with Caliber Collision in Merrillville. Aaron was professional and very knowledgeable. He was thorough about my repairs from start to finish. Making it easier for me on the insurance end. Veronica was helpful and pleasant throughout the process by keeping me in the loop. I was beyond ecstatic when my car was finished before the expected date. My car looked amazing, like brand new! Very satisfied!! I also appreciated the cleanliness of my car upon pick up. I would highly recommend this shop.

They keep you informed every step of the way. The quality of the repair made the car look like new again. They went above and beyond expectations even replacing a tire that had damage but was usable.
