I came in on my last leg with my truck need tires.. brakes. Rotaters. Calipers. My power steering was leaking everyday needing to be refilled daily or it was hard to turn. Back tail lights needed rewiring And my air conditioner blew once every 6 mothns for 30mins. To fill up costed me 90 bucks just to go to work an back a week. Fumes started seeping in the truck causing me to have a headache.But I was able to walk in and out with a kia soul 2014 (3days)I am very pleased with the vehicleIt will be cheaper on gas.But I Don't plan on keeping it because it's to small I'm 5'7 with a big backside and the seat is not ergonomically good for my shape the head rest is very uncomfortable and I have a back ache every time I get out from driving. This is a teenager starter vehicle or for petite individuals that's just my opinion.Tammy and April helped get me in the car.I can build up credit because I have little credit. I pay everything I cash. Thanks to the staff for working their magic.This is a give everybody a chance company but you will get charged High interest rate.My vehicle has dog hair that I wasn't told about. It took 1month to get it down to a few hairs a day by scrubbing and vacuuming daily.It is embedded in the carpet. Thank God I'm not allergic to dog hair.I have been going back to the dealer almost every 3 weeks. The air conditioner starts to blow hot air. I really need the air condition because I have breathing issues. I wasn't told that was broke either. Had I known I would have gotten another vehicle with a proper working air conditioner. I'm a trucker so when I come off the road I take it Byrider mechanic to get charged. I am looking to pay this off ASAP. As with any vehicle do a THOROUGH check off everything. Better yet take it to a outside mechanic for them to tell you what's going on.Byrider did agree to fix the air-conditioner so back I shall go to make another appointment to get that fixed. I spend 35 bucks a week on gas In the kia.Next truck will be a new Tahoe. Yessss.Chevy here I come. I really wish I would have never trader my trail blazer in they only gave me $500 but I probably would have come out of pocket on the regular to keep it running. I do miss the bigger truck a d ride. Some of us have bad experiences with their cars(myself included) Two cars to be exact. I also know ONE person who s had a good experience. It s a good place to go if you re having a hard time getting accepted. They will work their best and customer service is phenomenal. But even with that you either hit or miss when it comes to a reliable car for you and your family. As with any used car dealership. Do what you have to do now to get what you want later. My advice. Bring someone who is experienced with cars. And you ll be just fine :) Good Luck and Congratulations on your new vehicle Oh and it really is true what everyone says about Brittni Guy. She s a very beautiful and kind spirited lady. Mike also ! (Not the lady part) lol

I just bought a beautiful kia optima from Brittani at Byrider and had one of the best experience I've ever had buying a car. I've been in the car business for 20 years and have bought dozens of cars but this was the best place by far. They are all super nice and go above and beyond what they were required to do. I would and have recommended anyone to stop up there and talk to Brittani. They are fair and honest. I love the car and will definitely be back for my next car. Thank you Brittani and Byrider.

I have had my car almost a year. I'm happy with it and the car note. Marvin was great I just need to know why I didn't get my referral money! I know there should be a reason other than that I'm a happy camper so far..

The first car I had gotten wasn t in the best of condition but none of us new that till after I had gotten it. I got it in the beginning of October and had a lot of issues with it but after a few calls and patience on both sides, the general manager got me into a better vehicle in December. They did an exceptional job on helping me and even helped with better pricing too. I am quite happy and pleased with them and the sales rep I dealt with was Denise Hawthorne and she s a truly amazing and awesome person. Definitely deal with her. All in all, awesome people :)More to add real quick. The service department has done an amazing job with my vehicle too and Mike the service manager has been a sweetheart. I m quite thankful for their good work that they ve done.

Worst place to do business my has been out of commission for a while now no help just hassles you to pay your note! This company has put so much stress on me with paying a note for a car don t even drive also this 07 Honda Accord is worth 300 dollars they gave me a 24 apr so you know what that means also I feel like when it s said and done I d already paid 20.000 for a lemon. I been in contact with the generals attorney office, better business bureau, my own legal team I suggest you do the same also record everything like I did!

Tammy did an amazing job getting me in a vehicle, but once I left the lot, I had car issues. 6 months later I m having car issues again and Ron, the service manager, doesn t help one bit. He lets you drive away with a car that clearly has an issue with it. Now I have to take my car to ANOTHER SHOP to get it inspected.If I were you, I would NOT purchase a vehicle from this business. Save your time and money. Go to a better used dealership. This place is NOT it.

(Fair Warning) this is my first car. The sells staff was great! However, DO NOT come here if you are not the most patient person and don t have all the time in the world. There service department does the bare minimum. They lack care and communication. They promise to pay you back for a rental, only while the car is being served. However they will not tell you when they start to work on it. Therefore I was without a car for a week almost 2 while they wait for parts and work on it. Then I had another problem a week after they fixed my car. I was without a car for a week again because they couldn t see me sooner. Even when my appointment came, they made me wait 45min just to look at your car. Then didn t even tell me what s the problem or what they are doing. I waited another 45min before having to ask them what s going on. Like I said they lack care and communication.

Best dealer that I have been to, and I ve had my fair share with dealers. The general manager was a delight. Was great on patience and worked around how much I could put down. All in all a great place to get a car no problems at all. Thanks again to all the staff part of byrider!

Absolutely fantastic service. Some of the the best service I had. I came into here with a lot of credit issues and together me and April were able to work through those issues and I drove out a happy customer. I strongly suggest you ask for April if you have questions or doubts about your personal car buying experience.

Tammy and April are AMAZING!!!! Did not think I would walk in there and actually be approved for the car I loved and be able to drive off same day without a ridiculous amount down but yet they made it happen!!! Friendly and amazing!!! Definitely will be back for another vehicle!!

His follow-up on my application, his ability to listen and proceed through with my application within the financial budget that I could maintain. This was very important to me and he kept my budget request foremost throughout the financial terms. His work and dedication to give me the best service and financial terms placed me in a vehicle that I can now use for business and pleasure. Joe who was the financial rep also extended professional services. He exceeded my expectations by completing my financial profile to be a good candidate for financing at my payment terms. This was important to me.Both gentlemen made it happen and I drove out of J.D. Byrider with a reliable vehicle and a affordable car payment within my budget! This was customer service with a purpose ! The new vehicle became a wedding gift because I got married that next day. A new wife, a new car and a affordable car payment. What more can a man ask for? My experience at ByRider was phenomenal due to the professional and personable Mike Hall! He took great care of the needs I wanted financially and found me the best vehicle that fit what I needed. If I can give anyone a reference it would be to Mike. I shopped dealership to dealership trying to find someone who actually cared about what I trying to accomplish!

What a wonderful experience, Denise and Mike were more than accommodating. They explained everything in extreme detail, and also got me in the car I always wanted. Although it seemed that they were working with limited resources due to New Management. They did a wonderful job!!! I would recommend anyone to them.

Process was painless, straightforward and flexible. No gimmicks. I got a great car at a price I can afford! My salesman was forthright from beginning to end! He even talked me through a strategy to build my credit. They are definitely worth considering.

Save your time, money, and sanity! Do not buy from here! This has been a horrible experience. They keep your vehicle for days and don t fix what they say they ll fix.(even if it s in the original purchase agreement) The service department has no supervision to file a complaint. This company has no follow through. They also wrecked my car and didn t fix my bumper. I don t understand how Ron in the service department has his job. Worst car buying experience every. I am filing will the BBB.CNAC financing company has been no help! They partnered with this horribly ran company. I hope they get shut down! My advice; go elsewhere!

Marvin Wilson was the BEST sales consultant I ve ever dealt with far as any car buying experience . He does everything to help you and make sure to get you driving . Stress free experience and very welcoming . I would recommend anyone to work with Marvin . HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to work with . Especially if you have challenged credit . . Down payment was low .

The dealership staff were great. I had an insurance roll over which caused minor delays in paperwork, but nothing major. They did get my payment schedule wrong which caused another call and more paperwork to correct. That said it was still a good experience.

This is not my 1st time buying an car from them. I got my first car four years ago and I was looking for an trade in . I hade an 2009 Chevy Malibu and I got a 2012 Kia Soul. The Environment is great , the people are great and everyone is very helpful. My experience was great and I recommend that you buy a car from them and make sure you ask for Michael Hall, very nice man .

This place is so difficult to deal with. I have gotten a Green GMC Acadia. The engine timed out in it. They took nearly 2 months to fix it. Every week I would ask if I could have it back. They said they weren t done. Finally I get my vehicle back and it still wasn t right. The check engine light was still on and my car would die. So they have it back now. Apparently the engine they got was bad. So they have to get another one. I am so furious because I need it. I did ask if I could get a loaner and they said I could get a rental from Enterprise and they would probably only cover 5 days. Mind you I have been without a vehicle since May 2, 2022. Still don t have it back.

Greg knew from hello how nervous I was about financing my 1st car. He worked with my shotty credit, explained all my options to me &- had me in a new vehicle in a little over 3 hours! Mike helped me with my 2008 Saturn aura that had me nervous before work. I shared my concern and he immediately took the car in and looked at it and bam he fixed the problem. Every time I have an issue I always end up with Mike working on my vehicle. I am very pleased with his customer service and his skills. He even made a few jokes with my children to keep them peaceful.
