I brought in a car that i had neglected for close to 5 years. George and Rich fixed it right up in only 2 days! and was very fairly priced! i had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be back for all my mechanic needs! i will be recommending them to everyone i know!

Very disappointed with Brugos! I had a short somewhere on my Ford Fusion. They replaced the battery and starter and did a diagnostic, but still the battery discharged! They ended up installing a battery tender so I have to plug it in every night for a trickle charge. $750 later and still have the problem. They told me they don't have anymore time to spend on it, and left me hanging!

George saved my butt when the exhaust system fell off of my old car. He's also taken care of other matters, such as a bad connection to an ABS sensor for its brakes and a stuck hood latch. In every case, he's known exactly what the appropriate fix has been and never tries to upsell repairs. I came in from out of town with a poorly positioned battery. George got me an appointment immediately and had my battery fixed and on the road in half an hour. He was extremely professional and honest. Highly recommended!

did not fix the issue he was supposed to after paying over 1000 dollars trying to fix the car here still had to trade it in because the car would not drive to the end of the road after being told he could fix the issue.

My son needed brakes and George took care of it and even did extra things that needed to be done he is always doing what's best and always let's you know ahead of time what's needed never overcharges and gets it done as quickly as possible. He also let's you know what needs to ve done in the future to keep the car running best. This is my 2nd time using Brugos and whenever we need something done he will be the man we see.Thank you so much George for your outstanding service .

I'm gonna keep it simple I was over charged to keep him in business I had a tune up done and quote one price gets another one spark plugs were 30 a piece that he George ordered but George wants to add 10 dollars on to each of my plugs which brought it up I will never go back to him shister

I had my Jeep towed here after it wouldn't start. I talked with the owner (George) and explained my problem. He offered to get my vehicle towed and promised he would diagnose the problem, and discuss it with me, before he went any further. Shortly after he received my vehicle I got a call from George telling me my starter had failed, but he could have me back on the road within a few hours, and offered to use genuine factory parts. I was a little reluctant at first when I heard how much it would cost, so I told him I would call him right back. I then called the dealership I purchased the Jeep from, to see how much it would cost to have the repair done there. To my surprise they were significantly higher and did not offer the same warranty. I called George back and told him to go ahead, then to call me when the repair was done. When I arrived, George went over all the details, and even showed me the starter that had junked out on me. I also met the mechanic that worked on my Jeep, who was more than happy to go over the work he had done.So, all that to say this. Was I happy my baby broke down? Not at all. But George and his team were honest, upfront, and did nothing but try to ensure I was happy with the outcome. Which I 100% was.

I took my car to them fearing it would be an ungodly expensive repair, the man who I dealt with, George I believe his name was, he was very honest and very helpful. It turned out that my fears were for naught and what I thought was going to cost me a fortune was a minor problem that they were able to fix quickly. I greatly appreciated not being taken advantage of simply because I know nothing about car repair, they didn't try to pad the bill or slip in a bunch of hidden fees. It was good to deal with a reputable company like this.

GREAT service. I called to get brake repair done and instead of telling me to come in and charging me hundreds of dollars George told me how to fix it myself. He did offer to work on the car for a reasonable rate if I can't resolve the problems myself. Instead of a mechanic thinking WOMEN i will take all her money he treated me with respect. Don't find that in many places. I will be taking my car to him for sure.

I've been taking my vehicle to Brugos for a few years now. Never had any issues with them or the quality of there work. Honest guys who ALWAYS call before doing extra work and George always explains things for me. Reasonable prices and repairs done as quick as possible.

I read the reviews and felt comfortable taking my truck here instead of the dealer. I figured I would save some money and get quality service. I had a lot of maintenance work done, paid just over 1,300 for the work performed. I got the truck back and the next day the check engine light comes on. I take it back and they tell me my bank 1 catalytic converter is bad. They clear the code and say to run the truck hard and fast, might clear the code. Come to find out that if a fuel treatment isn't done correctly, this happens. I take it back and they tell me I have to change my catalytic converter. I hate to think that something was done wrong that led to the check engine light, but all seems to indicate that they did. Now to change the catalytic converter I have to pay $1,500. Not a happy customer.Dave

Really casual guy, good mechanics, cheaper than anywhere else I've found and actually gets your problems fixed. They are really thorough and let me know about issues with my car that I didnt know and get it fixed promptly. Also really good at communication and letting you know what's going on with your car, and explaining issues.

I have known Mr. Brugos since I was 18 and he use to work on my dad's car and mine and he was always up front. He never had any reason to lie. Sure sometimes the repairs might be expensive but he's worth it! There's only 2 mechanics I trust. One my uncle whose a master mechanic but unfortunately he lives in California and Mr. B is the second. Oh, and almost forgot about Simon too. He's another mechanic I trust but Mr. B is definitely a very cool guy who knows cars. Thanks Mr. B! In case you don't recognize my married name. I'm Guadalupe Servin's daughter.

I was driving from Milwaukee to South Carolina and I heard a popping noise in the left front suspension . I called these guys and asked if they can put it on the rack quick. Within half an hour found the problem, fixed it and I was on my way. Great shop.

Brugos Automotive has serviced all our Company Cargo Vans and always provides the best service. They never disappoint and always gets our vehicles in for service ASAP. George is awesome he always keeps me in the loop of any additional work that our company vehicles may need before making any moves. Brugos is definelty our Companies "go to" Automotive repair place. This is an amazing , family place for automotive help. George n Rich helped me out, answered my questions, gave me advice, took their time doing things right, but were also quick to do the job. A++ rating for those who dont want to get ripped off, and who want to be treated fairly. This is my new mechanic and if you come in, im sure they will be yours too!

I had a horrible experience with this place! They really get over on women. I had a transmission that was rebuilt ( done March 2014) that cost me over $2400. By June of 2015 my transmission went out again. The warranty only covered 1 year. The owner then told me for repairs it'll be $1400 for repairs again. I took the car to another mechanic, who told me that my old transmission had never been taken out! Brugos really got me for my money, don't be a victim!!

I'm from Indianapolis and was having some transmission issues on my way home from Chicago. The gentleman that answered the phone was knowledgeable, courteous, and was able to advise on my situation. If I have one thing to say it is Thank You!!
