Was able to get in for an oil change same day. They also performed a recall I didn t even know I had on my car. Plus washed and detailed it after. Thank you to David and his awesome team over at Bosak Motors service!

Fixed up my car for less money than I thought it was going to be. Their communication lacked some.Updating this review. After a $600 bill none of what they did was the actual problem with my car and the problem still remains. This is why you don t take your car to a dealership. They will charge you an arm and a leg and in my case they didn t even fix the problem. Also they only fixed 2 out of the 3 recalls on my car even though the appointment I made was weeks out to make sure they had the parts for all the recalls.

Took a bit longer than it should have but the work was good. Beware they may tell you there is a recall on something and that they don't have the part currently but will call you when it comes in if you want them to order it. Then never call you and put in that they took care of the recall even though never doing anything.

Our first experience was not so great, but they took the time to change that. We met Dave who displayed the utmost respect and customer service, and stayed with us from start to finish regarding our auto repair. Thus far, we have not experienced any more overheating. Routine maintenance oil change and a recall. All done fine but had to call them to see if it was done, but not a biggie. They also use to wash you vehicle after service if it was purchased there but seems they don't do it anymore. Was a nice perk. Overall the service was done as expected.

It was confusing when they sent documents before I arrived, as to what the spend would be and what exactly I was having done to my Jeep. Once there, though, had a pretty good experience with checking in and having items to be repaired explained throughly and pricing was then up front.no repairs were done that I didn t understand. The hour plus wait is never ideal, especially when you have booked an appointment. Though they do well to provide seating, beverages, snack options, and free wifi while you wait.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Oil change

I 95% always go here for an oil change bc of the dedication and hardworking individuals.I always wait till the last sec to get a darn oil change I'm so bad at stuff like that. Anyways I called this morning to inquire on how long a wait for one would be. Only bc I had my 2yr old daughter and I'm almost 9months pregnant and needed to eat before too long. Spoke a friendly gentleman by the name of Steven and he told me it would be better to get there asap to get me in and only have approx 60 mins wait compared to waiting till later it would be a much longer wait. So my daughter and I grabbed a few snacks at Starbucks and parked at the dealer. Pulled in right away. Steven jumped right in on the job. Had my daughter and I in and out in about 35mins mins. I was on way to work and service engine light came on with other lights. They diagnosed with a Sensor issue, only problem I had was upon completion, no one contacted me and was told this happened because person handling the initial check in called off and paperwork was not given to a present service person! I found out as I arrived that they went to appointment only. I've used the first come first served arrival for nearly every oil change since I bought my truck at this location. And I have to find out as I arrived that there was a major policy change that wasn't communicated. I get flyers about our changes and tire rotations. They couldn't send one and say appointment only moving forward? Definitely wasn't what I expect from an establishment that is supposed to be customer focused.Service: Oil change

I took the van in for an oil change & tire rotation. The mechanics had issues with getting 3 lug nuts off on the same tire. The lug nuts striped the hex nuts. Bosak assigned a senior mechanic to resolve the issue. It took longer than normal, but they kept me informed every step of the way. They were able to get the 3 stripped nuts off and replaced them at no cost.Services: Tire rotations, Oil change

Change engine oil and filter. I had asked for a tire rotation but there was a mixup and delay so decided to not have that service performed this visit. On our last oil change , the little sticker that you all put on our windshield , that tells me next oil change due.. was not a easy on off sticker!!! .. now I have to get it off the windshield with a razor blade!!! Witch it is a pain in the ass ..Not cool Bosak!!!!!!!!!!!!!! On today oil change 8 / 6 / 22,, you used the correct one . Wow . How easy was that.. Just make sure you all are using the correct type of tag . For others .Service: Oil change

Please find a different Dodge dealership, there's plenty of them out there. They tried to tell me what I could afford. Asked to see a certain truck and they brought me a cheaper one to test drive as they said I couldn't afford the one I chose! Needless to say we walked out and went and bought a Toyota. Better truck anyway!

Service techs were fast and helpful, like going to that location, even though I have moved to Illinois I still make the drive to Indiana to get my car serviced at Bosak. Only thing I would change is that when a customer like myself walks into the service department, the blond manager should probably stop yelling and belittling the employees Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Oil change

Just got rid of my Grand Cherokee after 6 years. Like the car don t like the dealer. The first time Bosak did my oil change after I bought the car they messed up the o ring and oil spewed all over my engine. They had to tow it back and fix it. An oil change c mon. Then there was a recall for the shifter which they said they fixed and after having it in a mechanics shop for something else he could tell from the software that it wasn t up to date. I took it back to the dealership and without looking at the car they said it was done because their records said it was done. Service department was terrible about communicating when parts were coming in. And I had a huge oil leak and when they looked they said there wasn t one even though my driveway and the parts covering in oil said otherwise. Turns out it was a common issue and an expensive fix, that they totally dismissed.
