Do not buy cars from Bosak. A few days ago I saw a 2017 Chrysler Pacifica blue for sale at the Bosak dealership. They recorded a video for me in Nokia quality, but I was still able to see a couple of hits on the sides with damage worth $2.5-3k (hood, bumper, fender, door). I offered them 2k less than the price. And $10k in cash! They agreed and asked for my documents to finance only 6k!. The next day I took time off from work, took 10k and drove 4.5 hours to see them. I arrive and they tell me they won t sell me the car if I don t take it to California within a week to do some tests. why do I find out this after I arrived but this turns out to be all little things. When I start looking at the car, I see that the whole car is after HAIL , and the interior has been destroyed by numerous transportations of some huge objects that have pressed through the plastic in the trunk and scratched the interior. The seats are torn , all the plastic needs to be replaced. You feel like you're in a trash can . The manager said all he could offer was a $500 discount for finding the hail, and I should be grateful . This is my experience of buying a car at Bosak: 9 hours behind the wheel, 3 hard inquiries, deception of the manager, spoiled mood for weeks to come. Buying cars at Bosak is money out the window. If they don t tell you truth when they sell, then after the sale they won t even answer your SMS.

I had the pleasure of working with Dana. He was professional, and inviting. Answered any and all questions I had. He got me exactly where I wanted to be price and payment wise I would recommend him and the entire team to anyone. I met with the sales manager he was also inviting and cordial. Everyone took care of us quickly and efficiently. It was literally the smoothest car buying experience I ve had. I was in and out within a couple hours.

I had the pleasure of working with Rodrigo, what a fantastic experience! I really liked that he was knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and that he didn t overwhelm me with buying a car, he listened to what kind of vehicle I wanted and was super friendly and very professional.. BUT.. just 2 weeks of having this car and I'm having big issues with acceleration and not being able to get a quick appointment on a newly purchased car, I am more than disappointed with Bosak Dealership!!Thank you David ever so much for the quick follow-up call along with checking out my Jeep issue, I really appreciate all the help including the relevant educational info. Your kindness, professionalism and knowledge off my Jeep Cherokee was the best!!

My name is WillI brought my car from another dealer and it started leaking oil and they would not help me.I brought my car to Bosak Merrillville and they identified the problem right away and the pricing for the repair was very reasonable.My advisor Kim was very professional, had great hospitality as did the rest of the staff. Kim kept me inform on the status of my car, shuttled me back and forth from home as my car was being repaired! They even ran my car through the car wash before handing it back to me!!! By far this is the best serviced at a service center!!Kim keep up the great work as well as the other staff!!!!

Went in yesterday looking to purchase a vehicle. Spoke to a wonderful young lady that showed me the vehicle let me test drive etc. when I told her that I like the vehicle and I wanted to get OTD numbers on vehicles to see where we are out the door with discounts and everything she comes back and bring me this. Her manager Jordan holler would not give her any OTD numbers on a vehicle if I did say right then and there I was buying. This was one of the worst experience I ve had trying to purchase as well as being ready then and there and already approved for vehicle. Be careful when purchasing a car here you could write that up on a paper at home yourself instead of wasting your time going to this dealership.

Craig is awesome. I was in Nashville for work and my wife called me that her vehicle would not start. I tried another dealer in the area that we go to but no answer on the service side. So I called Craig and he helped me with towing plus got our vehicle back in less than 48 hours. Craig did a great job explaining the repairs needed plus recommend a 40k service which I will be back to see him soon. Thanks for the service plus helping me fix my wife s vehicle while I was away from work.

Im unsatisfied with the service that was completed on my vehicle, you fixed a problem but it never resolved the issue that I took the vehicle in for. You charged me a vast amount of money on the work. And I know your mechanics aren t stupid, why would you let my vehicle out the door, unsafe?Where s the customer satisfaction?Concerned customer. Dominic Pisano and the service team at Bosak in Merrillville are top notch. When our Wagoneer had some issues, not only did they go out of their way to provide us with a loaner car but they were quick to fix the issue. They kept in constant contact with us updating our cars repairs and were just the best! If I could give this experience 6 stars, I would. Not joking... the best car dealership experience I have ever had.

Was interested in a 2021 Jeep Cherokee Limited and as soon as I submitted an inquiry, I got contacted quickly.Dana was my salesman and he was very knowledgeable, cool, laid back, and got me in and out the door quickly. He handled my trade in professionally and he very personable during the test drive. I had troubles with my LoJack being activated and he called the next day to make sure everything was good with it. Well I had a very good experience buying the vehicle. Rodrigo and Ethan were my salesmen and both were excellent to deal with. BUT I had my brand new 2023 Grand Cherokee for only 2 days and I come out after working 12 hours and it wouldn t start. I had to have it towed back to service. So now I m going on 3 weeks of owning this car and only being able to drive it for two days. Yes I was given a nice loaner to drive but it is not as nice as what I bought. Needless to say this is very frustrating and so far the worse experience I have ever had buying a new vehicle.

The people at Bosak Dodge are all outstanding! The facility is fantastic as well. This is the only place I go for my oil changes and maintenance. My only regret is that I didn t purchase my vehicle here. But I definitely will for my next vehicle.

I had an issue with not being able to pass emissions because my Jeep wouldn t go into drive cycle after my O2 sensors shorted out due to valve cover gasket leak. It took a while to figure out that this damaged the powertrain control module (PCM). Thank God it was still drivable. The emissions sensors were all working properly but it wouldn t reset. After ordering the PCM under warranty it solved the problem. Stephen, my service advisor, worked with me throughout the process. He was exceptional. Love my Jeep.

The Bosak service advisor Stephen M managed my vehicle needs pertaining to my 2018 jeep wrangler in a very effective and professional manner. I took the Jeep in due to a worn transmission shifter and a key fob issue. While I was there, Steven offered me a very competitive price for new tires. They were indeed needed overall the experience was very good, and I am pleased with the entire process - from check in, pricing to execution. Great Job Thanks Dean

Service department is good for oil changes and light mechanical work. I wouldn t recommend them for the more technical stuff like programming. My jeep needed a new pcm which I installed and needed to be configured to my jeep. The technician simply ran an update and did not complete the job by running the restore vehicle configuration process takes 2 seconds. Had to schedule an appointment at Mancari s where I bought the jeep to get it done.

Craig in the service department was really helpful and went beyond to take care of my car needs. The service involved the extended warranty and he even worked on the next day (his day off) to assist me. I also want to recognize Sam the mechanic for being extremely helpful in going over my car and informing me of the issues(he was also willing to come in the next on his day off to work on my car).The only issue would be that the manager automatically stated, I didn t have any warranties, instead of coming out and speaking to me like a customer who has been with Bosak since 2014. I in fact had the extended warranty, but thank goodness for reps like Craig who followed thru instead of blowing me off!I m glad Craig has been added to the team and I hope he sticks around.

Do yourself a favor and find another dealer to repair your truck. This shop took 3 1/2 weeks to figure out that my dash cam draws power when the truck is turned off, which is not what the truck was towed in for but that s what they decided to spend time looking into. I made it extremely clear that this truck had a hard/no start issue since they replaced the grid heater relay, even had video with audio that they weren t interested in seeing, and they didn t even bother looking into this as a possibility. So even though the truck engine would turn over they decided to check for a draw on the batteries and then decided that my dash cam was the cause of the hard/no start issue. The grid heater failed, that was the problem and they don t have the technical knowledge to diagnose this problem or they re too lazy to.This shop is nothing but hacks.
