Manny and Josh were a great help, very friendly and helped us get a fair pricing. we recently bought a used vehicle and came in for an oil change. Manny and Anton brought to our attention that both our engine and cabin filters were very old. they were able to get it swapped out quickly and got us super good pricing for all 3 services. Valvoline is very good and knows what they are doing and is very real about your money/vehicle.

The guys at the shop were top notch! They were so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Manny assisted woth ensuring I got the best deal and was SO kind! Manny, Matthew and Kaidan were the absolute best. Couldn't recommend them more!!

I got my oil changed at the Valvoline in McCordsville. When they wanted me to start my car it would not start. The terminal on my battery had fallen off. This is a problem I have had for a couple years, but it was never fixed correctly. The manager ask if they could fix it. They worked for over 2 hours to get it fixed properly. Thank you so much for taking the time and making sure I can drive the car without issues.

I am so thankful that so much is offered at valvoline- I recently had an oil change done, and was told my transmission fluid was brown- it was nice finding out that at valvoline it could have been taken care of right at that moment- it s like a one stop shop- staff was extremely friendly and everything was explained in excellent detail- I never felt as tho my questions were a bother- thank you dearly for such excellent care of my vehicle- I will definitely be returning-

I went to this location to get an oil change on a car I had sitting for years. The employees were super kind. Kept me informed and showed me everything they were doing. They were fast and efficient. Great work I will be back again

I love coming here there are several people that are on your vehicle at once and cross checking each other. The only downside is they are always low on 5W 40 which I love to have in my Audi. There is a Meijer next to this one and the manager went over to get the 2 quarts that he was shy of to finish my oil change.

Stopped in this morning and the guys did not disappoint. Was in and out in less than 15 minutes. If you want quick easy service, stop on in and let these guys take care of you!

I ve been to this specific location twice. Both times, all the workers are polite and knowledgeable and the managers treat you right. They only recommend what you need, and are happy to answer all questions. If you need any oil change vehicle services, this is the place to go!

Taimien was absolutely amazing and helped me when I purchased an incorrect Groupon for a separate location. He was able to find a way to offer me another discount and made sure to help me in getting a refund from Groupon as well! The oil change was very quick and I was in and out very fast! But not even 2 days later my AC in my car has stopped working and the coolant has leaked out completely which they said they checked. Could be coincidence but it was working completely fine before going in. I m trying to get in contact with customer service to see if this can be looked at.

I was so impressed with the service, kindness, and compassion that I experienced while getting my oil changed and tires rotated. I have what could be referred to as a non visible disability. I suffer from brain damage and severe anxiety attacks. Loud noises, lots of movement, and lots of questions can be extremely overwhelming for me and make it hard to comprehend questions that i am asked and be able to respond due to aphasia. A young man that was taking my information about the service I was needing named Braxton recognized that I was having difficulty communicating and remaining calm. Normally when this happens in public people become very judgmental, impatient, and make me feel like a inconvenience or bother to them. Not Braxton!! Braxton was patient, kind and understanding. He slowly walked me through everything, gave me very clear and precise directions and helped me focus. He had the patience to walk me through simple tasks that I was needing to do in order to get my oil changed without once making me feel as I was being a nuisance to him. I was so impressed with his ability to recognize that I was having difficulty and his willingness to try to make me feel as comfortable as possible. If Braxton wasn t there helping me, I probably would ve had to leave due to feeling to overwhelmed instead of getting the services I needed done. Not only was Braxton helpful but the two other gentleman helping him service my vehicle were also very kind friendly and patient. All three did a great job with my oil change. Unfortunately, I wasn t able to catch the other two gentleman s names or I would definitely publicly thank them also. My services were completed quickly professionally. I would 1000% highly recommend this location to get services done for your vehicle. I know I ll be back. I hope you also give them an opportunity to serve you as well as they served me.

I rolled up here on a Sunday afternoon in dire straits, with the flattest tire you could ever imagine, praying I would make it without breaking down alone by the side of the road. They were so nice to me, took me to the waiting room, and put my spare on for me so I could make it back home. I thought for sure that I would have to call an Uber just to pick my son up the next day from school, but I didn t thanks to these employees. It wasn t even about good customer service ; it was about human kindness and decency. If you need more of that in your life, take your business here. Thank you to everyone who was there. Took almost an hour for an all-around service which at first I had no issue with. The employees would take breaks every 5 minutes to vape. They told me to turn on my car after forgetting to put new oil in it. Then after about 2 months my radiator cracked because there wasn t any coolant in it. It could be just a coincidence but I have to say I wouldn t be surprised if these guys messed my car up after this service. I understand making mistakes I really do, but when my engine almost exploded yesterday after work, I think it s pretty fair for me to be upset. Again these guys may have done everything right and I could be totally wrong. But after my experience I wouldn t be surprised.Service: Oil change
