These guys are absolutely phenomenal. We were traveling home from several states away in our diesel pusher and blew some hydrolic hoses that caused loss of power steering and over heating. We were stranded. We called atleast 10 shops and all told us 2-4 weeks before they would even look at it. These guys stopped working on their own equipment and understood our desperate need. They dug into it right away, had the replacement hoses made and installed in a few hours and got us back on the road. They were kind, helpful, and they cared!! They even text us the next best day to check in on our travel progress and they did NOT overcharge us. 100% recommend, 10/10 top notch guys.

I called for roadside assistance for a flat. Ed arrived within minutes of my call. He not only diagnosed the issue, he was able to get my tire aired up and followed me to the tire shop!! Would recommend Stanley towing!!

Terrible experience, started by taking 5 hours to come and get my car. And then once they arrived the driver loaded the car onto the flatbed and did not use wood planks as he should have and scraped the front bumper. Then once he unloaded the car he scraped the bumper once again removing paint. Then once I get in the car I see he ripped my leather seat with his chains hanging from his jeans Service: Car towing

Absolutely the BEST customer service bar none!! Took EXTRA special care of my low riding Mini Cooper Roadster making sure it was loaded without any scratches at all!! Hats off!! Thanks for the positive service! You guys are the BEST!!

Had to have my Truck towed this last snow and Stanley Towing is who I used . I cant say enough good things about this place. They got my truck to me and there were some issues but Brandon took care of the issue and I couldn't be happier. ONLY Tow company I'll use from now on!

Mr Stanley spoke with my insurance company strongly persuading them to allow his services, even though he was not contracted with them. Otherwise, I would have been stuck on the side of the road for hours till morning. Stanley was not only persistent. The genuine care of my situation, the professionalism, and skill, was excellent in towing, my vehicle. I'm so thankful, Stanley Towing delivers on 24/7 service!

As I was driving home from work after a 12 hour shift my vehicle decided it was time to turn off going down the interstate at 70 mph. At 615 in the morning I called and within 3 rings the phone was answered. Within 45 minutes a truck was at my car getting me on my way home.This was a cold and foggy weekend morning and the timeliness could really not have been any faster.Within 2 days they diagnosed my issue and had it repaired. The cost for the tow, parts, and repair was about as fair as you could ask of a business you had no connections to. In fact it really was lower than market rates as I called around to try and price the fix out.The team here is truly customer centric and I can't express enough my gratitude for turning around a bad situation just before Christmas. I will certainly be using them for anything that arises in the future and can't recommend enough that anyone else in the area do the same!Thank you Brandon and Chase!

Honestly hostile towards anyone who isn't them. Even in hospital clothes. Tried to throw hands . Lucky enough someone noticed I couldn't fight back and stopped it before it got physical. I'd rather pay the extra 100 bucks just so I know I won't deckedService: Car towingService: Car towing

Chelsea and the guys at Stanley Towing and the Woodys Automotive treated myself and fianc� Mandy with so much professionalism which isn t common coming from the industry. I had a small front end issues which happend on my way into work, They worked diligently on getting my car towed that day and get it back to their shop as all the repairs done by the start of the weekend. Highly recommended on all your Towing needs and all your auto repairs . Thank you again for your understanding and professionalism!

Very reasonable prices. The driver was extremely nice. He helped me put my car up on jack stands so that there wouldn't be any further damage to it after he removed it from the flatbed. He was able to process my credit card easily, and emailed me my receipt. I will definitely use their service again if needed!!!

Got my work truck in a bit of a tight squeeze and stuck in mud didn't want to damage it. They came sooner than ETA given from about a hour away and got me out in 10min. Super nice guy too!

My car had what seemed like an electronic malfunction while in Martinsville. When I called, the man I spoke to walked me through what I could try to be able to drive it home, but I ultimately decided I would feel more comfortable having it towed. Despite it being a Friday evening and my car needing to go back to Bloomington, they gave me a great price and and exceptional service, keeping me updated throughout the process since I elected not to stay with my car while it was towed. Insurance company with road side assistance was jerking me around calling companies hours away. Sitting on the roadside for over an hour only to find out the other companies were not coming. I called Stanley Towing directly, and they came out and had me back on the road in about 20 minutes.

Honest and helpful people. Came relatively quick to the site of the breakdown. Price was reasonable, and better than what other places quoted. The man and his son are great people. They drop the car off at your car repair and they give you a ride home if needed. Not all places do! Would definitely recommend!

The owner (or maybe just the guy doing dispatch?) was incredibly friendly and personable, he even offered advice to me over the phone to try and solve the issue myself. The driver, Dustin, was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. Dustin was able to solve the problem without a tow. I felt like he could of easily took advantage of the situation and towed me but instead did the right thing and just solved my issue for me with his knowledge of vehicles. Without a doubt the best experience I ve ever had dealing with a tow company.Very very impressed.A+ job all around, guys!(I will add that If they had towed me the price quoted was super reasonable too)

I had a recent experience with this company,,, the driver pulled his truck (rollback) up in yard and left ruts in it (as I was not their customer) and their truck leaks oil all over the place. I called to their office and the owner was ok on the phone but never held true to have things cleaned up,,, just beware if they're in your area for damges

Was driving through Indiana when one of the bolts holding my brake caliper burst, causing said caliper to wedge itself against the inside of the tire rim and eventually tear through it. This happened on a Sunday, meaning that all of the repair shops were closed, and the one tire shop that was open would have to special-order a new rim for $500+ and 3-5 days of waiting.Brandon Stanley came out, quickly identified the problem, towed me back to his yard, and found an exact match wheel and caliper bolt and installed it himself, allowing me to get back on the road and finish my trip that same day. He quoted me one of the most affordable prices I have ever seen, and was pleasant and personable throughout the service. If not for him, I would have been stranded for multiple days.10/10, amazing service, owner is a saint.Services: Car towing, Fuel delivery, Tire change

My car died an hour and a half from home I Googled a tow service and found this one. The gentleman who answered was professional and fast arranging a tow a possible repair and a plan for me and my family to get home! We were unable to get our car to jump with conventional cables but a good summaritan went out of his way to find some for us. In the meantime the person on call for this company called back to suggest that very idea. Although we did not need to use this company in sure we would have been in good hands. As a surgeon it's nice to see such kindness efficiency and professionalism outside of my field. Thank you!

My family had an unfortunate issue with our vehicle while in Chicago. We wanted a local shop to work on the vehicle, so I called Stanley to tow it back to Martinsville. Brandon was friendly and courteous on the phone, and he was able to get our vehicle back from Chicago (200+ miles) the next day. He was communicative and friendly throughout the process, unlike other tow services I've used in the past. I highly recommend Stanley Towing.

The drivers are amazing. I had call for a tow due to alternator issues and I was quit a distance from home. The driver that came tried to jump start me and had no luck. So he had a new battery on hand, so he swapped it for mine. He told me to drive and if I break down he'll take it from there. The battery lasted all the way home. After he swapped them out I asked what I owed. He said I owed him nothing, he never hooked up to me and didn't do anything but follow me. I'll always use Stanley Towing.

Once again my truck had to be towed! Once again I have had excellent customer service with Stanley Towing!! This is a great group of real gentlemen who care about people and do a great job!! Thank you Brandon for keeping me updated and thank you Dustin for taking time and taking my truck to the shop!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND STANLEY TOWING!!!A dangerous curve on Wilbur Road a truck broke down and once again fast service from Stanley Towing!!
