Brickhouse Loft was such a fun place to stay! We were only passing through Martinsville, IN, but this adorable boutique hotel more than met our needs. Each suite has a living space, bathroom, and bedroom which are all decorated so cute. Check-in was incredibly easy as all information had been communicated with us prior to our arrival. They even had to-go muffins and other breakfast items when leaving. Highly recommend!

What a charming hotel in a lovely location. We enjoyed all the holiday decorations. It was like being dropped into a Hallmark Christmas movie! The place was so clean, fully equipped and comfy. We loved as want to return in the fall.Walkability: Downtown shops and restaurants just a short walk.

This was our first time staying at Brickhouse Loft but defiantly not our last! First, the communication is great. Emails came in a timely manner and were easy to understand how to access the room. Everything was so VERY clean!!! The rooms were spacious, with added comforts of home. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding was clean and fresh. The location was great for two reasons. You can walk to get coffee or a bite to eat and it is less than 30 minutes to Bloomington.Rooms: Very spacious! Living room, bedroom and full bath. All very clean!!Walkability: Small town shops and restaurants a few blocks from Brickhouse.

We just stayed at Brickhouse Loft last weekend for the first time. The process was SO simple with the contactless entry and the codes were delivered promptly on the date promised so we had the information prior to our leaving for our stay. We stayed at Brickhouse Loft as a alternative to paying the high prices in Bloomington on a football weekend. My husband was skeptical(diehard Marriott hotel fan), but as we were leaving after our stay-he said "we should stay here again if we come back to Bloomington/Indianapolis as it so clean and conveniently located between both cities". Thanks again!Walkability: Great location as we walked back from dinner on the square in Martinsville back to the hotel.

Brickhouse rented the entire property to us for our wedding since we had lots of out of town guests coming. The hotel is amazing and has such a fun contemporary design. The rooms are huge and the showers are phenomenal. Each room has a smart tv that you can connect to, but we mostly spent our time on the porch playing music on our speaker. At night, the ambience from the amphitheater string lights added the cherry on top of the stay. The only thing I would change is shortening the code for the door access. We took a picture of it to make it easy in case we forgot the cards, but since we had a large family gathered there we could just knock to get in. I loved getting to call this place home during our perfect wedding weekend. Thank you Brickhouse and Brickhouse Loft!!!

We were in Martinsville for a family wedding and all the family were able to have the rooms on the main level. Each room was unique and spacious. They had bought a large air mattress to accommodate our grandchildren. There were refreshments provided. Rooms were extremely clean and adequate. Loved the front porch .Rooms: Rooms were spacious and extremely clean and well decorated.Nearby activities: We were there only Saturday evening for the wedding but our daughter and family were there Friday evening and enjoyed the live concert near the facility.Safety: The facility was very secure and well lit.Walkability: Safe easy walking distance to venue and downtown activities.Food & drinks: Breakfast foods and snacks were plentiful.Noteworthy details: Close to wedding venue and downtown attractions.

My husband and I stayed at the Brickhouse Loft while moving our daughter to her apartment at IU Bloomington. It was only a 25-30 minute drive to campus and well worth it for the value. You can't stay at a Motel 6 in Bloomington for the amount we paid for our room. Our suite had a king-sized bed in a separate bedroom, a bathroom with a large shower, and an extremely large living room area. The rooms were impeccably clean and decorated beautifully. To be able to just put a code in the door lock to check in was so convenient after spending a long day moving. Our only regret was that we were too busy to really enjoy the space. We are booking another stay today, and we've decided that Brickhouse will be our "go to" hotel for future IU visits. Although we will spend our time with my daughter in Bloomington and probably eat there, Brickhouse is located a block away from a small downtown area that looks like it has a few good restaurants. As you can tell from this review, I highly recommend it.

My family had 3 rooms at the Brickhouse Loft and one was the bridal suite for my youngest sister s wedding. Every single room was beautiful! But most importantly, they were all clean, cozy, and the beds were all so comfy! The common area is so nice for gathering. They provided all kinds of extras like board games, snacks, and coffee. The owner and manager were available via text if we had any questions. It was seriously amazing!! Can t wait to come back.

The Brickhouse loft was one of our favorite venues to stay. It was beautifully furnished and very clean. Good beds are always one of the most important furnishings and they nailed it. Have never experienced contactless checkin but it turned out to be a very nice feature. The units are much larger than we expected which was a bonus and the owner was very responsive to all of our needs. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay here was so excellent!! The rooms are spacious and wonderfully decorated. They have the cutest entry way with free snacks & coffee for your convenience. They also have the cutest front porch with rocking chairs and a table to gather if needed. We loved the room. The bed was very comfortable and the entire suite was so, so clean. The bathroom is beautiful with hairdryer, and amenities. We will definitely stay here again!!

Lovely boutique-style hotel with super friendly staff and beautifully clean rooms.Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern bathrooms. Staff is wonderful and accommodating and provided speedy assistance for when I inadvertently reserved the wrong dates. The Brickhouse Loft is an experience from start to finish and I would 100% stay again as well as recommend.

We found this place to be a pleasant surprise, like it belonged in a foreign country! Very clean, with thoughtful decor and touches. Contactless check in and room entry was much appreciated. Beds comfortable, bathroom had everything we needed, common space downstairs was great to use when kids were already in bed for the night in the room. We have family in the area so we will definitely be back, and would love to stay again!

Brickhouse Loft is perfect for a family reunion, or in our case, a family wedding. The suites are spacious and nicely decorated. Everyone can get away to their own space or gather in the commons area. The front porch is perfect for visiting with friends and family. Michelle is wonderful and helped us with every detail. Parking is ample and water pressure is great in the showers. The beds are comfy and linens soft. You can't go wrong with Brickhouse Loft.

My stay over Thanksgiving was excellent! My family took advantage of the lobby/living room area and played board games. I enjoyed the breakfast bars and the coffee each morning. For the rooms on the 1st floor, I might recommend frosting the lower half of the windows. I was on the first floor in the back (#2), and every time someone parked their car, the lights would shine into the windows. I was also concerned with someone being able to see in. My cousin and I also didn't have any tissues in our rooms. In this season of colds, that would be nice. Thanks for doing a beautiful job restoring the old building and bringing an adorable place to stay in downtown M'ville!

As a senior citizen, I arrived Martinsville exhausted and irritable after driving 9 hours. Brickhouse Loft was a welcoming respite; everything was just so bright, clean & cheerful. I was pleased there were muffins available and with have a muffin & a cup of tea I was able to restore my good humor. Great place to relax & visit. Thanks

This hotel is so beautifully decorated and charming. The owners have thought of absolutely everything! The beds were comfortable, the linens so soft, the bathroom top notch. We loved having a coffee pot in the room and games, snacks, and space in the lobby for hanging with friends. I am dying to go back with a group of girlfriends and rent out the whole place.Check in was so simple and everything was in pristine condition in terms of cleanliness. And the hotel is located just half a block from downtown, so we were able to check out the cute shops and restaurants in town. I am looking forward to going back in the spring or summer when we can hang out on the beautiful front porch. I hope to return many times!

What a fabulous place to stay. They did a beautiful job restoring this old building, blending classic style with modern conveniences in a clean and minimalist way, providing everything you need to enjoy your trip. Love the self-check-in process. Bed was comfy, shower was strong and hot. Highly recommended alternative to staying in a big pompous hotel in Indy :)

So spacious and comfortable! We absolutely loved our stay. We stayed Valentine s Day weekend and they made our stay extra special with a little gift bag of treats and chocolate covered strawberries in the fridge. Loved all the little details that made it memorable, like ice in the freezer, the grab and go breakfast options, and local restaurant suggestions and coupons. Really, it is a must stay in Martinsville!
