I am officially done with Autozone - especially their electric parts. I went through 4 Autozone oil pressure sending units that didn t work- went across the street to O Reilly s and bought one of theirs and it works fine and has for over a year. Also there have been several occasions where I was sold the wrong part by the Autozone employees. I ve totally lost faith in them and do not recommend them. I would give zero stars if I could-Cheaper isn t always better- what good is their lifetime warranty if your car is always in the shop?I won t be back I

I highly recommmend the Auto Zone in Martinsville, Indiana. The store is always clean and the employees are consistently willing to help when I stop in. Keep up the good work.

Super friendly staff. They helped me get the exact parts I needed to replace my brakes and even helped change the battery out on my key fob.

This place is considered a " Hub " . They supply parts to a lot of their smaller stores , so they almost always have the parts you need in their building . And if you're lucky you'll get to meet " Uncle Dave " when he's leaving the store late at night . He's a driver for that store . People stop him as he's walking through the store to get info about their projects . He's got a lot of knowledge beneath his while hair !!!

Awesome & helpful service, I enjoy the rewards card they have also. They will come outside & test your battery & charging system for free. The employees will loan you tools if needed, ive seen them even do small maintenance work for people with less than little automotive experience! I have had Nothing but good experiences with this store.

Had our car breakdown while on vacation, 2.5 hours from home and Jacob did a phenomenal job helping us troubleshoot and get it running enough to make the rest if the trip. The rest of the staff (sorry, j forget their names) were also super helpful and friendly. Honestly, the best experience I've had, ever, at any auto parts store!

Employees where knowledgeable and friendly. They also offer changing your vehicle battery when you buy one, providing it is easy to access. What a wonderful plus. I will definitely be going here again.

(DONT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE)We have an 08 Saturn the wipers are like 40 bucksWe bought windshield wipers from this store and instead of just selling me the part and allowing me to walk out they insisted to have an employee install them. I just want to leave so I say sure and they go ahead. Here we are about 3weeks later driving to Greenwood and it starts to rain. We pop on the wipers and one just slides right off our car and into the middle of the highway. We then call the store and they say all they can do is sell us another.solid business model though gotta give them that

I was greeted at the door and offered help... I found everything I came for, with a little bit of courteous help from the counter man. Most all visits go this way and I have come to depend on that. HappyCustomer!

The service person, Kaleb was very helpful when my "Check Engine" light went on. Kaleb did a FREE diagnostic check on my SUV Equinox & the diagnostic analysis was my Oxygen Sensor was going bad which would explain why my SUV was sputtering and chugging at times once placed in drive. That is, the correct amount of air going into the carburetor was not regulated in the proper quantity. This Auto Zone store had the part in hand. When at home, I later called the other auto supply stores (i.e. O'Reilly's, NAPA, & Advance Auto Parts) & found that Auto Zone had the Denso Oxygen Sensor part the cheapest. My mechanic, Richie installed the Oxygen Sensor & now my SUV runs "like a Champ" (or Good as EVER!) . IMHO: The best thing is my "Check Engine" light is NO longer on/ lit up. Yay for that!

Googled part I needed. Called & asked if they had it in store. They said that they had 2 in store. Told to hold 1 for me. Fought traffic to get their & they didn't have any in store. Now that is why I go to NAPA they treat their costumers right.

Price matching is great.... I feel it's a sham to loose points when not used in a short amount of time the points earned should never expire

I do like autozone, but I'm not real fond of the Chinese parts or fond of the limited selection. Rockauto shows a lot bigger selection available.

I find it interesting that if I buy a part and try to return it because it doesn't work. I find that I waste my money because it doesn't work in the car, only because I installed it and IT DOESN'T WORK. Thanks autozone. I will be buying my parts online and not in town anymore with you.

I broughy in 5 marine batteries for checking. The guys didnt seem to mind at all and brought the tester out to my car. Really glad i didnt have to lug those in. While testing the batteries i asked a few questions and he knew exactly where everything was. I was able to walk in when done pickup what i needed and leave quickly.In the end:great service and free battery check. Ill be back when i have something to order and let you know how it goes

Excellent service. Determined battery was dead, sold me a new one and installed it with no charge and with a smile on a cold day. Even cleaned corroded terminals.
