Payment terminal indicated $6 charge for self wash bay, instead charged $10. The hose is not connected properly and was streaming tire wash onto my jacket, shoes, hat, and at one point almost dripped into my eyes. The drain in the center is clogged with mud and puddled to the point I was standing in it. Avoid at all costs, the owner obviously doesn't care.

Have been a few times and always have the same problem on two different vehicles with the soft touch bay. Neither vehicle has any accessories other than a trailer hitch that doesn't extend past the bumper. One vehicle was an Escalade and the photo is a Silverado. I don't expect a brand new looking vehicle, but for $18, I do expect a clean one.

Literally the worst self serve car wash I have experienced. 1st, it s $5 to start the self serve which is pretty pricey. 2nd the tube was punctured and water was spraying all over me and made the high pressure wash have literally no pressure, so my car ain t even clean. 3rd it charged me $10 when I only swiped my card once for $5. 4th when u call the phone number on here it says it s disconnected. If I could give it negative stars it would be -10

I have used this business in the past but their recent show of support for insurrectionists and facist has made me decide to never support this business again. Drive by on Poston Rd. and you will see what I m referring to.

Paid $18 for the whole ball of wax and this wash can t remove simple amounts of dirt on my tonneau cover or the side of the bed. When you call the number listed you get your call cannot be completed as dialed . What a scam

There are plenty of other car washes near this one. Take your money there. Have been here on multiple occasions to use the touch free car wash only to find there is no soap nor water pressure.

Worst car wash ever. Plenty of times it's just taking my money and not worked. Today I went and the hose was completely busted and wrapped with electrical tape. Not to mention the touch-free is down again. If you care about your car do not take it here. Worst car wash I've ever been to. This is how they fix their wands. Duct tape!!!

Stopped on our way to Indianapolis and bought a $16 touchless wash. Car wash stopped after a half pass of soap. Car wash announced to Exit then spent another $16 on the gentle wash next to the touchless to get the soap off. Called for a refund, no answer, no return call use at your own risk to your pocket book.

I went to this call washTo get. The 14 Dollar special and put $20 bill in the machine and it never give me my change back. I then called business left a message with my name and phone number and reason for the call. 30 days and still no response from the owner of this business.

For being so pricey this place is certainly ghetto. I am pretty sure they didnt use soap. Car didn't get suds and came out still dirty. I went to a self-serve and just did it properly myself.

Self Service water came out Piping hot which cleaned the ice and mud off of our eTransit 350 just fine! the Service Bay able to accommodate a large van

No water pressure, brushes nearly ripped my mirror off, hardly any soap, air dryer buckled the roof and almost ripped off the tonneau cover. Not clean!

We got a wash in the newest car wash. There was a truck in there and when we pulled our truck in it soaped up our truck and then just stopped working. The people behind us had to back up so we could get out of the bay. They said they already paid. We had to go into the laser wash bay and get the soap off our truck. So i called the number 349 2277 and he said they would return our 26.00 well that was 2 weeks ago. Still haven't received the check. Tried calling the number today and it said it was disconnected. All we want is our 26.00 refunded please!

I've been to many automated car washes and until now have never been impressed. A friend recommended this wash and the ultimate package. It did a superb job on a car that I usually only hand wash. I'll be back.

My car looked worse after the car wash than before. Car is still dirty with spots everywhere. Windshield is filthy. Such a disappointment. I am owed a refund. But the phone number is not valid and no website.

Manual wash review: Spots, spots and more spots. The old car wash in this location had better water, must be different owner/set up on the water. The only thing I like is the timer takes Credit cards.

This place was honestly so disgusting & you can t even tell my car was cleaned. Yeah not going here again. There s better, cheaper car washes that actually do what they say thier gonna do unlike this one.

I was trying to use the touch free service on Friday May 21st, I put my debit card in, the screen said THANK YOU but the car wash would not let me enter and I couldn't get a receipt after it said THANK YOU. I checked my bank account today and the money was taken off. I tried calling the number from the website and its not a good working number. Now I am in a dispute with my bank. WORST CAR WASH IN MARTINSVILLE!!!!

This place is awesome! The machines did a great job washing my car! I prefer the soft touch vs. the no touch but it was a great wash for a great price.

Went through the automated wash, vehicle came out looking worse then it went in. Still covered in bugs, dirt, and now has horrible water streaks. Will not waste my money on this garbage again.

Door wouldn't open for the lady in front of me to exit. Once I manually opened it for her and got back to my car I had to pay again. Owners wouldn't answer their phones so definitely won't be doing business there again. $32 gone.

Every time I either have pulled in to a bay that the machine eats my money or they are out of tire cleaner or no water at all coming out .. now today I receive my statement from my debt card and it charged me 10 freaking dollars and I washed it yesterday and it only have me 2.00 so 4 mins to wash .not no 10.00 did even get so I call and of coarse no one answers ..and when u do leave something. I'm writing in the box by office doors they send us a coupon with a code for the automatic and BELIEVE ME IT IS NOT AT ALL LIKE WHEN YOU HAND WASH YOUR VEHICLE SO I HAVE TO SAY THEY DON'T EVEN GET 1 STAR , THEY SHOULD REFUND YOUR MONEY OR COME UP WITH A DEBT TYPE OF REFUND FOR YOU TO USE ON THE ONES YOU WASH BY HAND ..ITS RIPPING PEOPLE OFF AND ITS ANNOYING. ..TO WHO OWNS THIS NEEDS TO HAVE AN ANSWERING MECHAINE I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOT NO CODE FOR AUTOMATIC WASH and btw your chance machine also sucks and don't put dollars in the bags it will eat your money you have to put quarters in becoz I've had several incidents where I have had seconds counting down and nothing but dollars on me and when I put the dollar in it eats it but doesn't get counted towards any more time THIS PLACE NEEDS TO MAKE IT MORE EFFICENT FOR USE AND I ALSO HAD REAL TREE FLOOR MATS STOLEN FROM THERE IT WASN'T EVEN A HALF HOUR I WENT BACK TO GET THEM AND THEY WERE GONE AND IT SHOWS THAT HAVE CAMERAS BUT DON'T BE FOOLED THEY OBVIOUSLY AREN'T ON AND THEY WILL NOT AMSWER THE PHONE THERE EVER I'VE NEVER TALKED TO ANYONE I ALSO NEVER SEE ANYONE THERE SO I THINK THAT ARE FRAUD

Good wash. Wheels still come out dirty even tho you pay for wheels to be cleaned
