have been going here for years, timely service and quality work. I've been swindled at other places as a female, selling me things I don't needarnold tire won't do that to you. great place, amazing people

I just returned home from having brake work done on our F-150. This is the first time, but definitely not the last, that I used Arnold Tire Center. They were extremely prompt, friendly and a great value. I will definitely be using them again for other work needed on all our vehicles. Thanks to everyone there for a great experience.

Had a flat tire on highway I went there really shaken up. They calmed me down fixed my tire, put air in my spare and got me back on the road 20 minutes. I could be more grateful. They were wonderful!!!

Took my truck in for a tire balance due to some steering wheel shake. It didn't fix it, so I took it to my normal mechanic. We thought it was going to be tie rods, but he couldn't find any issues other than needing balanced. He recommended another tire place. They fixed it. Wish I could get my money back.

My most vivid memory of Arnold Tire.. my husband just died.. I had Donnie plug a tire for me.. it was $5. I didnt have it but said Id have it in 2 days. He said thats fine. I came back that evening and brought him dinner on one of my china plates. Came in Thursday to pay n pick up my plate. His mechanic told me the plate was gone and Donnie threw the whole thing in the garbage as soon as I walked out... dinner and plate... plus on another occasion i bought in a truck that needed a fuel line... he kept it over 8 months.. no repair had to tow it home. Yep

Friendly service and very nice and helpful. Anything that they found I needed except for what I took it there for was actually contacted by a staff member who let me know that they thought I needed unlike some places that do the work first and then surprise you with a crazy price. Very reasonable prices and again very friendly staff and service. I would recommend checking them out for any tire issues or any other work you may need on your vehicle!!

My husband always takes our tires to Arnold s for repairs. He s been taking it there for years. They are fair in their prices. We got a flat and took our tire there. They charged us $15 for a plug and we had to wait 45 min for it to get done. We just went into town had lunch and came back and it was finished.

We pull our boat through Martinsville every weekend. Last weekend we had some issues with our trailer. They replaced the axle and hubs. We are greatful for their help getting us rolling again.

Went to Arnold Tire in Martinsville for a noise the brakes were making when slowing to a stop. The brake pads were brand new but they claimed they were worn to the metal and replaced the pads, rotors and brake hoses for 450$. When we asked to see the pads for proof they said the trash picked them up that same day already which was a bold faced lie. The noise/problem was never fixed and we payed a lot for repairs we didn t need. Plus they put the tires back on so tight the mechanics actually fixing the problem had to tear the lug nuts off and I had to pay for new ones. Donny is a swindler and liar, don t go to them unless you know exactly what needs done or they will take advantage of you.

Great customer service! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND! I needed tires and they ordered them yesterday overnight and installed them today! Not a long wait time either! They are super friendly and patient and answered any questions that I had. They offer a great value and unbeatable prices! I will be back for future services thank you Don!

Don has earned a custom for life as far as I'm concerned. I couldn't have asked for a more friendly, thorough, professional place when I was needing 4 new tires and then again when I had an emergency situation and the staff came to my rescue, last minute, without over charging me.

Now looks can be deceiving because this place looks like a decrepit car grave but the people are amazing they found the problem with our tire and fixed it almost immediately. They worked on our tire and fixed it fast. We re very nice and accommodating.

I took my van there there weeks ago because it was over heating. I had a similar problem with an older vehicle, so I told him I thought it was a bad water pump. Called him four times to check on progress in the first two weeks, he hadn't even checked on it. Everytime I called I said I said I was checking on the van with the bad water pump. Today of the third week I called and he said, "the van is ready, I replaced the hose that was leaking." I said, "what about the water pump? It was overheating before, that's what caused the hose to burst.""What? The water pump wasn't leaking at all?""No, the water pump wasn't leaking, it wasn't circulating fluid.""I can change that for you too, but we turned it on and it ran for an hour without overheating."There days later he called saying it was done. I picked it up and 20 minutes later it overheated again.

Had a flat tire while traveling out of town and needed to get to an appointment . This was the closest repair shop on my map ...I drove in and 2 young men fixed my tire in 10 minutes with friendly, helpful service at a great price...made me feel like my problem was important to them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Haven't dealt with Arnold much, but what I have done there has been quick, has been done correctly and for a fair price. I would recommend them, but think more of Cooter's Garage where you sacrifice new building and accommodation for service with s smile.

Our daughter was driving back to Bloomington on 3-29-19 and her vehicle started pulling very hard to the right and shaking. She pulled over to Arnolds tire and one of the mechanics was very kind and helped her. They removed the tire to check it and discovered the brakes on one side had locked up. We had just had the brakes worked on at another dealership so we had the van towed back to the original shop. The guys at Arnold's made sure that the tow truck loaded the van properly and that my daughter was taken care of , even though they closed at 5 pm on a Friday night. That kindness will never be forgotten. They were honest and identified the problem and took care of our daughter. If only there were more places like them with more people like them. The world would be a much better place. Thanks guys at Arnolds.

I went to Arnold's tires in Martinsville the first of the winter and bought still studded snow tires all the way around for my truck and they had to order them and they come in like 2 days and a stead of them and very good tires the place is a little bit dirty but they've given me good service so I saw it really matters

This place is important only because we really don t have any good tire places in town. But it is the nastiest place ever and I m surprised it doesn t get shut down. It s a junk yard and a dust bowl. Someone please help this town and do something about it.

Used to like this guy until he had my car for over three months and 20 empty promises. If you can't fix a car you should just tell someone instead of dragging them along. I have been stuck in the house with two children because of empty promises. I'm so heartbroken.
