Forever grateful for the recommendation that led me to Jeff Boone Auctions. They worked seamlessly along side myself and a few friends to clear out and prepare for auction my parents house, garage, barn and contents. My father had passed away unexpectedly and mother was in memory care. As the only child I couldn t have done this so quickly without the help I received from a couple friends and the kind hearted souls at Jeff Boone Auction. Jeff Boone and his staff made me feel like family as they helped me through the whole process of an online auction. Their dual real estate license allowed for showings of the house and even an open house prior to the auction close. They had great visibility of their auction website. The amount that the house and property yielded exceeded not only my expectations but also my goal.I would highly recommend Jeff Boone Auction to anyone who may need an auctioneer/ realtor.

Would highly recommend this company. Gunner and Caleb worked tirelessly to organize and catalog all the items in my late husband s workshop. They know tools and equipment and were able to identify and label even the most obscure items. They have a large customer base and are the best choice to help you get top dollar. In addition to their professionalism - you will not find more caring decent young men. I will be forever grateful to them for their kindness at such a difficult time. They are the best.

We have been to several Jeff Boone Actions and it has always been great. They move between items very quickly, so there isn't a lot of down time. Paying, bidding, pick up, etc. is all seamless. Our favorite auction to attend!!

The entire staff is helpful and friendly. Quick to answer any questions that may arise. It is a seamless process. There s a reason they ve been around for so long, and because they are doing it RIGHT! I would highly recommend them

They seem friendly and their side by side ride service from the parking lot was a nice touch. But they do a lot of false advertisement online regarding vehicle conditions and they also don't list vehicle reserves that are required on the online websites they use (probably so they can dodge fees).

Caleb was so kind and attentive. Helped walk us through the process of selling our home with multiple back and forth conversation with the buyer. Would highly recommend!

We took our vehicle there to sale. We had a easy and quick check in, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Our car didn t sale but it wasn t because of them. When we had to pick up our vehicle they were very accommodating and flexible in making a time to pick it up.

Order a large cumbersome item from them on an auction site and they were great ab contact and great ab working with me on having the item shipped. Recommend to any and all and would absolutely choose to purchase from them again.

I came to JBA with my 3 year old to look at some cars that were going to be at the auction the next day. Although we didn't come away with any new wheels, my daughter had an absolute blast due to the staff there (I am terrible with names so sorry) Absolutely great people, it was very hot, we were there for hours even thru nap time and not enough snacks (my bad).It says everything about JBA when staff goes out of their way to make a simple trip to look at some cars into something really special. The smile on her face when leaving, you would have thought we went to the waterpark.Ill remember this for a long time and Ill be sure to return hopefully as a full buyer next time.Purely auction stand point:Keys readily available in cars to access condition and do testing, well laid out with plenty of room to do inspections, they even have food and beverage available. Very nice auctionhouse

We worked with Caleb to sell our home in Lafayette. He went out of his way to make sure our listing looked amazing and worked with us through the entire process to make sure everything went smoothly. He also represented the buyers, and both parties were extremely grateful to work with him. We highly recommend using Jeff Boone for your real estate needs.

I have been buying from auctions for some time. In my experience many people running them must hate life. The are rushed and rude. So when I went to Jess Boone's for the first effort to pick up my purchase I wasn't expecting much. I should have had a clue when I called to make arranges to pay when the man who answered was not only friendly, but also ended the conversation by saying "if you need any help just give me a call." Then when I went there the office folks (Gunner and McKenzie I think) made me feel so comfortable. Type of folks I could see having an after church Sunday dinner with!

Staff was great but really need to pay better attention to what a consigner posts on paper on the windshield about their vehicle, I purchased out of state with no inspection so that s my fault BUT posting said runs great, no frame rust. Well service engine light is on, abs light is on e brake light stuck to on and everything BUT the frame is rusted. What a disappointment to pay $1200 to have the truck shipped to me only to have it spit and sputter down the drive. Oh and AC doesn t work but when condenser kicks on the truck cuts off. This was 2003 model truck with 180k miles not a 1975 model .seems you d be better off to just say as is rather than have an item you put your name in misrepresented.
