Short version: I m super impressed with this place.Long version: Normally I do this work myself but I didn t have time. I went in for an oil change. Oil change price was competitive. They offer additional services but aren t overpowering about it. They couldn t actually find anything else my car needed as it is extremely well kept but he quoted me some future services at competitive prices. Two guys went over a check list basically making sure nothing was forgotten. They even used a legitimate torque wrench on the oil plug which is impressive. Will definitely use these guys again when I m too busy. As a bonus, service was friendly.

This is by far the best place I've gone for an oil change. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. I love the fact that you don't have to get out of your car. When I lived in Carmel there was a similar place in Indianapolis on 82nd Street, I believe. I don't remember the name but they only had one garage so you had to wait forever. And the staff there didn't compare to Valvoline. Abdias, Jordan, Phillip and Benjamin worked on my car. They did an excellent job. I have an older car (98 Mustang) so they recommended the best Oil Change Service for my particular car. Few places I've been have done that or took the time to explain the difference. I also had the automatic transmission fluid flushed and replaced. That made a world of difference. They also tested my battery and showed it would need to be replaced soon. I forgot how long it had been since I replaced it last. They never pressured me to get a service I didn't need. I bought a battery a week later from a different place (I always get my batteries there and install them myself) I'm sure they have great prices on batteries, it's just easier to have a backup and do it on my own time. Point being, they weren't like, "you should get a battery while you're here." They actually assured me it had some time left and I could stop by anytime (if I wanted to get one from them.) They also have a survey on the receipt that saves money on your next visit. So, I highly recommend oil changes and/or other services here. Fast, friendly and affordable!

I have been here a couple of times for maintenance on my car and every time I have been treated very well and with care. The staff at this location is very kind and very helpful and honest about the work that has been needed on my car. I wish more companies had staff this caring about customers. I will continue to come back!

I really appreciated them they got me right in. The manager Kylee was wonderful to talk to she was very kind and explained everything and wasn't pushy with the extras. Kylee was so helpful while I was getting my oil changed. She answered all of my questions and was not pushing any of their services, but instead educating me on the benefits. I would highly recommend Valvoline for your next oil change!

UPDATE: I no longer go here because of two separate instances. One was that they told me my serpentine belt would need replaced soon, but they didn't have the part for my car. I went to another mechanic about a month later for the belt, and they looked at it and said it's totally fine. Looks great.The worst of the two was that I got my tires rotated from here, and within two months (no one else had touched my tires), a wheel almost fell off on the interstate. It was a horrible experience, and I've never had that kind of issue with my car before.My car needed an oil change, and some friends had recommended this Valvoline to me. I'm glad they did! My car ended up needing some additional work, which wasn't entirely unexpected. The employees walked me thru what they recommended and why, and also were very clear and kind without ever talking down to me. The entire team worked efficiently and seemed to have a lot of knowledge and experience. I plan to come back next time I need an oil change.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

We went there today for the first time in our big white full sized van with all the kids in the back. What a great experience! There was no wait, the men started working without delay, they did all the checks without any gimmicks and were cordial and professional. We were on our way out in what seemed like no time at all. The atmosphere is clean so there isn't any smell of chemicals. The staff worked well together to get the job done and the manager, Darren, was very kind and personable. He genuinely has a passion for his job and excellent people skills.
