Moving and they waste your time with their singular U-Haul that they make you pay extra money for. Won t be Able to move now because of their pathetic guidelines and extra fees that they refuse to let anyone know about until you get there. Absolute trash company and their property looks even dirties than their ethics

AWESOME! HONEST! I wish I could give these guys 6 stars! Found them years ago and they have fixed just-about everything (cylinders, exhaust, brakes, sway bars, electrical problems, broken locks) on multiple cars (toyota, honda, nissan mazda, ford mustang) for us and several friends, including hybrids. ALWAYS FAIR AND HONEST PRICE! Yes. Sometimes busy (BECAUSE people know and trust them!) and phone rings a while or key is in a different spot. I know 100% of the stories on here about "trying to rip me off" have TWO sides.

So the first time I came here, it was because my truck broke down in the McGavic parking lot and I asked a guy there if there was anywhere he suggested since I didn't have anyone in town. He said TNT was the only place in town he'd recommend. Now I can say that I wholeheartedly agree with him, since nowhere else I called on another occasion for a minor thing (just an alignment) even called me back, while Troy got me in for a much more involved diagnosis and repair the same week. This is a good, local place run by good people who know their business, and as long as I live in the area, I know where I'll be going.

Long story short: Repeatedly called this place and got the runaround for TWO WEEKS. No callbacks or updates, not even a diagnostic. Finally showed up in person with a tow service to take my car somewhere else, TnT guy got real petty. Dodged questions when confronted about poor service, slowly poked around his office for my key while making snide remarks about "customers like me."Apparently this guy hates unreasonable "customers like me" taking their business elsewhere when the service fails. This place is a joke, I should've followed the other reviews that had this exact experience: slow/nonexistent, rude service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys tried to screw me over. They tried to tell me that I had a dropped cylinder in my engine. Claiming it was going to cost me close to a $1,000! I went to another mechanic for a second opinion and all it needed was a ignition coil and a tune up. Make one thing clear, the Better Business Bureau will hear about this.

If I could leave 0 stars than I would after getting my car back after 3 months I go get it check and my coolant tube was leaking and my radiator wasn t all the way put together so I don t recommend

I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE I HAVE GOT HUNG UP ON YELLED AT AND MY CAR HAS BEEN THERE FOR OVER A MONTH NOW AND IM HONESTLY OVER IT , I REALLY SUGGEST YOU GUEST LISTEN TO THE OTHER REVIEWS THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL

ZERO stars really, but I don' t have that option. Stay away. This place USED to be great, but they no longer seem to care if they help or not. Phone calls not returned. A friend's car sat there two weeks and he could never get return phone calls to find out what was happening (and this was him returning it to have them fix again something they didn't fix correctly in the first place). He is taking it away and will go somewhere that will actually care about customer service. I had recommended this place to him and another person, and unfortunately both had the same bad experience. It's too bad as it was a good place in the past.

This place had my car for over 6 weeks and did nothing to the car. I sent it in to have coil packs 1 and 6 changed on a Subaru 3.0 and my car came back with cut wires on number one plug and number 6 was never changed at all as you have to lift the motor off the frame to get to the plug which is why i sent it into a mechanic as I do not have a motor crane to do the work. After the 6 weeks he charges me over $150 dollars for no work done to the car. I would and never will use this service again even if I can not avoid it I would rather do the work myself and it take months to do than take it back to this place.Service: Engine repair

Honda SUV alternator repair.Friendly! Turn around time was good! Cost was fair!My only concern was not getting a full diagnosis for my dash lights that are still on. As a mom hauling 4, that would have given me peace of mind. With that being said I do understand the this is a very popular and busy repair shop for good reason.Its difficult to find a reliable repair shop. Hopefully I won't have to visit again soon, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

No one in office, mechanic came up to help then when asked nicely why car had been there for 4 days and not looked at he got aggressive started to to intermediate and yelled at the customer well the one who would finance cost which is me so no I would never say go their ever. Don't know if there just trying to get more money now. If that's how you are going to act as a business.Service: Brakes

They have had my car for a lil over a week telling me different things different days... its frustrating!! I understand parts have to be ordered and properly put in but called today after he said for sure gonna have it fixed today the shop getting ready to close and he out test driving another car I swear if he says tomorrow one more time and its actually not the next day I'm gonna be upset just say I'm unsure telling me something and than it not stand is ugh

They took great care of me and my car! They recommended a towing company and got my car fixed that afternoon! I was traveling and was very grateful to be able to continue on the same day! Everybody was very friendly! I would highly recommend them!!!

Out of town shopping, blew a power steering hose in the Walmart parking lot. Found TNT online, called them & 1 hour later back on our way. Great people, A+ experience! Fair priced. Thanks so much John!

They had my car for over a month. And refuse to fix the car,making excuses, keeping you on hold for like 20 mins everytime you call. Then want to get paid for doing no work. Never againServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repairServices: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

It's a joke. They have had my car for almost 3 months. Can't get a answer on what they had to do or a price. All I wanted is to talk to someone but I can't even get a call back.
