The manager and assistant manager are awesome!!! The staff that works here are great and helpful and educated in automotive mechanics. If they do not know something they will try and figure it out. I prefer this location over the other 2 in the county.

Well I ended up only Pricing a Part, I would have purchased it, however I could get it in 2 Days for 100.00$ ordering it On Line! One of my local Stores in the Past has been very helpful with information! The Employees have been pretty knowledgeable I've noticed! Hey I'll be back on a Maintenance Issue soon!

Bought battery for riding mower in October 2023 ,took battery out for the winter and keep in my house, April 2023 riding mower will not start due to defective batteryO'Reilly will not replace due to warranty has run outYour store and warranty and policy sucks!!!Need to tell public to buy your batteries at there own risk!

From July of 2022Claimed my debit card was capped (not true) and only took a partial payment for the bill. So I used another card to take care of the remaining balance. Only to find out they took the full amount out on my original card, as well as the partial on the other. Then claimed they had no record of the full amount being taken. Corporate office was horrible and tried to take care of my grievance with a $20.00 gift card, despite their error being over six times that amount. In addition the corporate office did not document my first call to them, so I had to explain it all over again to the most condescending lady I ve ever met in my life. Despite showing them receipts and bank records, they would not admit their mistake and only tried to twist blame onto me. Never would I have expected this kind of service from a well established multi-state company.To top it all off and add insult to injury, the main part I purchased during this disaster was broken and I had to take it back to get it exchanged.I wouldn t get parts from this company if they offered them to me at no cost and offered to install them for free.

Was out of town picking up my son's car. Needed a battery. Not only did they have options on hand, but the manager Vic installed it in the parking lot for me. In and out in ten minutes. Great service.

Went in for spark plug wires and the gentlemen who helped me was the most helpful sales employee I've ever met in a parts shop. He was very very knowledgeable and had the patience to show me how I would be able to check if my truck had 4 wheel ABS or just front cause I was replacing front bearings and the back ABS hooks up in the front ones. Also let me know which I didn't think it was a flex fuel since it was a 1999 Ford ranger. Thanks again.

Guy helping us didn't know what he was looking for and kept questioning my husband on the motor in his truck and then said he couldn't find the part. Plus one employee said the bathroom was closed because of covid then another said the roof had caved in. Sorry employees at that store. Won't shop there ever again.

Love to do my vehicle shopping here. Nine times out of ten has what I need. I have an account so I get good deals. Good pricing. Staff is awesome. Very convenient
