Loves truly is a road trip s best friend. There s such nostalgia for me, tied to those big bright yellow signs. This Loves was no exception, clean bathrooms, plenty of selection and friendly staff.

My wife and I stop through Love's on most of our trips to Indianapolis. We find it to be very conveniently located when we're coming in, or leaving town. The have a McDonald's as well as a convenience store, and public bathrooms. You can do everything in one easy stop.

Actually I got long day I do some Machanical shop at their shop they do nicely.nice young guys after that I went to take shower but the short lady I think she is Latinos I ask her shower then she told me my reward doesn t have shower I ask her I just expended $198.69 at least I have points plus a week ago I took fuel she do like don t ask me big attitude then I buy $17 and I left her she have to change that way thank you . I always like the people love their job not the one hates their job.

Love that the shops here have a dog park. It was fairly clean and had good gates and a picnic table and bench for humans to sit.Store was clean. Staff were friendly. This will be a regular stop for the dog park.

I was gonna get a full tank of fuel and deposit points on my friends card here, but they will not let me scan a barcode if it s a picture. That s kind of silly because you can generate a unique QR code from an app every time you open the app if you really wanted to prevent someone from doing that. But, on the basis of me stealing as a possibility, I am not allowed to deposit anything which doesn t make any sense because I would only be depositing points. Suffice it to say, there is a pilot across the street so I am just gonna go there and deposit points. I tried using my own loves card and it doesn t work because they require me to register it with the app which I cannot use because it has hidden browsers which means it would make my Covenant Eyes browser useless.Watch out for the day when they force you to use only proprietary ups stores to be able to access things.

How does a truck stop, on Saturday afternoon, not have any TP in the bathroom. I told the associate who just said yeah, we ll get to it and she did not. She clearly did not see it as an immediate problem. I do not normally check to make sure there is TP unless it is some janky restroom. I would have thought she would have at least made an apology. She clearly didn t care. The good thing about Love s is that there is always another place to get petro nearby.

I only go to Loves. I always absolutely love going there. Everyone is nice and respectful until my son s debit card got stuck in the machine In Marion he had to go to work so I called to speak with a manager the polite girl I talked to earlier said she just had to get one out yesterday that was stuck in the machine so clearly it should ve been out of order and fixed, I could not understand this manager. He tried to blame it on my son said that he put a broken card in there which was not true. When I tried to explain to him that his card was not broken it was there someone else I could talk to that could understand what I was trying to explain. He said if I m gonna be rude to him then he s not speaking with me and he hung up on me, I have never ever experienced rudeness from an employee especially a manager at Loves Truck Stop as a truck driver I probably will not be coming here again and also let all my friends know about the rudeness of this manager that hangs up on people

Husband and I are on the road again... we stopped in to our favorite travel stop to fuel. Gas was $3.45 gal. Customers service was good this morning.

Normal truck stop. I stopped here for tires change. They put 2 new tires on my trailer in 40 minutes. They have McDonald's inside. Plenty of trucks parking, clean restrooms, not very busy location.

The bathrooms weren't that clean and we go to get gas for our Kia Serento and the pumps wouldn't work for nothing and we went to 3 different ones do better if you gotta be a big brand gas station

Stopped in here for a break from the road. To the gal at the register, you are a sweetheart! The polish sausage was much better than I expected from a gas station. Restrooms were clean. Next time I come in, hopefully you'll be there, so I can ask what your name is. 10/15/23 about 6:30pm

Traveling as a female is very scary breaking down in the middle of Nowhere in an unfamiliar place sent me into a strait anxiety attack being 3 hours from home I didn t know where to start or what to do I was hauling a trailer as well.. these two hero s from the service center helped me fix my issue and get back on the road safely.. I can t thank you all enough and Love s is very blessed to have employees like these guys representing them.. so kind polite and professional.. my business always use s Love s as long as there is one available from now on!! :) I felt the Love at Love s Thank you Derrick and Will for fixing me belt and being great people..

Busy day at the fuel islands, but things seemed to be working smoothly. Men's room was clean and functional. McDonald's was hopping but food was going out fast. Nice staff... overall, a pretty good stop here.

Clean facilities, stocked shelves, and friendly staff. Just what I've come to expect from these folks. Easy on/off of I-69, so if I'm in the area I'll be stopping by again.

First time at a Love s. Very clean bathrooms and nice selection of pop n jerky. It s exactly what is needed when on a road trip. Will always look for a Love s during our travels.

Very understaffed. Waited an hour and a half for a shower because they only had 1 girl jumping between running the register and cleaning showers. This tells me the shower was cleaned in a rush as well. Very disappointing loves. Hire more people if you are short staffed.

Bathrooms are dirty, soap dispensers are empty, garbage cans are full. The Sharps container didn't have a lid on it, with a syringe still in it. Management is aware and stated they can't keep lids on them.

The Loves at this location is decent. The showers are kinda clean. The toilet in the shower needed to be cleaned better. The McDonald's at this location is an absolute DUMP! It is filthy and they seem to screw up the orders a lot. The staff are friendly enough but seem stressed. This stressed me out. Won't be returning here if I don't absolutely have to.

One of the worst Loves I ve ever stopped at. Shower was gross. Hair stuck to the wall. Didn t provide the bath mat. Girl at the fuel desk was playing on her cell phone while 4 people were in line for the showers and two were waiting to be cleaned . The help at McDonalds wasn t any better. Loves corporate and this store manager should be ashamed of themselves. Loves in general, are the best when it comes to truck stops.

The store seems clean but the showers were not. The floor hasn't been spot in a while and yucky stuff splattered on the wall. I think some people live in the parking lot!

I had never been in a Love's before. This place was AWESOME! Upon entering I was greeted by two energetic women behind the registers. The restrooms were immaculate!! I was told they clean them once an hr. The rest of the store I really didn't get to see, just on a potty break. But bought a fountain pop and even the other customers were friendly. When my boyfriend was paying for our drinks, the ladies told me happy early mothers day!!!KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK

Not very different from the other Love's stores, this one is also a clean and well stored place with excellent staff working diligently to keep the air fresh. Showers are well kempt and equipped with motion sensor lights. So don't panic. Everywhere, Love's has reduced the size and number of towels, so I bring my own instead of asking for an extra one all the time. The handheld shower is awesome, and not all places have air dryers in the showers.

Probably one of the dirtiest Love's I've ever been in. Trash overflowing on the men's restroom. Floors looked like they haven't been mopped in a week. Didn't get the usual welcome greeting when I came in. Looked like the person at the fuel counter was too busy looking at her phone.On the bright side, McDonald's was super fast and they did a great job!
