I took our Nissan in to have it checked over. It was making some noise going over bumps from the front left and I thought it may be time for tie rods. I took it in and waited for 2+hrs (they were very busy) after they pulled it back out I waited another 35mins before I went up and asked if they had found my problem. After another 12 min he finally gave the news. They said that my tie rods were bad and that my rack and pinion was leaking, so new tie rods come with it and would be included. They also said the left upper control arm was bad and it need another ball joint. An ailment and a tire rotations, but suggested I get new tires also. My bill came to $3000 without the tires. Which is crazy.So I thanked them and scheduled an appointment at another shop, in business since 1958 (Not a Belle Tire). They had me in and out in 30min told me there was no leaks in my R&P, tie-rods and ball joints were all tight, control arm was fine and my tires were great (which I knew). They could find nothing wrong and walked me around car to show me. I left with tire rotation only. The noise was from the rubber on my sway bar. Which was still just fine.I have nothing good to say about Marion Belle Tire and would not recommend them.

I get my car serviced here and checked every six months or so. They are quick, efficient and courteous; their prices are fair; and I ve never been told that I need something done to my car that I don t need! Very happy with these guys!

If you need tires, then yes. The rest is just lies. False claims of parts needing replaced. Like these brake pads I was told were down to 2mm, glazed over, and needed replaced for some ridiculous amount. Pic shows them side by side with the new ones I bought to replace them. They tried to steal my money, they got away with stealing my time.

I have received good service at the Fort Wayne Belle Tire so I started taking my mother's vehicle to the Marion Belle Tire. She was in need of an oil change and I have been swamped with work and unable to get to her home to help. I Checked the website and this is what was listed:Store hoursMonday8am to 8pmTuesday8am to 6pmWednesday8am to 6pmThursday8am to 8pmFriday8am to 6pmSaturday8am to 5pmSunday10am to 4pmTherefore, I drove the 1:35 to get to Marion and took her vehicle in. I got there at 10:04 am only to be told that they were only doing a tire sale that day and had no service working employees scheduled that day. That is absolutely ridiculous. If that is what you are doing then do not say you are open on your website and have nothing about a tire sale only. I do not appreciate wasting 3+ hours traveling for nothing and wasting $32.00 in gas. You have lost my business.

I had to have a new sensor on my rear tire. They got me in the very next day. Took me in on time and 45 minutes later all done. And very very reasonable on the cost too.

The guys over there at Belle Tire are super nice! The gentleman who checked me in was super friendly and very attentive while I explained my issue. The gentleman who checked me out was friendly as well. He showed me the nail that was lodged in my tired. The repair was made and I was sent on my way. I was there about an hour tops. Thanks Belle Tire staff for the welcoming atmosphere and top notch customer service.

Swift, professional, and they work well in their fast paced environment. First time I was serviced here for a wheel alignment, they forgot to make the steering wheel straight about a year ago, since then it's been excellent after returning 4 times. Whatever you did to improve business, good job !

Only reason I gave one star is to warn others of this sorry excuse of a business. I went to get 4 new tires. The first time I went in they took my Jeep back within 10 minutes of taking it back the manager comes out and tells me they can't put them on because the center caps are glued on. Had me completely puzzled because I've always had my tires rotated regularly when I changed my oil. I take it home, jack it up and take off every lug nut. Not a single center cap was glued on. They came right off. That should of been my sign to go somewhere else but I decided to give them one more shot. Took it back and again within maybe 20 minutes the manager comes out and says I have several things wrong. A bad tie rod, bearing and control arm. Quoted me over $700 to fix it not including the 4 tires and alignment I came in for. Told them I want a second opinion and just the tires and alignment for now. They put the tires on and I pay and walk out to go to work. As soon as I start it up to take off my low tire light comes on. I got out looked at the tires they looked fine and I left for work so I wouldn't be late. Next day I check my air pressure and every single tire was at a different pressure, over 5psi per tire! Took it to 2 different mechanics, one being the dealership and both found absolutely nothing wrong with the suspension or anything else. Called Belle Tire back about my tire pressure light still being on the person I talked to on the phone gave me some made up excuse as to why it wouldn't shut off. It's been over a month and it still stays on. Never had the issue until they put my tires on. I will absolutely never go back and hope this review helps others not get scammed. Horrible experience to say the least.

My husband got tires from here a few months ago and was very pleased with the price and the ease of getting it done. I went in this week to have the tires rotated and balance, alignment checked and oil changed.I called about getting in. They don't do same day appointments but do welcome walk ins. After talking to the guy in the phone I decided to make an appointment for the next day. When I got there I was quickly greeted and signed in. When I asked and got the price for the set ok asked if there were any coupons. I was told if I signed up online I could get a $40 coupon. Wow. Now that's a great coupon.I left them with my phone number and walked over to the strip mall to do some shopping. In just over an hour I got the call that my vehicle was ready. When I walked back in it was super easy to pay and check out. I was very pleased. Great experience. I was very impressed with the customer service.I didn't stick around to wait but the waiting area was clean and comfortable.

Took my 2016 dodge grand Caravan in to this place in Marion Indiana to do a front end. Alignment left the van there. They called me 15 minutes later and told me it was done I went down there Come to find out they didn t even do nothing charge me 100 and some dollars I got into my car and I drove down the road and it was doing the same thing. He said he fixed the toe on it but he didn t. They lied and get your money and I don t think it s right, but he did give me my money back. It s a good thing or come across the counter and grabbed him cause I . Iwork hard for my money. so I do not recommend this place I recommend if you need a front alignment go to Phil s transmission shop they did me right on my transmission on my truck and they ll do you right too and it s only $68 instead of 110 to 150 I hope this review helps you

What started as a tire replacement, turned into 3 trips to Belle Tire, and I still had to finish the job myself.Had a flat tire on my truck, and went to Belle last Friday for 2 new tires. Requested to have them replace the worst 2 and put the new ones on the back. No issues.Saturday, I drove around a bit, and then retorqued my lugs to the torque spec found online and confirmed by Belle. On the last tire, one lug spun - broken stud. Clearly done by Belle, but I just wanted it fixed. Called Belle - no time to fix Saturday, so I setup an appointment for Wednesday at 5. Show up on schedule and am rudely told there wasn't time left in the day to do the work, but they would try to get it in. Thirty minutes of sitting in the lobby, and then was told to come back Thursday. Today (Thursday), I drop off the truck at lunch (well before my 430 appointment), and an hour later get a call that the work is done. I asked if the lug was reinstalled and no issues - he confirmed it was. I arrive at 530 after work to find a new stud installed, but the lug with broken stud still in it in my cup holder.I'll easy out the stud tomorrow, buy a new lug just in case - and finish the job myself.They seem like decent guys, but maybe have a few too many customers to take care of... I'll take one off their list.One star means you're angry, 2 or 3 stars means you're disappointed.

It didn't start out good. I tried a week ago to get tires that were ordered a week in advance. When they went to put the tires on they realized they had 2 tires of the size I ordered and 2 slightly bigger. This was not the fault of the Marion store, but of the supplier. So I had to wait another week and make the 16 mile trip again.On a good note, I don't ever remember having tire work done anywhere and then checking the tire pressure afterwards and it being anywhere near correct to what is on the door jam sticker on the car. I always wondered why this is. You would think of all places a shop working with tires would know the importance of correct tire pressure. I guess most places just don't care and just blast some air into (they are usually way over inflated).I was sitting where I could see my car up on the lift. I noticed the tech opened the car door and looked to where I know the psi sticker is at. He even came back and checked it a second time. The car has not been driven since yesterday so I checked the tire pressure today. They were all the same. They were 1.5 psi less than the door spec. That could be the difference in my electronic tire gauge and theirs. I know he tried to match the door sticker because I saw him check it. So kudos to the tech.I would recommend this tire shop and would go here again.

Good prices and quality customer service. I always go to Bell when I need new tires. The staff is great and the shop is well taken care of. Service is fast with little wait. They even gave my little one a Bell Tire plushie. Highly recommended!

Went to get a tire mounted & balanced. No problems with the dropoff. Had the tire done quickly. When I went to pick it up there was a line of people waiting. I only saw one register out of four in operation. Took a bit to pay and get my tire. If the front end was as efficient as the back end I would have rated them a five.

I live out of state, but visit grant county to see family a few times a year. I ve had to go to belle the last two times I ve been in town. Once for a nail in my tire, and this time for an alignment. Both times I ve been so impressed with them. The staff is friendly, they are fast with the service, and they are very reasonable with their prices. Can t say enough good things about this place!

This place is a jokeThey originally sold me a set of 4 tires for my all-wheel drive Explorer 2 of which wore out unevenly within 3 months despite them performing the alignment when the tires were originally installed.Upon returning under warranty time frame. They try to upsell me another set of 4 tires because the old tires were discontinued, keeping in mind. This is an all-wheel drive, car and all tires need to match. Fast forward a bit of time and my wife obtains a piece of metal in the tire and we bring it in to get patched with there quote on quote free patch, and they again try to upsell me another four tires because yet again, the brand of tire They put on the vehicle is again discontinued. And because I refuse to buy another set of tires They sent my wife down the road in our family vehicle with a 6 inch piece of metal still in the tire. If I could give a negative amount of stars I would They don't deserve the one they got

These people cost me a lot of money. They definitely took advantage of the whole it's a woman situation. Within 1.5 years, I had to replace a control arm on my truck three times! The third time, I took up North to a 4x4 company. They stated that my truck was in good shape, and there was no reason to have replaced the arm that many times. They made some adjustments, and my truck has been good since.

I ve gone to Belle several times. They ve done alignments, sold me tires, and replaced a belt. Each time they ve been professional, timely, and reasonably priced. One time the bead on my tire (that I didn t buy from them) was not right and they fixed it for free. I appreciate these guys a lot.

Love my new tires. I drove home and amazed at how quiet my tires are. Excellent choice I made and the service here was very fast. Inside screen said my car promised by 12:15 so I went shopping across the parking lot only to be called and informed my car was already done. 2 hours before the promised time.

This is a review after this location assisted my little brother with his vehicle, long story short, I was called by my estranged brother to help him finance auto repairs. Since my little family has had wonderful service at Since Belle Tire in Fort Wayne I found the nearest location to my brother and had him take the car in I was helped out by River, Troy, and Austin. I want to thank them, and the other staff and techs who helped us out. It was a very pretty penny to fix it up but I know my brother will be driving a safe car for the time being.I really appreciate the time and effort everyone did to fix my brothers car, it s a relief to know that he will be able to go to work reliably and safely now that his car has been seen to by professionals! Thank you again so much.

Brought my Explorer in for a rotation and balance before going on vacation. They had it back in the shop for 1hr. let me make something clear my vehicle was the only 1 back in the shop when I got here. While back there watched 5 guys doing nothing but talking at the corner of the suv. If they all would have done the job would have been done in less than 15 or less minutes. This is the most incompetent work ethic. I ve ever seen came over here because of the service in Kokomo. But must be company policy to not give customer service. The manager wasn t even concerned about the horse play in the shop inset wad of getting work done. Not when arriving back home hearing a noise in the front end that was never there before. Beware if Belle Tire.

I was getting in my car at the gas station when I noticed a large cut in the sidewall of my tire. It wasn't leaking air yet, but wasn't safe to drive around with. I called Belle at 6:00 pm and they said they could get me in same-day. I got there at 6:30 on a Monday evening and they started working on my car. While changing the tire, they ran into an issue with cross-threaded studs from a previous service (not by them). My wheel studs were basically ruined and would not be safe to mount the new tire to. Because they had already started the work and the complications made things take longer, they replaced the studs at no extra charge to me and still got my car done same day.They did not know this, but we have multiple doctor appointments this week that we needed this car for as my wife is pregnant and has other medical issues right now. So the fact that they did everything they could to get me taken care of had a huge impact. I will use them for all of my tire needs moving forward and recommend them to everyone.

I will never step foot in the Marion Store, CROOKS, before they had my oil changed they show me an estimated bill for $3900, I didn't ask them to inspect my truck....on their list he didn't even have my tires off but stated on the bill that I needed new pads & rotors. I just had new ones put on in Oct of 2022...they raised oil price $10 just from the last 3 months I was there, I had to ask to have my tires rotated...then when I got in my truck, THE AIR LIGHT IS ON, so I asked the guy, don't you check tire pressure when you rotate tires....his answer was ONLY UPON REQUEST....that's it....I washed my hands with all you guys, ALSO, WILL TRIED TO CHARGE ME $1100 FOR A SET OF GOODYEAR TIRES....WENT TO MUNCIE AND GOT THE EXACT SAME TIME FROM THE SAME STORE FOR $799....THINK PPL....THINK!!!!

Had 4 new tires put on my truck the price was good. 2 1/2 hours later they say I need an alignment because it is so bad out of alignment but what's funny the old tires were not chopped, they were less than 2/32 difference between inside and out side of tire and left to right funny when I worked at a GM dealership I never seen a vehicle that I was told was so bad but yet tires were so even. Don't think I will ever go back ! Hade to void my warranty because I won't let them align it. And anyone that said a alignment only takes 10 min probably don't have a clue as to what they are doing. Hope this helps.

Had 2 tires put on my chevy 2500 for $450. They have less than 20,000 miles on them and had them both get holes in them from small rocks. Come to find out they are only 4 ply tires when my front ones are 10 ply. Other place my truck is at now said those tires aren't thick enough for my truck. So now I'm out $450 because they put the wrong kind of tire on and belle said they could give me a discount on new tires. I already have them replaced so no I'm not making another trip. Not pleased at all with them. Had to take the truck back there the next day because they put the valve stem in wrong and I had a flat when they did put those wrong tires on. So no more business from me or my family that lives in marion.

I ve been going to belle tire for years and the Marion location has never given me any issues. The employees are always very kind and helpful, the work done on my vehicles always gets done correctly, and most of the time it s pretty quick! Will recommend belle tire to all of my friends and family any time they have issues with their vehicles. Thank you to the staff for their hard work.
