My boyfriend was at my softball game and a ball hit his front windshield. So I called them and got an estimate and they got me in the next day! Definitely glad we went through them! Thanks!

I had great services here and would highly recommend anyone needing glass work done to go here! I showed up with a crack in my windshield and needed to get it replaced. The employees were all very kind and informative, the best part for me was they came and got my car while I was at work, since I work very close to their shop, and when I was done working, my car was waiting for me in the parking lot! My new windshield is beautiful & I'm so thankful to have found this place!

After having my truck vandalized I got quotes from multiple places to fix the smashed window. AA Glass is by far the cheapest, with the shortest turn around time and friendly staff. What else could I ask for.

This place provided great and prompt service. I had to have the front and back windshield replaced in my vehicle and they were able to get me in within 24 hours. I called a few other places before finding AA Glass and none of the others could get me in for several days. AA glass had lower prices also.

They were so helpful. My windshield was so bad that I could not drive it, so they came and picked it up for me. I called them yesterday and they got it done today in no time flat. It only took a day because they had to order my windshield. They were very friendly and they did an amazing job. They even brought my vehicle back to me when they were done. They even had a great price. It was about half the price another place was going to charge me. I am recommending them to everyone I know and if I ever need glass repaired again, they will be the place I call. Great People Great Service!!! Thank you guys!!!

I'm late reviewing and normally I don't take the time to do this however this business absolutely deserves a review. I hope this encourages others to choose this business for their glass repair needs! I also hope some people have a little more patience and understanding of things that aren't within one's control. It's a rampant issue anymore.So on Mothers Day, my neighbor accidentally hit a rock into the rear window of my Jeep. Thankfully I have fantastic neighbors and they offered to pay whatever the cost for the replacement. My mother recommended AA Glass as she had work done by them a year prior. Not only were they $30 cheaper than other places - they were able to get me in sooner. They made me a priority and not a nuisance like some companies do.Unfortunately there was an issue with the glass they'd ordered for me (not within their control) and we were set back a day. I, myself, then had to reschedule as my child needed to go to a doctor. They were awesome and completely understanding which seems to be a rarity these days. Afterwards, we were able to get in and they had our glass installed and ready to go in an hour and a half - way sooner than I expected.All in all - it was a fantastic experience even with the stressful circumstances that come with accidents that require costly fixes. Dave is so very kind, understanding and helpful. He even offered help with removing the broken rear windshield wiper motor when we decide to replace it so that we won't accidentally break the window!While I don't hope to have any glass repairs anytime soon - I know that if I do, the only place who will have our business is AA Glass!Service: Auto rear window replacement

Called and made an appointment over phone on 3/17/2021. Got scheduled for 1:30pm on 3/18/2021. Showed up with 1 minute to spare, walked in, they recognized the car, and I handed over the reigns for them to do their work.They offered to give me a ride home. It was raining and a bit chilly, but I said I was fine, and they offered again, but I needed to walk anyways. (I live not even 1 mile away)They got to work as I was at home, eating some food. I left my house at 2:40pm~ish, and arrived and watched the river for a few minutes. Helps calm the nerves honestly. They came outside and asked if I was there the whole time waiting, I wasn't.They are very caring of their customers, and that really was what through me off. No other place really cares for customers.They were done with my car within the time they said, 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Paying went short and sweet, and was done and out of there pretty quick really.The price was way better than competition, and they did an AMAZING job. Thanks guys! I needed to replace the regulator on my car. Two coworkers suggested AA Glass and I am glad I listened to them. Their price was better than the local competitors and their service was quick and outstanding.I highly recommend AA glass if you need similar work done.Service: Auto power window repair

Great service and the price cant be beat. I needed my windshield replaced and they got me in the next day and had it replaced in no time while I waited. Very professional and honest. Much cheaper than having someone come to my house to replace it. I would highly recommend them. Well, all I received from AA Glass was excuses. I called on a Tuesday, to get the windshield replaced for my 2016 Charger. They needed to order the windshield and they set up a appointment with me, Thursday at 8:00am. When I showed up for my appointment they informed me they didn't receive the windshield and had no more info about it then that. They apologized for my inconvenience. I was disappointed, but remained understanding. I ask if they would call me that day and leave a VM if need be, to let me know if we could do it the next day, Friday. I never received that call.So Friday morning I called them to find out what was goin' on. I was givin' a excuse of being too busy and that's why they didn't call me and that the windshield had somehow got broken, blah, blah, blah and they wouldn't be able to do it now until the next Tuesday. So, right there I canceled my business with them.It seems to me, if my business was important to them, and they couldn't follow through with the appointment that day and they truly were "sorry for the inconvenience" then I would received a simple call and update. All I received was excuses. They even had the nerve to pass the buck, and say it was out of thier hands and they were at the mercy of their supplier. I guess they need a better relationship with their supplier. But I canceled because of the multiple times of not doin' what they said they would do. Don't say you'll call if it's not important enough for you to do so.Service: Auto windshield repair

They saw us on Friday after 4pm. Had glass ordered and were installing it on Monday morning at 11am. It would have been earlier if I was not at the doctor that morning. These guys are on point and great customer service. Will recommend to anyone for any glass repair. Thanks again AA Glass!!

Had my driver on semi truck in Marion, IN. Windshield got cracked, which would be out of service violation, so had to be repaired immediately. Before I found this shop had to call about 10 others around Indianapolis, everybody wanted make appointment for few days later!!! This guy went out to my truck right when I called did great fast job, had in stock glass. Highly recommend.
