I called transmission warehouse on 23rd of January and they told me they were booked out until February 1st, which was fine. It was only a week out.I had called several other transmission shops, and the one in Milan,Indiana. had a horrible personality and attitude on top of that, a sloppy appearance of a building..Both of the guys I talk to at transmission warehouse were very informative and professional, and a pleasure to talk to.I had my car towed down there on Monday, January 29 and they called me on February 1. Told me my vehicle is ready to be picked up. I picked it up Friday and they were very personal and again had very good personalities and a pleasure to talk to.Thanks transmission warehouse. Good job.

This place is horrible!!! I ve gotten 2 cars worked on there and both took forever. My civic they put in a rebuild kit from Honda and decided not to put all of it in because it looked like it didn t need it. 2 months later the part they didn t put in fails! They have it 4 months and then charge me over 1000.00 to put the part in they should have done the first time!!! Unbelievable!!!! I will never take another vehicle there again and I suggest if you want your vehicle done right the first time and in a timely manner you go somewhere else!

I'll have to revisit this review in the future but so far... They're 'backed-up' a couple of weeks so mine's still waiting. I'd guess there's a reason they're so busy. They've been doing it for like 50 years and seem like 'good people' to me. I think that 'currently' you're 'better off' to fix what ya got than pay about $10,000 - $100,000 for something new or used.No question now; two months later the wait and the price were well worth it. In my situation... I'd do it again right now. Good service st a very reasonable price; God bless my saver (not Saviour) Transmission Warehouse; amen. Good people!

We called about fixing my dad s transmission in July 2022 he said he couldn t work on it till August so we bring it to him and it s still there April 2023 and they haven t touched it! So we are going to go pick it up and take it to someone else that wants to work on it. We called him a few times always say they was getting ready to start working on it but never didService: Transmission repair

This place has really went down hill, when I came here a few years ago they were alot better than now. Took my van in cause of a shuddering issue, after several weeks of phone calls and them telling me they can't find the issue when driving it I went to pick it up, and they charged me $70 for a "diagnose fee" I looked at the man and said but I thought you couldn't find it, he said the fee is for the test drive and running the machine to it. Wow so you can charge a diagnostic fee without actually diagnosing it? That's a new one for me. They're absolutely clueless. I don't know how the place is still open. Go to 710 in Seymour Indiana atleast they know what their doing.

Called to get an estimate, wouldn't even let me finish a complete sentence to describe what I'm needing. Just to be clear, regardless of what the answer was. Simply listening to the ENTIRE question should always be the PROPER way to ensure customer satisfaction. However, based on other reviews. It's pretty evident, that's not a big concern with the business owner. Great opportunity, for someone who's good with transmissions to set up their own shop.

Highly recommend !! My Dodge Braunability Van quit Shifting. Sent it to Mccubbin's for them to look at and reprogram if necessary. Was told it was done. When my wife started to pull out, the Van back end jumped into the air like a Mule kicking. They didn't listen and didn't check their work.Took it to Harry and less than a week later, it's going again. Just as I had said all along, it was the shift solenoid. He replaced it, serviced the Trans and it's good to go. Thank you Harry !! Great job !!

Great diagnostic and repair! Our "regular shop" said we beeded a new $$$ transmission... Looks like we have a new regular shop... Turns out it was the wheen hub, not the transmission. That saved us over $5,000!

Wasn t friendly. Charged $70 to diagnose. Took 2 days to diagnose & said he wasn t for sure on the diagnosis so he had to put in a few phone calls. Minimum cost to fix was $3500 & couldn t fix it for weeks. BEWARE!

I was quoted a certain price and it ended being double the price. They did extra work that I did not give permission to do. My car was broken into, battery stolen. Now my headlights radio do not work. I called them to see if we could come to some sort of understanding and I was basically told there was nothing that could be done. Just lost this customer.Service: Transmission

Took my van to have a vibration fixed. They diagnosed it and quoted the repair, which I authorized. When they called to let me know it was complete, the bill was double what they quoted. When I picked it up the drivers side window was held up with tape,I asked about it and they admitted that it popped when they rolled the window up and then stopped working, but he assumed that's the way it was when I brought it in, even though he just admitted that it worked and then popped and quit working, and wasn't in the least bit worried about it.Didn't even think about saying anything to me about it, much less offer to fix it or be willing to fix it when I said something about it. He just shrugged it off and didn't really seem to care that much.Very Very unprofessional. Don't even think about taking your vehicle there.

Most dishonest place they were suppose to call me and advise me of the problem and how much it would cost, we never got a call that they were tearing the transmission down and my customers never gave them the authorization to tear it down, The one who calls his self the owner stated they had pulled the transmission three times, stay as far away from this shop as possible they don't know how to diagnosis a transmission problem, they just throw parts at it hoping it will fix it. my customer is still afraid to drive it, they kept his car for over two weeks and If you have ever had work done there please feel free to post your review as I have.

I have only bought genuine Honda transmission fluid here because it's the only place in town that sells it. I really like this place because the staff is reasonable and straightforward. Even though I always buy my fluid here, I passed on an Accord transmission rebuild because of the price quoted. This is purely conjecture, but after my years in automotive service, I know instinctively this is the type of place to do your major service right and spare no expense doing so. This seems to be a perfect shop for people that want to spend the little extra getting it done right for the peace of mind the extra $$$ buys.

I brought my vehicle to this company, needing a new transmission, and it took them 8 months to find one and put it in. The very day I got my vehicle back, the power steering lines blew. I guess I'll be fixing this issue by myself. Would not reccomend.

didn't fix the problem the first time and the transmission blew up. they were supposed to rebuild it but then started "fixing" things they weren't supposed to and charging for the work we didn't approve.
