Wouldn t have given 1 star if I had the choice. Don t buy from here. You ll pay quadruple what the vehicle is worth, the interest is pre-set so you cannot pay extra towards your principle to pay off the vehicle sooner. They give absolutely no grace period on payments. Your car will be repossessed the day after your due date if you haven t paid. This is a place to be used as an absolute LAST resort. Exhaust ALL other options!They were nice, I ll give them that much credit, but that s all I ll give.

Got a question real quick why is it that when I buy a car at this place I get crewed over I mean I don't mess with no one I don't start no drama I only want a good reliable car but the real question is that I bought two car nether one ran with out putting money into after a month of buying it but then I see where other people is coming here and getting vehiclesthat druve good with no issues I'm just curious why me what did I do to this place to get this kinda treatment I see where u guys are putting people in these nice cars that only have permits only thsts crazy cuz I know my credit is good and I still get stuck with a vehicle that ain't running the place I called the other day Saud gm ain't making the parts for a Buick Lucerne that's 07 why well cars when u know for a fact there not going to run after you sell them this is joke place to do business when coming to by a car

Joe was very helpful and very friendly. He let me and my husband look at a few different suv vehicles to see which one we liked better. The buying process went very smooth and very fast service. If you need a good reliable vehicle for yourself and your family I highly recommend superior auto. We love our new suv

I have been a customer of superior auto for several years I have always paid I even paid a vehicle off with them, well I lost my job here recently and I have been struggling for about three weeks but I have paid what I have been able to throughout the weeks and my payment is like $95 a week and this past week I was able to pay all of it but fourteen dollars and the put my car for repo. They do not care about their customers when they are having life issues they don't care anything about their customers at all and they refuse to work with customers, I will never pay another vehicle from them ever again on my life. I SUGGEST NO ONE TO EVER BUY FROM THEM CAUSE IF THEY ARE TREATING A RELIABLE CUSTOMER LIKE THIS JUST IMAGINE HOW THEY WOULD TREAT SOMEONE ELSE. SO DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM.

Very helpful ladies. Can get you into what you want, as long as you're prepared to be a serious buyer. I couldn't be any more happy with what I'm purchasing and they don't miss a detail when it comes to their company policies. Great hospitality all around!

Wasn't very happy with the service at all it took a lot of patience on my part to even make a deal with them or go to another place . Every vehicle I wanted there was a reason it wasn't available. But the one that really upset met me was the truck I wanted I was told they had someone else wanting to look at it a few days away from when I wanted it .I really thought first person with the money I's the one that gets it then they never bought the truck so I have to say I felt like a third class customer when was trying to buy a car from this company they make it look like you have your choices of vehicles but at the end they pick something that they Are trying to get rid of because it has all kinds of problems so no star from this customer

We are on a fixed income and had previously been take when we put$2500 on a car we got from our neighbors/friend. that was just in parts not labor or service fee's. So I stopped by Superior and looked and met Joe and Vicki. These people went out of their way to help and put in a car that's awesome and we drove it home last nite!!!!!!! Is so nice to have a nice car. Thank you. PS : the car is in shop in PasswawaterAuto and he couldn't/ wouldn't fix the damn thin. Thanks so much Joe & Vicki.

DO NOT GET A CAR FROM HERE!!!!!! Go to Cruzins in Hanover! My husband has a car here and they are the worst company I have ever experienced we have been off work for covid the last two weeks we told them this and they do not care at all if you are a day late they put a lock on your car! I have a car with Cruzins they care about their customers and will always work with you!!! This place is trash!

Worst experience. Got a car, not even 4 months it satrted knocking. They told me to take it to the shop. The shop said it was going to be a lot of money to fix. Superior said that they would put it on my bill. I payef way more than what its worth to being with in the first place. It was a 2006. I called other places. I can get a better car that don't not and look a lot better for a lot less. DONE GO THERE OVER PRICE CARS THAT KNOCK.

It was an awful experience. Me and my brother walked in to Superior Auto to inquire about a car. The man was sitting down at the computer and didn't even acknowledge us for several minutes and when he did he was rather rude, didn't introduce himself or anything. The only thing Superior is his attitude towards us, like we weren't even worth his time. Definitely a dealership I wouldn't recommend to anybody.

I really enjoyed my day at Supior Auto. I got the car that was meant for me and I also had a great salesman. He made me feel like my opion mattered. Plus, he didn't push anything on me.

Only getting one star because there's not an option for zero stars. Sold us a 2007 Buick Lucerne for $9,000. Less than 24 hours later, the engine was knocking horribly. They refuse to give our down payment back and are forcing us to either get a different car with them or take us to court. Terrible business ethics. I'm sick and disgusted by this business but now stuck in a contract for a POS car.

Money above all else, including proper customer service and a decent attitude. They'll sell you with their fake smiles, then treat you like you're beneath them once the sale is done.

Have had a vehicle thru them for almost a year now and I have been up to date on payments but today they decided to repo my truck since I'm 4 days late because I work 12 hr days 7 days a week instead of calling and giving me a chance to get there to pay it they just come and take it I don't advise buying from here they don't care about anyone or anything but money it's pretty pathetic

Way overpriced and I had to wait about 5 or so min for the women to stop talking to her friend before she finally asked if I needed something...I asked for a few prices and after getting ONE and the payment was 198 dollars a week so 800 a month i walked out that was with 1500 down it was an suv which ended up having over 200 thousand miles on it not sure how this place is still in business
