Poor customer service just like the rest of the reviews I ve discovered.Ordered A-arms to discover it did not come with new bushings. Description does not state to purchase them separately, so we purchased UPS Next Day Air shipping on Christmas Day. The product should have shipped on Monday 12/26 based on the shipping option of next day air and zero notification they would be closed that day too. We did not receive a shipment notification until 12/27 and we re leaving to go on a ride within the next day. We called to cancel the shipment when the label was created this means it did not leave warehouse yet. They claimed it already left. They offered to return and refund full amount. Fast forward get ready to return and they said they would be charging a 25% restocking fee and I have to pay to return the product. This was SuperATV s error that they admitted to not turning off the next day air shipping option due to being closed Monday after Christmas. Not the customer s fault, but they made sure we paid the price of their mistake.

Great company to buy from. Great products. I bought a winch and winch mounting plate for my Polaris Ranger, and the whole process was awesome. User-friendly website, great pricing, nice discounts, quick shipping (ordered late Wednesday, got the part late Friday), clear instructions. Overall a great shopping experience for ATV and UTV parts!

Ordered nerf step. Says it fits Honda . It did not fit. They made me pay return shipping was 20 dollars to return . They also charged me 37 dollars to restock. So 57.00 for a part that didn t fit. I have bought from them before but learned the hard way. Here s where it says fits Honda.

Excellent product- I bought a triple coated poly windshield for my Commander and we love it. It takes tons of abuse and keeps us warm and safe inside the cab. It also vents at position 1 and can be ridden full open at speeds of 30 plus in position 2. Worth every penny.

I had the luxury of being able to drive 1hr 45min to go to their shop in Madison, Indiana. I wanted $3,300 worth of accessories for my new sxs. The young gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and was very accommodating. He helped me get all the right parts and even ensured they were all compatible with my sxs. I took quite a bit of his time getting all the parts I wanted, but he was super helpful. He even printed off all the instructions for each part I ended up getting. I was very impressed with their assistance. After 45 minutes I was headed back home with everything I wanted for my sxs with a nice discount for picking my order up and for a first responder discount. Needless to say..I will be back.

2017 RZR XP 1000 Front Flip Windshield & Rear Tinted Windshield: Happy with both products. The front was easier to install than the rear [the installation video for the front was definitely helpful]. The rear windshield also cuts down on engine noise.The 3 positions for the front windshield work as advertised -- my only complaint is that the process of opening the windshield -- seems to put a lot of strain on the middle of the lower windshield. I also got shorter bolts for the lower windshield as the factory one stuck out too far.Over all both are great products that arrived in a very timely manner and were well packaged. Look forward to many years of use.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SUPERATV!!!!!!! They have the worst customer service. The lady I spoke with gave me attitude and was not willing to help in any way. I said I wanted to speak to a manger and was told he would call me back. Needless to say I never received a call back. Order from their competition. That s what I will be doing from here on out.

This place is a fraud! Don't buy anything from them... they won't accept returns for full value, even if the part is never used or unpackaged and in 100% resellable condition. They take your money, and the person's money that buys it after you did, double dipping. They won't even work with you on a solution. Customer service is terrible, they don't care about you, they just want your money and give you the finger if you make a mistake and order something that doesn't work for your ATV.

Make sure the parts fit your ATV before purchasing. They will not pay for the shipping and also will charge 20% restock fee

I have got alot of stuff from them an always got it fast an it's always been good parts I heard people say they will not help you well I can't believe that I got a tunner last week an it did not work so I called them an in 10 minutes they had one on the way to me before I even sent there back an I have called a 100 times an the girls there have always be really nice to me an always helped me so I would give you a 100 stars if it would I thank you all for helping me keep my ride going an you all always out do your self with them killer parts ride safe my friend at superatv your friend country

These people right here are scam. I order a CV axle replacement parts from them that was $70. Then I have to buy a special tool from them that s another $50 when I could just buy the axle for $150 and then when I asked to speak to supervisor about this, and will have him give you a call back, but he said he s right across the hall. And refused to have me speak to him.

No matter what you try it wont fit. They openly admit to a faulty product but won't make it right. They just keep selling the mounts and they already knew about this beforehand. Now stuck with winch mount and a winch I can't use and having to pay for returns. Deceitful and misleading. All together a dishonest practice.

I ordered a spare belt yesterday afternoon, late afternoon, and it was delivered this morning! Its just a spare to have on hand for when the new one gives out, so I have no comments on the belt itself yet... but holy cow am I impressed with order fulfillment!

I have a Super ATV long travel kit on my rzr 800 and a super ATV high clearance on my Talon front A Arms. The rzr kit came with rhino 2.0 axles one of which failed around a year they said it was under warranty but charged me a $50 deductible. That is not the reason for my lower rating. I had another interaction recently. Over the phone looking into ordering some spacers the lady on the phone was not interested in helping me at all even after I asked for a manager. At that point I hung up. And sent there customer service an email which several days later I never got a response on. Reading others reviews I have to absolutely agree with a trending issue that Super ATV Customer service is terrible. For this I will no longer purchase there products shame to it may be petty of me but this is started over .05 cents short of a 100 dollar order for free a T shirt.

Absolutely pathetic customer service. They don t give two craps about the customer!!! Just give you the run around after you receive damaged parts. I highly advise going with another accessory company. There are plenty to choose from. This place will be out of business soon. YOUR FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS DONT LIE!!!!!

Terrible company to work with. Installed there 4in portals and HD balljoint on a machine and the balljoints seperated within 40 miles and caused extensive damage. Super atv wouldnt make it right. Do not support this shady company

Website sold me a roof for my Can-Am commander that does not fit. Their search tool doesn t work properly and customer service wouldn t stand behind it.Their response was to charge me shipping back and a restocking fee

These guys are awesome! I bought the 2 piece windshield for my Honda Pioneer 1000-5. I love this windshield! This weekend, I had an unfortunate experience where the bottom portion cracked around the latch. Very unusual, but Adam and the folks at SuperATV didn't even question it. He shipped out a new bottom part immediately. That is good customer service, and firm belief in your products. I will continue to purchase from them!

This company has done so much for their community, & it's a blessing to see how many families they've helped during the summer. Also, starting the school year what they've done & through out the year always there to help with sponsoring for these kids sports. Such amazing people & company as a whole. They have high end quality parts etc. for the right price range. Great customer service to greet any questions or concerns.

Ordered plug and play signal light and horn kit for my Canam Maverick Trail. Impressed with the quality of the kit and super fast shipping. The product was ordered and shipped on the same day (Sunday). Received by UPS 3 days later. Thanks for a QUALITY product and FAST shipping.

Had a problem with the wrong part being shipped via through Amazon. Once I went through amazon for the issue Super atv resolved the issue quickly and I received the correct part within 2 days

Great Customer service they took the time to walk me through the install of adjusting lower A-arms. Axles are solid I go twice a year to coal creek, TN and have not broken there fronts yet. OEM only lasted three rides but I was heck on them so maybe some what a driver issue.

I ordered a 6" lift kit for my 2014 1000 4x Wildcat. 6 months after running my car hard in all types of terrain. I was in the sand dunes in Glamis when i broke my right rear drive axle. I then inspected the rest of my car and noticed 1 of my lower A-Arms was also bent. My buddy checked out the website and noticed i had a 1 year warranty on the Axle and a lifetime warranty on the suspension parts. As you know how warranties go when you call you get some reason for them to denySo i called and much to my surprise they had a no question asked policy. I spoke to Max Lynch and it was a piece of cake. They truly stand behind their products. He asked me to send him a pic of the A-Arm and he sent out a new A-Arm and didn't need the old 1 in return to save me money on the shipping. On the axle he sent me a new axle and that required a core deposit and will refund once he gets the old 1, that way i don't have to have my car down.Id have to say I'm very satisfied with there product, customer service, and warranty. And since they stand behind there product so well 1 order a set of spacers for my car and my buddy car.Ruben C.

Great product- crystal clear- would have given 5 stars if the Velcro was about 2 inches longer on the straps other than that excellent and easy.
